I like living at Walkabout Creek. It's been a great place to live. I've had nothing but good experiences with all of the staff. Chandra, Amanda, Joe, Bryan and Chad. You guys rock. Keep up the good work. I only wish you didn't have raise my rent every year. Garry

Walkabout Creak is a very pleasant place to live. I have met very nice people of all ages. the amenities are great. The office and maintenance people are very friendly and helpful .

Wonderful place to live. Typically quiet and really well maintained. Very responsive to any questions or concerns. Close to downtown Dexter and many places to walk.

Move in was very smooth and hassle free. Staff was friendly, responsive and made the move in process easy from start to finish. The unit was clean and ready on time.

Living here for my first apartment has been a blast! Everyone is kind and the amenities are great. Never had any issues with the leasing office or paying online.

I love living here it’s fun. The neighbour’s are nice. I live close to downtown walk around . Different bars in Dexter, Michigan. And the weather is nice too the outside and walk around.

Moving in was an easy process and the gift basket was very kind. The neighbor came out to meet us right when we got here too and offered us their parking spot so that we could unpack easier.

Nice quiet clean community, friendly neighbors and office staff. Knowledgeable maintenance staff. The move in basket was the cutest. Would definitely recommend

My experience since I moved in a couple days ago is that the residence are all very friendly and the place is very quiet. I love it. Such a wonderful and beautiful community.

Excellent location. The staff at walkabout creek are some of the nicest people I’ve ever met! The grounds are always beautiful and well kept!

Walkabout Creek has seriously been a blessing. It’s peaceful, quiet, and has that “tucked away but still close to everything” vibe. The trees and greenery make it feel like you’re living in a little nature bubble—and the sunsets here? Fire. My apartment has great natural light and a layout that actually makes sense (no weird corners or wasted space). Maintenance is on point—like, you put in a request and they actually show up. Crazy, I know. The neighbors mind their business but still wave hello, which is the perfect combo. It feels safe, stable, and like a grown-up version of cozy. If you want something chill, well-kept, and not overrun with noise or drama—this is it. 10/10 would recommend.

All aspects of the community have met our expectations. Starting with the promptness of responses from staff to all minor details. Always willing to please.

We love the location and the amenities. Everyone is super friendly. Neighbors can be a bit loud sometimes outside, especially when I’m trying to put my baby to bed at night.

We really think this is a nice, safe place to live. The staff is great and they keep the complex neat and always quick for getting any repairs done. Thank you!

Walkabout Creek is a great place to live. Very nice neighbors. It is safe and Quiet. The maintenance is excellent. It is close to Ann Arbor.

The surroundings are pleasant. Office personnel and maintenance are friendly. I like meeting new residents at some of the planned activities and seeing friends that I haven't seen doing the cold winter months

Very nice community and staff, great for families or anyone -- walkable to downtown Dexter and nature trails, Busch's, many schools and businesses. Love the pool and the exercise room. Maintenance is prompt and friendly.

Our welcome at Walkabout Creek has been an incredible experience, from the first moment you feel at home. The staff is very friendly, they take into consideration all the information you provide and the apartment was ready and in perfect condition.

I like living here. It’s fun. It’s from the walk around to downtown Dexter. The name was a nice. The border border Trail is close to walk. It’s fun.

When there are issues with the apartment they are taken care of in a timely manner and I enjoy the little occasional celebrations that the staff holds for us renters.

Most of the time it’s very quiet. When you request maintenance, they are very quick and responsive. I’ve been here for over 6 years and it feels like home and me and my boys. The summer is definitely the best part, relaxing by the pool!!

Overall our experience has been very good. The apartments are well maintained and in a great location. Neighbors are friendly and the community is fairly active. The floor plans have ample space and the two bathrooms are wonderful and not something you see in many apartments.

Going on year two of living in this nice community. It’s quiet,I don’t hear my neighbors through the walls,just dogs faintly barking once in awhile. Maintenance is fast! Loved the pool/grills,and the grounds are lovely and well maintained. I really like being walking distance to the Border Trail and Downtown Dexter. The resurfaced parking areas are nice also.

Quiet, comfy place to live. The team communicates well with its residents. Good upkeep of the property season to season. Nice pool and common area with a firepit.

I have lived at Walkabout Creek for over 2 years. This complex is such a quiet oasis but still close to the hustle and bustle of Ann Arbor. I am so glad I waited on their waitlist and waited until the perfect townhome became available.

Very nice, quiet community within walking distance of downtown Dexter (via a lovely nature trail), helpful staff, a pool and exercise room. Having a garage and patio makes it feel very homey.

Great place to live. Pool, fire pit and grills available for resident use. During the start of covid when everything just shut down, they gave chalk to residents to help keep kids entertained. Easter egg hunts and Halloween treats too plus community events every few months (food trucks, taco bar, breakfast on the go).

Enjoyable pet friendly. peaceful surroundings & great community to reside in, well maintained by courteous staff & so close to downtown Dexter. This is my 6th year here

Very nice, fun and safe place to live.. There is a nice clean pool, a play area for kids, friendly neighbors and pet friendly. The staff is so nice and the maintenance people are exceptional . We are happy to be here at Walkabout Creek.

The scenery is beautiful and peaceful. The leasers are kind. Paying rent is simple. Any problems in the apartment get fixed in a timely manner.

I really had a enjoyable time living here. Great community and location is perfect. I would love to stay but unfortunately it is time for me to down size. Everyone that works at Walkabout is awesome!

We like living at Walkabout Creek. Each apartment has a garage and a private entrance. I love that there is a washer and dryer in unit, much more convenient than other apartments I've lived in. The pool/playground/entertainment area is very nice and a great place to relax. Staff members are nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. The complex is within walking distance to stores, the schools, and downtown Dexter. Definitely come and check it out!

My wife and I moved here from overseas. We were happy to find Walkabout Creek as it is a very welcoming community in a great location. We love the amenities and large apartment.

Very welcoming community. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. Leasing agent has been responsive and helpful. We received a welcome basket in our apartment from the office team upon our arrival.

Very nice place to live. Quiet with a friendly atmosphere and close to everything fun to do around the area. Just two miles from the highway.

I love living at Walkabout Creek. Great staff and maintenance is A . Residents have children and they bring enjoyment to our older generation. Makes me feel still in the loop.

This place is great! Leasing was helpful, friendly & accomodating. Haven't needed them yet, however, I have heard great things about the maintenance crew.
