We moved in almost 2 weeks ago. So far no complaints it’s quiet and clean. Staff is always friendly. They seem to get things fixed around and in the home fairly quickly which is nice. Only complaint I would have is the daddy long legs in front and back of house and those silverfish bugs.

Living at the Vlux at Sunset Farms has been without a doubt, my best living experience in my life. The staff in the leasing office were so warm and friendly and the apartment to View was right next-door so that was very simple to just walk over there and check everything out. And then I was quickly, able to find out I was Approved after I submitted my information. Everything is so clean and living in the apartment is really a wonderful experience for me. I really feel like I have everything I need and more.

We have had an amazing experience with Vlux at Sunset Farms so far. Move-in was made SUPER easy. We were able to set up with Jetty for our deposit which made saving for move-in so much easier. We were also given one month free for the month of August which has been a HUGE help. Not to mention the units are beautiful and we've had no major issues so far. Malorie has been helping me with this whole process and I can not thank her enough. She has made this whole experience great with her patience with all of my questions. The team is always ready to help and makes us feel so welcome. Still have yet to try out the pool but I'm sure it's just as awesome :)

Placing a work order to have an issue addressed seems pretty easy, I did not use the online method, I walked in instead. Maintenance showed up the next day and addressed the issues I had. Overall, my transactions with putting in workorders and someone swiftly showing up to assist has been really smooth. This is much appreciated.

They have made the move in process so easy for me by keeping open communication, always answering calls and emails very quickly, as well as having the home very clean upon move in. My parking experience has been great and setting everything up in the apartment was very easy. I love the location it’s very quiet and they even have a real grass dog park which I love, it smells good and has lots of room.

Love our home

We have been living here for 6 months now, hard to believe it’s already been 6 months. I also did a review when we moved in and decided it was time for an updated review. We absolutely love living here. The home is so cozy and bright with natural light. The community is so clean, they are on top of keeping the property spotless. Anytime I have a maintenance request maintenance is prompt at getting things done. The backyard is so incredibly nice especially since we have a dog. The property just put up a dog park and this dog park is hands down the nicest biggest dog park I’ve seen. It’s so beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet except on special occasions of course and it’s safe. I jog around the neighborhood and always feel comfortable regardless of the time of day. Vlux is definitely an A+ and I can see my family living here for many years.

I can't bring myself to recommend this place as it stands. The apartments are beautiful and layed out well. But the added amenities are abysmal to use. All of the third-party apps and companies that they use are EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with and get anything done through. That being said, the staff at Vlux is fantastic. Megan is amazing and helps whenever she can (if she can).

Just moved in a few weeks ago at Vlux at Sunset Farms and I have nothing but great things to say about this amazing community. I was transferred for work from NY to AZ and the Manager Nikki made everything an absolute breeze from the application process to signing the lease. Everything was done online which was extremely convenient. When I arrived on my move-in date I was introduced to the leasing staff and given a folder as they explained all the smart home technology, amenities, and answered all of my questions. I was handed the keys and all I can say is that the pictures do this place no justice. The apartment is an actual spacious home with a large backyard and all brand new Frigidaire appliances with large washer and dryer as well which was an absolute . High ceilings to hang my art on and walk in closet in the master. I truly love my new home and very happy with my decision to choose Vlux as my new place to call home.
