there is no recreation area, children are not free to play, basketball courts are almost always closed, there is no gym, and if there is a lot of smell of marijuana and cigar, it is a nice area but it would be better if you had an area to children.
The apartments are always kept clean. Firm but fair management staff. Very quite at night. No problems. I love it here.
