Property Ratings at Wade Manor
I’m disappointed because after my daughter being approved and calling for her banking information, saying they’re sending a receipt only to call back 5 minutes later and say that they didn’t have a studio available.They knew that when they spoke with her 5 minutes before. It’s sad that they just want these astronomical application fees and you don’t get a refund under certain circumstances.
I had to live with my cats with a piece off wood for a sliding glass door that the land lords said I need to replace just because i had got in broken in to being someone on disability i will tell you now do not move in routine bug infestation in all building one came up from my sink when I lived there the sliding glass door was broken by some who broke in to my apartment some how the whated me to pay for someone breaking in that not right so glad I dont live there any more
There is many problems so if you move in document everything. There is no working pool, grills and picnic area your paying for isnt even reachable because its behind the office building. The owners fined our neighbors without any evidence. The laundry Machine downstairs breaks often and the office doesnt care its a lucky day if they even answer the phone. When they saw me walking up they would actually run to the door ,lock it, and then went upstairs to hide.
As a former tenant, please do not consider. Management is terrible. They have a different office Manager every other month because they all quit. There are MAJOR flaws in the foundation. Rat, roaches, and raccoons live in these apartments as well. We had no heat all winter and the hot water goes in and out. Please do not consider.
This place don't care about none of there building's, the roofs leak, squirrel's have home in them. The burned done building is still there. Where there is rats. All they want is ppls $, and Lie to all.
This is the worst place ever! The turnover for the maintenance and office staff are about ever two to three months, the don't fix issues in the units in a timely manner! I've been flooded out three times in one year , my carpet smells of mildew because they won't properly clean it after a flood! I had to literally live out of boxes in fear that my items will be damaged because the pipes in the other units keeps busting and leaking into my unit ! They never actually fix a problem the just put a bandage on it unit next time, and believe me there will be a next time. Actually had to get a lawyer because of the countless times I couldn't contact anyone to deal with these issues.
They keep changing management, we just got our heat in January while everybody else got there’s in December. The building I stay in are infested rodents and it’s not 1,2,3 mice here and there,it’s more than that, its very BAD! The owner breached his contact and when confronted about the situations he had nothing to say .
If your thinking about moving here Dont do it there haven't been heat over 2 months. They been on the news twice so far. They can't keep staff here .it's been 4 managers and the last 5 months countless of maintaining man. It floods an the apartment u don't get any response back .save your money this isnt where u want to be.
These apartments are in great condition for what the monthly rent is. This is one of my top choices that is close to most job opportunities.
My family and I have been living here for almost 3 years and it really isn't that bad. The only issue is that there is a bug problem EVERY SUMMER. Spiders, beetles, etc. It's only bad because we're on the first floor. Other than that, the apt is great. 24 hour maintenance, everyone in the leasing office is very nice and courteous. Just hope they start exterminating on a more regular basis in the summer!
These apartments were very nice, clean, spacious, with a balcony and dishwasher. Were one of my top choices, just found something cheaper and closer to my job.
