If I provide a review, it would be a negative review based on the leasing staff's unprofessionalism. Complex is beautiful, but the staff and their unprofessional interactions with residents is very disappointing. I would expect better from a Greystar property.

I love living at Vive Luxe! It is beautifully landscaped. It has all the amenities and is very well managed.

I’ve been living at Vive Luxe for 2.5 years and recently moved into a larger apartment. I haven’t had any issues during my time here. The management has always been responsive, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. I really enjoy the amenities offered, and it’s great to see that they’re constantly upgrading the building. For example, they’re currently replacing the corridor carpets with wood flooring.

If you want your car to be towed, even if you pay the expansive parking fee, while you are travelling and pay 1540$ to get it back and leasing manager and manager's manager keep ignoring your emails for 2 months and you'll never be able to speak to him via phone, this is the right place for you! Avoid this place! I have evidence of everything I say, I kept record of every email I sent to them. This is what you get if you choose to live here!!!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Do not move here they do not clean the apartments between residents and they are in poor condition. Maintenance is not done on the apartments between resident. The garage door does not work we have been locked in/out multiple times. Key fobs do not work. There is animal urine throughout the building.

Motorcycle stolen, car broken into, garage gate broken, poor cell service, elevator malfunction while I was in it. Do not move in if security is a concern.

The whole team at Vive Lux are always courteous, professional and extremely helpful. I've enjoyed living here so far.

Don't live here. It's way too expensive for the location and the staff is awful. Unless you work close, there are better options. Hopefully, it will get better but right now everyone is moving out and the hallways smell all the time because of a "trash service"

Vive Luxe is a very pleasant community to live in. The leasing staff and maintenance crew are very professional and easy to work with. This is the go-to luxury living community in the area.

The apartment is new and nice. It has very good facilities like pool, gym and barbecue. It is new and looks so nice. 2 years a go when we moved here, it was amazing. We had the best parties every month. We were waiting for the parties each month to gather and know the neighbors. I never forget the Halloween, we had casinos and other games, drinks and food. We danced a lot. So gooood. And staff were so kind and caring. The second year, the management and the owner changed… so everything has changed too!!!! Unfortunately, Staff are very rude. They do not ask you to do something, they sent an email and make you to do it! They do not care about people who live there and what they need! They only think about the rent due. Some random people had fab (do not know how) they were in the pool area at midnights for a couple of months, and were playing ping-pong in 2-3am. The parking smells bad most of the time! They start to make parties, the cheapest parties ever. Boring. Once I asked for better taste of seltzer. they answered me, I have to be grateful we get drunk for free!!! We do not get drunk for free, we pay monthly! If you have better opportunity, do not move here! Also the apartment itself is nice. For a couple of months, when you move, are so polite and caring, after a while everything changes!!!!

Vive Luxe is such a nice community. It has outstanding amenities, is beautiful, and any maintenance requests are resolved extremely timely.

Vive Luxe is a beautiful building and the apartments are beautifully designed. The amenities are great as well. The only problem is their garage door has been broken for months now, which has made it easy for this man to steal my boyfriend’s packages (during Christmas!) and you pay for parking monthly AND have to pay for a parking sticker, which i believe the parking sticker should come with the parking from the beginning.!

On a positive note, the amenities are aesthetically pleasing, but their full potential is hindered. There are several areas with no internet access, making it challenging to fully utilize the spaces. Additionally, controlling the television and music in the amenities is difficult, with some TVs never functioning properly. Overall, while the living experience is generally enjoyable, addressing these issues would significantly enhance the overall quality of life at Vive Luxe.

Vive Luxe is a great place to live. The amenities are wonderful and the staff is helpful. I have no complaints.

We are impressed by the cleanliness and friendly staff. They were very helpful and made our move smooth. We love our new apartment and the many amenities. We especially enjoy the large 24 hour gym, as that was a huge reason why we chose Vive Luxe. We find the area around Vive to be very beautiful and nicely kept. We enjoy the park and eating at Park Social, and love that we have free membership and classes with NXPT. Our expectations have been highly exceeded.

