The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Walton Crossing
Lived at this place for 6 months, saw the reviews and decided to live there anyways, turns out I should have done my due diligence. Be aware that this management company will charge large amounts of move out fees without giving any explanation. I was charged $600+ for a cooktop which was in good condition. I asked them for photos and denied them to me. Take your time in finding something better and do business with honest people, definitely STAY AWAY.
While living here: my car has been damaged twice, my dog has been attacked, there are still dogs that roam around unattended, there’s dog poop all over the green space, dog pee in the main walkway to get up and down the stairs, roach problems, every apartment I’ve been in has an odd smell (maybe the mold other people have listed in their reviews?), the police are here all the time, and random people coming and going around the building all hours of the night. I didn’t expect a luxury apartment, but this has been a nightmare. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
No complaints from me at all. I have lived here 3.5 months and everything has been good. Maintenance is quick, gym is nice, pool was nice until it closed for season. The front office people are responsive too. Price is pretty good for what you get compared to others in the area with similar amenities. The place feels super new which is nice and the area is very safe and family friendly.
Keep in mind this is a new apartment building and for a good price! I’m in between a 3 to 4 star rating. The layout of the apartment is decent for a fair amount, the living room and kitchen are really nice. Everything is new, laundry and appliances. The bedrooms are an awkward layout and the wall sockets are not the greatest. The walls are not thin, and the 3rd floor view is amazing, they have a pool, tanning bed and a full on gym. For this price it’s a pretty dang nice apartment and they want to work with people and not decline you. The staff is nice and the maintenance is on point of jumping on needs that need to be fixed. I am not a fan of their fire alarm system, please put this in the suggestion. We had some neighbors go off in morning and late at night and you can hear it all across the complex and maintenance has to come and turn it off manually - which is a pain, when it’s 8 o’clock at night and it’s going off (30 minutes if not longer.) So far though it’s such a nice complex with friendly faces and quiet at night. It’s close to our work and where we need to get too. This place deserves more than a 1 star for little bumps that they are going to overcome for a new complex (hopefully ;)
Let me start by saying that I 100% agree with the review above this one. These people are unbelievable. They get backed into a corner and do not know how to properly handle questions they do not know the answer to, so what do they do? They make it up on the spot. Your only option is to trust what they tell you because you don't know any better. You can tell by the way they answer questions that they seem to be just making things up in order to appease you. I had problems with them a couple of months ago regarding the fact that the whole operation was unprofessional. The staff looked rushed and flustered. The manager was never there for me to speak to directly. I felt like the senior leasing person just wanted me to leave and was in over her head. I never felt comfortable in the information I was given. I went to google and left my review of my experience and now it is completely erased. I can not trust this property at all and I am beyond upset at the fact they do not want want people knowing their mistakes rather than fixing the way they run things. I will be contacting the Lindsey home office about this property. I was trying to avoid doing that but hiding peoples concerns by deleting their reviews is unacceptable.
I would not recommend this property. The location is good, otherwise that’s all I can say. The staff have given me misinformation several times and then when I find out otherwise, they say it’s in your lease, you should have seen it there. But I guess I trusted they wouldn’t lie to me. Also, the apartments are cheap, cheap, cheap. I’m pretty sure you can chip the trim off with your fingernail. I got the higher end 2 bdrm and the layout is awkward and inconvenient with the doors to the beds and baths. Don’t live here!! Not worth it.
