Property Ratings at Walcott Jeffersonville
I really enjoyed my stay at the Walcott, it is a beautiful facility with fair prices. However the management is unorganized and terrible. I left the Walcott early February 2024. I returned my keys and key card before leaving my unit. I was recently informed by a different manager of the facility (they have management changes pretty frequently) that I am still a tenant of the Walcott. I have not lived there for 2 months at this point. Good building and great rooms, terrible management makes the whole experience not worth it. Stay elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

The Walcott is a great place to live! The updated appliances and amenities, location, and the security of the building provide safety and easy access to Louisville, gas stations, as well as restaurants in the area. I love it here!
The only complaint I have is lack of soundproofing from floors above the units. I've talked to several residents and the noise from apartments above and having to take it upon themselves to confront residents of the excessive noise due to not having security on site is an issue. Other than that, my experience living here has been great.
Location location location. You can be anywhere in the Louisville area in less than 15 minutes
Nice units, very nice amenities, great parking garage, cool neighborhood right near coffee shops, restaurants, and a cool park and footbridge to Louisville.

The Walcott Jeffersonville is a true luxury apartment in the best location Louisville has to offer. Walkability and amenities make this place what it is! My family and I will not leave here so long as we live in the area.

I moved in months ago. The staff is amazing. They keep the residents updated with any changes or issues that may happen on the property. Maintenance is fast and great at what they do. Within walking distance from restaurants, bars and parks. The big 4 bridge is super close and convenient to walk across.

My dryer hasn't worked since I have moved in a month ago. Staff has never called me to update me on the status. Their solution is for me to go use another apartment until mine can be fixed. They are completely rude and offer no compensation even though I signed a lease with a dryer included. Beware.
The management team was excellent to deal with and made moving in easy. The location is awesome with lots of fun activities in walking distance!
The location is absolutely perfect, overlooking the Big Four Park and a very quick drive across the Clark Memorial Bridge to Downtown Louisville for school.

My studio is great! The finish is very nice, the fixtures are great, and the appliances are excellent! I love my washer and dryer and large bathroom with its large shower, tub and counter. Plenty of lighting fixtures in the unit, including recessed lighting along the kitchen counter. The parking garage is super convenient, and the neighborhood is cool. Theres stuff to do and places to go while also being chill and easy going. At least two breakfast spots, two coffee shops, four places for lunch and dinner, and a late late night college/locals pub all within blocks (thats not counting the six fast food chains closer to highway.) Theres a very nice green grass park across street and a local landmark footbridge across the Ohio. Electric scooters are big here. Louisville is very close, this is the first exit heading into Indiana. Five minutes drive from Jeff to downtown Lou. Can bike, walk, or take a bus. The Walcott and Jeffersonville are charmers! Cant wait to try the salt water pool!

Overall, the Walcott Jeffersonville is a very nice community to live in. The apartments are in great condition since they are brand new. The amenities provided are in excellent condition and the leasing office staff are very friendly and helpful!

The Walcott is a great community in a great area. The office staff and maintenance team are always friendly., professional and quick to respond. This has been an awesome experience as we are transitioning into an empty nest and finding a new place to call " home ". The grounds and facilities are maintained and kept clean. I feel safe alone or with my family. The amenities are amazing! Cant wait for our first summer at the Walcott!

Courteous staff, easy process, and a very beautiful property.
So far it has been a disappointment. Tvs do not work in the rec room, rooftop isnt open. I had no idea it would take this long for those to be available. We are paying a premium price for amenities we cant use...leasing staff has been very helpful/responsive. Even though I have hot water now I can only get 5-10 minutes or warm water a day. Fridge is very loud. Water heater constantly making noises and sounds like water leaking. Paint on doors already falling off

I love it here! I feel like Im on vacation at a resort! Where you live really affects a lot of things including your mental health especially thru the pandemic. Im glad these where built! Everything happens at the right time and its the perfect location!