As mentioned before, it seems the developer cut ALOT of corners building this property. Horrible sound insulation, things are falling apart that needed maintenance in our brand new apartment, no access for food delivery or any kind of deliveries to your unit, and it’s been over a year and no electric vehicle charging stations.

The sound insulation above and below is very poor. Walking will hear very clear sound, it is difficult to sleep. The police have come to test it, even if it is a normal walk, the residents downstairs will hear a very loud sound. The developer must have cut corners in this area to have such poor sound insulation.

I have been renting here for almost 6 months, the safe building is not really safe - yesterday the building has left the garage gates wide open for few days open while they are doing their maintenance beating the purpose of having a fob and 'secure parkade' in result my car and 2 more cars got broken into and all my tools got stolen - the staff is FAKE nice when trying to ask for anything or help after you sign a lease they don't care about you anymore. They have security guards to kick tenants out from amenities areas at 10 pm sharp but not a single security or camera on parkade to protect peoples vehicles - big security fail. Not to mention in the beginning when I signed the lease they actually double charged me on rent and deposit ending up paying almost 3 months of full rent in advance. I do not recommend renting here, passed the nice pictures read people's reviews and don't fall a victim to poor management.

First toured this complex a few months ago while searching for a place to live in San Diego. The leasing manager Marissa gave me a tour and I knew right away this is where I wanted to live. She was so patient and even helped with the application/move in process. I ended moving in in the summer time and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The property is beautiful and the amenities are so useful—I’ve definitely taken advantage of the gym, pool, and lounges. Whenever an issue arises in my home it’s so easy to request maintenance and they get the job done quickly. If you’re looking for a change and have been looking at this area, I definitely recommend vive luxe!

Beautiful shiny apartments, brand new spaces, great staff, every amenity you could think of and more. Very safe place to live. This is an extremely Pet friendly place, my dog loves the pet spa and the big dog parks. Super friendly staff who are attentive to resident’s needs and requests. The front office staff is always available to help. Ms. Sophia in the leasing office is absolutely amazing. You will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you get home. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. There’s an additional full gym outdoors for those days you want to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather while staying fit. Various social areas for hanging with friends and family or meeting your fellow residents. This is the place to live if you want to live a staycation life every day.

I recently moved in from another complex in SD and the experience here by far is one of the best we've ever had. The hands on care from Marissa, the leasing manager, is top notch. She worked hard at understanding my needs and found the best unit available at the best rate. I am convinced there's no better deal in SD! The property is gorgeous, clean, spacious and wheelchair friendly, which was important to me. Even the pool and hot tub have a chair lift for disabled people. There are a variety of outside common areas that are super comfortable and feels very resort like. The gym is huge with brand new equipment and is both outdoor and indoor. I particularly love to BBQ outside on the roof deck on the weekends. The apt itself is very sunny and large with modern appliances and furnishes. Overall I intend to live here long term and couldn't be happier I found Marissa and Vive Luxe!

From the moment that I walked in for the property tour to the moment I moved in, Marissa has walked me through everything and answered all my questions. I was very picky about the room, but she was patient and knowledgeable and showed me the best unit. I really like their gym that has everything you need and all machines are newest model and they even have the outdoor fitness area. They also host cool event like wine Wednesday, for the residence. Clean community and easy access to the free way. Thank you Marissa for your professionalism. Highly recommend!!

We just moved here and this place is awesome! The amenities are gorgeous. It is luxury from the social areas to your own apartment. The gym is particularly amazing. Everything is always kept clean and the staff are very friendly. Shoutout to everyone in the leasing office is super helpful and kind and thank you specifically to Sophia and Marissa for getting us moved in! Safe to say that we are happy we moved here.

The first experience we had looking for an apartment at Vice Luxe was with Bailey and she was helpful setting up a tour and getting us in contact with the assist ant manager Marissa. She went above and beyond showed us the affordable housing apartment we were interested in and it has great amenities like the gas stove, the washer and dryers, the bathtubs and the gym are my favorite. And I’m excited for the pool to be ready in the summer. Marissa helped my mom fill out all the paper work and started the process that day so we could move in that weekend. We really appreciated everything the ladies did for us.
