My experience has been good and the complex is quiet and safe. The apartment is nice and upgraded with granite countertops and spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The patio is nice and extra storage space. The only issue we have is the ongoing mold and mildew in the secondary bathroom that won’t get addressed properly as maintenance keeps painting over it with white paint instead of fixing the real issue. Overall we have had a great experience living here and the grounds kept very nice.

The new management has worked extremely well. It’s a great place to live and feel safe! Everyone is extremely nice and helpful. Even though it’s close to Clemson Blvd you never hear the commotion from the highway.

The community at Walden Oaks is great! They are also quick and efficient with any problems that may occur. My blinds fell and broke, they were replaced brand new the next day! Belinda is also the sweetest most helpful person!

A peaceful and quiet apartment complex with a large swimming pool, BBQ grills and brand new patio furniture for the pool deck. Also a gym, dog park and a kiddie park. Great area very close to shopping centers.

The apartment community is great and it’s quiet and safe with the gated entry. The community is very well kept and landscaped. The only issue is the water bill is high to be an apartment and the amount charged is over priced and is something for a home and not an apartment plus being charged for pest control when they are not spraying inside my apartment. Pest control should be the management responsibility especially if it’s for the outside.

I’ve enjoyed living here so far. Haven’t really had any problems, and if something is acting weird, maintenance has been good about helping us out. The amenities are nice; I’ve never had a bad experience at the pool, always been relaxing. Parking is generally easy to find too. It’s been a good experience to this point.

Community here kinda quiet , which i like,, you hardly see many people, but a bunch of cars. Very responsive to any issues you have in a timely manner, there a few rules as far as early pool close times that i find a bit to much. All staff seems very nice,

We have been here over a year. The employees go above and beyond to make this a nice place to live. This apartment complex is always kept up .the only thing that I wish they had is elevators and have lower rent for seniors.

Wow! I love living here at Walden Oaks! From the residential staff being supportive and helpful to the maintenance personnel whenever there is an issue or concern, there is follow up and resolve. I feel safe residing here in this community and everything is close to shopping, stores, and downtown area and events. YOU feel like family! They are crooks. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. This place is waiting to screw you over
I would not recommend Walden Oaks to anyone. The main problem we have is that all of the staff have a key to our apartment and can come in when they want to. I do not want anyone in my house when I am not home and I do not know about it. They also close the amenities such as the pool and grill area and do not inform the residents. I will be staying here through my lease and finding a new place.

We apologize for any inconveniences that you have suffered. Walden Oaks management does not enter into any of our apartment homes unless a resident has requested a maintenance request or we have a scheduled inspection that you have been notified about. We always notify all of our residents when we have any sort of inspections taking place. The only amenity that is ever closed would be the pool area in our "off season". Our pool is open seasonally. We have not had anyone contact us with complaints in detail of our team entering their apartment home unannounced. After hunting and looking at other apartments, Walden Oaks just becomes our Obi-Wan Kenobi. Great location for shopping, and close to major highway for quick travel to work. price is decent. Kid and animal friendly, pool and gym that works for us. The staff is friendly and helps you out. I like not having to drive 30 to 50 minutes just to get to a Walmart or food. I would recommend this place. The force is very strong in this place.
Living in an apartment is tough; however, this apartment complex is very nice. I like living in the back building because there is a part that is uncut and you will see rabbits and deer from time to time. The staff is very helpful. The apartment complex is very close to shopping and food. I wish some of other residents would follow the rules as far as parking, animal clean up and smoking clean up. The pool area is well kept as is the weight room. I would recommend this complex without any hesitation.
My girlfriend and I moved to walden oaks in Anderson, South Carolina from Massachusetts. When we first came to the apartments to check it out it was amazing. A gated community with a gym, pool, and great residents. When we moved into our apartment we loved the place. A two bedroom with a sun room on the third floor. We have one dog named jack who seems at home here more then he's ever been (he been involved in multiple moves.) as time went on we noticed good gestures by the walden oaks staff like naming the dog of the month and power washing our building to keep it clean and bug free. We still currently live here and absolutely love the place except for one thing.. They are pricey it's costing us a lot of money to hold on to the place and it's very hard. My girlfriend makes a bulk of the money as a drug abuse counsiler and I'm only a server trying to make enough to help out. But overall I give this place five stars except for price. It is a nice community but hard for a couple like ourselves to keep up with the demand.
Walden Oaks is a great community for families and dog lovers. We have to dogs our self and there is ample grass to walk around with the dogs. There is a dedicated dog park that could use a little attention but nothing to take away a star because the dogs love to go there and run around. Pool area is quite awesome with indoor hangout area with TV and fridge and sink for a prep area to use the included grill. Apartments are updated and all around still feel brand new when moving in. Closets and rooms are great size and there is a true master bedroom with on suite. Ample parking spots at most buildings to not have to walk to far and even offer garages if you so desire to have one. Most apartments come with a nice size balcony others have an extended living room, or "sunroom". Packages that come usps that don't have room for the boxes at the mailbox get stored in the office and can be picked up at any time during office hours. FedEx normally comes around 12-3, with UPS a little later 3-5. We have Att as our internet and TV provider and get great service at the apartment and others using charter have no complaints. The clubhouse or office building has a gym there that leaves a little bit to be desired, not a factor because I have a membership at a local gym. The biggest thing about the location is the proximity to I-85 and the Main Street heading to down Anderson. Lots of places to eat nearby with Publix and major stores less than minutes away. Very satisfied with the apartment, amenities, and location.
