Nice, little apartments that are newer construction. The open layout of the kitchen and living room is great. The use of technology for the apartment and facility is very helpful. The layout of the kitchen is great with lots of storage. The overall size of the apartments is a little small. The bedrooms are a little tight if you have anything other than a queen sized bed. The garages seem to be spacious but are tight when putting a mid-sized truck in there. It is helpful that the commute to work is short from here and within 15 minutes of many things to do including the casino, State Farm Stadium and Dessert Diamond Arena. I would recommend for people living a simple life with not a lot of stuff.
