Property Ratings at Walden Pointe
I lived here for a year and a few months. I moved out only because I wanted ti live near the coast. This apartment complex is clean, friendly, quick maintenance help, friendliest staff, I seriously can not thank them enough for such a wonderful experience. Where I live now can not even compare to Chelsea, Tim, and Nancy. Definitely check them out if you are looking for somewhere to work I feel very safe here and the apartments are clean and never had any issues with neighbors being loud!
Walden Pointe has awesome apartments and a great staff! I love my apartment. It is very spacious and clean, and for a great price. The staff has great communication with the residents and is awesome at informing us if there are any changes, upcoming events, etc. Pest control and trash pick-up is a plus too! I feel very safe here. Lindsey has done a great job of keeping the grounds and apartments up to par! The only bad thing I have to mention is the parking situation. If they fix that, Walden Pointe will be perfect!

We have a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Leasing office staff is nice, they have little events for the community sometimes. The rooms are good sizes for it to be an apartment. Neighborhood is quiet. Maintence takes care of work orders in a decent time. The only two things i don’t like are my counter tops & cabinets. They need to be updated. I really can’t complain about anything. I’ve enjoyed my time living here.

The on site staff are great to work with. Property management company seems to have an indifferent attitude. Not very adept at prioritizing what is important. Appliances and kitchens are in need of updating for what we pay in rent. Overall is a wonderful place to live

The office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly polite. Unfortunately, what the corporate company sees as upkeep, is insufficient to keep renters long term. The price I pay for rent should be supported by high expectations at the highest level.

I saw so many great reviews which is why I decided to move in but as soon as my lease is up I will more than likely look for something else if things dont change. I will say this though maintenance guy is great which is always a major plus. Front staff hardly ever there during the hours listed so good luck with trying to go by there in the morning when its suppose to be open or during random times in the afternoon. When I first moved they put out a notice about cleaning up after your pet yet if you walk the grass theres dog poop everywhere. I always keep emails I send when I need something for proof of communication every now and than I get a reply. Appliances are out of date and I was told will not get upgraded. Had roaches as well had to have someone come out several times from literally day one when I moved in. This complex is def not what I hoped for and I really hope a turn around is in site
Great view overlooking woods. Deck is spacious, neighbors friendly, nice. Mostly quiet (no noise problems); maintenance responds right away. Recommend highly!
This is a great place. The staff is friendly and prompt. They make sure that there are no trouble makers in the complex (for very long at least). The apartments have large patios, which is great for sitting outside and enjoying the weather.
I will give my apartment four stars. The apartment I live in has spacious rooms, walk in closets, a beautiful deck that you can sit upon and enjoy the view. It also have a pool house, with a workout centerand a lovely pool. The staff is very friendly, and will respond quickly when you need them. What really inspired me about this apartment, it has a lot of greenland, inwhich at times you will see different animals. There's a firestation 100 yards away from the apartment, just in case their might me be immeadiate emergencies.
