Always awesome Rob is an amazing, kind, and caring person. He always does amazing work. Not only did he fix the leak in our bathroom ceiling the morning after requesting it, but he also changed one of our lightbulbs. No prompting, he just did it. I see him every morning cleaning up trash and debris. He takes amazing care of the property and the people who live here.

The Walden Village apartment is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Beavercreek, OH. But the apartments look too old inside. Some good updates/upgrades are required immediately. You can't find these old-fashioned apartments anywhere in Beavercreek these days. All other locations are updated; Therefore, I really think they need to live up to their game!!

If you have only seen the classic, we do encourage you to request a tour to see an upgraded apartment home. We think you will be impressed. They are rarely available so please reach out to the community office and they can assist you.
Very pleasant surroundings. Our apartment was right next to the lake. Main issue, the complex didn't have ramps even though listed as handicapped accessible. There is no access to the main building where they held activities. They kept inviting us to stuff but my Mom couldn't go. The sidewalks don't have ramps. Aside from that generally speaking it was a good place to be.

I been here for three years its been really nice staying in a good neighborhood, love staying here everything is near , the people are nice thry are always ready when i need them. Its kind pricey for me i am having another child i think i might need to move somethere else i dont want to but i have to . It might be nice to win this because i want my children to grow up here knowing ur in a good neighboor good schools .
