Some small things like outlets and such need to be replaced or repaired, but besides that this place has been perfect. The leasing office is very friendly and helpful.
Move in was not good. Bathtub has rust marks, refrigerator did not work, paint was pealing and coming of in areas, bathroom ceiling was painted but funky craters in areas, water stains were painted over but are bleeding through, microwave spin table had food on it, burners on oven had food as well as greasy. Two blinds in apartment, one missing a slat entirely other one had cracked dirty slats. The reason for the 3 stars verses 1 star. Office staff and maintenance have been amazing! Working hard to correct issues. Very kind, caring and professional. Had the issues not been here at move in I would have given a 5 for sure.
Nice place, friendly neighbours. i have a concern of a very slow response on minor maintenance issues. The increasing amount of dog waste in neighborhood park/green area, has become a real issue, turning what should be a pleasant space into a minefield. Unfortunately, many pet owners are not cleaning up after their dogs (thanks to those who do clean), making it difficult for everyone to enjoy the area and walk around. It’s not just unpleasant—it’s also unhygienic and disrespectful to others who use the space. I believe a small effort in raising awareness can make a big difference in keeping our shared spaces clean and enjoyable for all.
I have loved my experience so far! Everyone I have met in management has been helpful, respectful, and timely. The neighbors I have met have also been friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better.
I have had a good experience with the Vue at Rocket City overall. The staff were nice, and the maintenance crew are very helpful. The upkeep of the community is important to the staff, which is great!
Just recently moved to the area and love it so far. Rates are reasonable and the property is within a quick drive to anywhere around Huntsville!

It has been a good experience. It is the only place in Huntsville with reasonable rent for a 3 month lease. Staff is quite nice and friendly
There have been a number of issues with the management just being unreasonable, and they never deal with the massive bug issues...
Absolutely love the complex, and the quietness of the residents! The location is also great.. The one and only thing I hate is the smoke smell in my apartment. It comes and goes very often and I can’t tell if it’s coming from below or beside my unit. But it’s very annoying and embarrassing when guests come over and immediately question the cigarette stench.

They add on random charges with no context, and are threatening to kick me out over a fee that is less than $70, which seems to be due to some error they made. However, when I went to the office (Which I had to take time off work ) they said it was just a way to introduce themselves as the new property management, and it was a simple billing issue the previous manager caused. They said they would attach a note to my door with details. Which never happened. Now the fee has increased, and they have provided me no additional details about it. I suppose I am going to have to miss more work, to figure this out... I have paid by rent every month on time with no issue. Yet, I am scared they are going to kick me out, or mess up my credit because they are failing to communicate. My advice avoid this place unless you enjoy dealing with nonsense.
The Vue at Rocket City staff have been very kind and thoughtful. Their help has been much appreciated every step of the way from rental to move-in to settling into meeting neighbors and learning about different things at the complex.
I love this place the people the area everything. I highly recommend to anybody needing a place. The staff is very friendly as well ! Very nice .

I love this place. Not many places in the world where you have a space rocket you can see off your back porch. It’s a quiet space that’s community friendly. The pool is just the right size and there is plenty of room for my dog to run around in neutral grass areas. I’d recommend this place to anyone that is looking for small, quiet and friendly
They seem like they are older apartments that recently have been getting renovated. So, all new appliances, and everything like that. Seems mostly quiet so far, no major issues.
Wonderful place to live . I’ve been here 8 years and love it. Management is awesome, maintenance is awesome and no problems, pest or outside issues !
Vue @ Rocket City is a wonderful place to live. The Residents and Office Staff alike are very friendly and the POOL CAN’T BE BEAT!! There’s also lovely Dog Park and the location is perfect!
Maintenance is great and accommodating and price is great. Good people all around. Whatever problems I've had when I moved in have been fixed at convenient times. The only thing that sucks is the washer-dryer thing. It never drys completely.
I have no where else to go at this time yet my experience here is not up to expectations! The maintenance and service plus the management are not professional at all.
Very clean & peaceful. Grounds are beautiful. Management has been helpful and friendly. Just move in a week ago today so I really don't have much to tell. I'm not a hard person to please. Happy to have a home.
Just moved here about 2 weeks ago and so far so good. The only thing I’ve been a little concerned about was the smoke smell in my apartment. I can’t tell if it’s from previous tenants or current neighbors, but it’s kinda irritating, especially in the closet area. Besides that, I’ve been enjoying the new community and most people seem very friendly, including the maintenance guy.
Great place to live so far, I'm new to the area and Vue feels like a very warm and welcoming place. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. The location is also great, very close to lots of restaurants and stores.
Staff and very friendly and the outside and inside is very clean very good experience I would definitely recommend to others for a place to live for sure.
Loving my new apartment thus far. It’s quiet. No rowdy neighbors. I Can’t wait until the summer time to be able to enjoy the poolside area!!
I absolutely love my apartment and the management is great. The few things that needed to be fixed or taken care of so far has been done in a timely manner.
Love the vue of the rocket and the few people I have met are kind to others management is respectful and informative whenever there is something going on
very good interior and exterior. staffing is also wonderful. I definitely would recommend to anyone that's looking for a good first apartment as they were extremely welcoming to my husband and I.

Vue @ Rocket City is located in a quiet little niche, offering a safe and happy environment. Compared to market pricing, it’s also very affordable.
If you live on the first floor you better purchase ear plugs to sleep (loud floor cracking noises of upstairs elephants will wake you). No dishwasher. No disposal. Water faucets make noises and vibrates every time someone showers. Lighting inside sucks. A/C and heater works but maintenance didn't seal it very well (I looked under and could see outside thru 1/8" crack) which I sealed. They keep the ground fairly clean (besides maintenance stacking their garbage behind the dumpster i.e. mattresses, wood, etc.). They spray for bugs regularly. Laundry only has one folding station. One washer is crazy off balance for the spin motor(5 total). Two dryers didn't work before(4 total). Laundry is reasonable due to proximity, cost is similar to laundry mat. Management gives the feel that they don't care or want to work to help people out, very callus feeling (new management). Utilities are not included ($85 power and water billed per usage and month late). Total for studio is about $580. Good location in my opinion.

I absolutely love my apartment! This is my third apartment and I've never felt more at home! The landlord is very professional and maintenance is vary quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone that asks.
