Overall I’m quite happy living here at The Vue Park West! The apartment is incredibly spacious; so much storage! It’s designed in such a way that it feels more like a home than an apartment. I’ve struggled a bit with the bugs (understandable in apartments), however, pest control and maintenance staff are excellent in response time, quality of service and commitment to customer service. The community of Park West has so many amenities, I only have to leave to go to work and grocery shop. I love it!

Nice community! A lot of places you can walk too from food, movies, clothing, bath and body works, car wash & gas station. They have plenty of parking in this community as well

I’ve loved it here, everyone is so friendly and everything is clean and it’s a really nice home vibe. The trash valet is a nice touch, and they keep the pool really clean too.

My air conditioner can not keep up with the heat. I had the maintenance come out and look at it, they moved around the vents and looked at the unit, told me it was a new unit.. then did nothing else. That was over a month ago, but the fact is that two rooms in my apartment are so hot that it’s completely inconvenient and uncomfortable. I’ve brought a complaint to the front office about the weights inside the gym. There is a 30lb, 35lb, and 2 40lb dumbbells missing, I was told that if there was budget they would replace them. Nothing has changed. The gym and its high quality of equipment was one of the MAIN reasons I rented here instead of elsewhere. I would like my complaints to be addressed. The pool has been down two full weekends within the last month, the dog stations are consistently out of bags and over flowing with trash, the gym trash has been overflowing multiple times as well. Paula at the front has been perfect. She is sweet and it always trying to help.

Ive been here since 2023 and I have been happy living here. Being close to the movie theatre is so convenient. The staff here is awesome and maintenance is so quick even during emergencies.
Wonderful staff!! Plenty of shopping and resturants within walking distance. As well as fitness areas. Dog park, walking path, also available. Pool and bbq areas through out complex.
The community is great. I have always felt safe no matter the time of day. Maintenance is fast and reliable and the front desk is always there to help.

Have only lived here for a short time but in that time i have very much enjoyed my stay. Staff is kind and helpful, prices aren’t bad, the property is nice and well kept. So far i don't see a reason to say anything negative about the place.

Pawla was the first person I had contact with at Vue, and she was kind, welcoming, and very efficient. Upon moving in, I had a couple of minor requests, which were attended to in such a speedy fashion, I was astounded. Anyone I have encountered in the public spaces have been very pleasant. It’s a nice neighborhood and I really enjoyed the scenery with plants and trees. My only issue was the bugs. My apartment started getting roaches after they came and sprayed. I told them about it and they did two more sprays. I keep my apartment very clean and I do not know why they kept coming up in my kitchen and once I moved, they were stuck in my appliances and now I have a bit of a roach problem in my new home. I brought it up to management and unfortunately, they said that there’s nothing that they can do after I had to cancel my lease because of finances paid two months rent plus their cancellation fee so in total everything was about 3k. I chose to cancel my lease and I signed a contract, but there should have been a little bit more accountability because I’m sure there was other people in my building that were also dealing with roaches. I could’ve canceled my lease alone because of the roach problem.

It’s been great! It’s a quiet place and my neighbors don’t steal my packages! I love the location. Very convenient to everything you need and close to the freeway. I will not be moving anytime soon hopefully! I picked a great place to call home.

I've had stuff stole out of my car on 2 diffrent occasions. Toilet doesn't work good takes 20 mins for the bowl to fill. Dryer takes 3 full runs before it drys a small batch. People drive fast in the parking lot. Non residents park in parking. Trash in the hallways for weeks. No assigned parking. Gates are a pain of you're trying to bring up groceries.

Amazing office staff and maintenance staff gym is provide everything needs to get a good work out. There is a dog park. Plenty of parking both covered and uncovered

We have never had a problem that Justin in the front office hasn't been able to fix. Maintenance is fast and reliable. The only complaint that we have is that parking sucks.

Moved here a couple weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it! Such a great complex with amazing amenities! The pool is so great, definitely my favorite! Not to mention I get to walk to work now, and save so much on gas!

During my tour, I asked two questions. The first was is this a smoke free community, and she said yes. I asked if I’m going to hear my neighbors above. She said no. Neither are true. My unit reeks of smoke and the unit above me is jumping my ceiling. My Apartment was dirty at move-in. Cleaners were to arrive at 4pm, but didn’t arrive until 6:30. I cleaned the unit for 3 hours. The window screen is bent and loose allowing all kinds of bugs into the unit. I was given a key for the gate/outer doors, however, the outer door nearest my unit, doesn’t even have a lock or door knob. The hallways are covered with leaves and tree bark. The pool is filthy on the bottom. Absolute disaster. I’m on day 3 of 2 years and I already hate it here.

We have enjoyed living here for the past 3 years and going in our 4th! The noise levels of the other tenets around us is a bit much and the smell of marijuana is very off putting. None the less we look forward to another year here.
Very nice place here. There is always something to do around here at Park West and other close by entertainment districts. The loudest part is the highway close by.

Pros- Quiet safe community. Maintenance are fast and efficient. Front desk always very helpful. Apartments are a good size. Cons- Prices are high. Parking sucks.

Have not fully moved in yet but the community seems ok. I have a few concerns when it comes to vehicle/motorcycle vandalism in the parking lot. Finished the inspection sheet yesterday of my apartment and there are a few things that were overlooked and should have been taken cared of before we got the keys. I'll be contacting the office about that today. I hope that the vandalism rumors are not as true as I've been told and if so that the office is in the works of insuring the safety of the tenants vehicles.

Great location and good space for it's price. Sometimes the support staff is slow to respond to issues. There is a lot of traffic getting on and off the highway. The light takes awhile but otherwise a great place to live.

I like living here. I wish we had assigned parking so I don’t have to park far when I get off work. I also wish there was more covered seating so I could go out and read.

The location is great. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars, movie theater, gym, and services. Easy access to the 101. My unit is clean with new flooring, carpet, paint and light fixtures. Noise is less than I have noticed in other apartment complexes. Unfortunately, I can hear my neighbor’s TV late at night but I guess that’s apartment living. The worst parts about living here are the lack of effort from dog owners not cleaning up the ever present piles of poop, trash on the stairs and in the hallways, and people putting out trash for the valet trash service at all times of day so we’re always staring at bags of trash in the hallways. I don’t think it’s worth the cost but it isn’t too bad. 6/10 experience so far.
