It’s upsetting that the facility is great, the resident services team is very professional and helpful with any requests a resident has. On the other hand, the management team seems to fall short of any work that actually requires their attention.

Vive on the Park is a great property that has a lot of amenities and is centrally located. I have easy commutes to work and I can enjoy time at the pool or working out at the 24 hour fitness center.

The living experience here is terrible…don’t live here if it’s possible. We’ve only been here for about 5 months but we’ve already lost more than 10 packages…the package system has big problem, my package can be put anywhere , always hard to find it, and always being stolen. The EV charging fee is ridiculous too. Charging the car from 20 to 100% needs more than $20 for only energy fee, even more expensive than public chargers. The valet garbage service is useless, but we have to pay for it. Usually, there are many conditions to collect the garbage. It is much more convenient to throw away the garbage by myself. They always building something unnecessary to upgrade the rent, but they don't consider what the residents really need.

Hi - I'm so sorry to hear your experience didn't meet your expectations, and one of us will get in touch directly to see what we can do to make it right.
Forcing us to pay for trash service without an opt out yet the trash is missed at least once a week. No free community events anymore. Used to have free kombucha on the 3rd floor but now it costs. Parking used to be included for the first car and now has a monthly cost with the second car price going up too. Parking around the complex used to be free for visitors and again is now paid for at a rate of $4 an hour. Then we received an email that “management heard our feedback” and said in an effort to free up spots they will just tow cars who don’t pay. That is ridiculous considering the parking wasn’t full from paid visitors because no one wanted to pay to park there. It just seems like greystar nickel and dimes you for every little thing and residents are absolutely unhappy about it.

Hi We are excited to let you know that all of our resident events are always complimentary. We do have all of our coffee, tea and kombucha at no charge for residents on Thursdays. We know the parking changes have been difficult, but we do provide visitor spots in the parking garages with complimentary passes available in the Reliant app.

Good apartment with clean room interiors. The facilities are new and you will not find it inconvenient to live here. There are also many BBQ areas and community spaces to enjoy your holiday. My favorite is the gym, where you can work out to your satisfaction.

Our first year with Vive was decent, but since the shift in management, I can't wrap my head around most of these changes. Most of the staff we used to see working around are gone, the nice soft carpetting of the hallways and colorful paint scheme were replaced by hardwood and a monotonous teal color, and we pay for the new trash valet service though its completely unnecessary due to o ur proximity with the trash chute. Kind of feels like an "if it aint broke don't fix it" moment that was overruled by corporate interests, though these things happen in the process of shareholders wanting making out of touch decisions in the hopes of generating profit. Such is life.

This place looks nice given how the exterior looks and the price they're charging, but it's really not that great. For what it is, this apartment is really overpriced. They use cheap paint and appliances and the walls are incredibly thin. There are a lot of inconsiderate dog owners who let their dogs poop everywhere and the garbage chutes are almost always broken. The dumpsters are always full of old furniture because residents are too lazy and cheap to pay someone to get rid of it. The leasing office is a joke and employees have changed multiple times over the years. I don't recommend living here. Just save your money and move somewhere cheaper.

The apartments are nice, amenities are good, staff friendly. Most of our experience with maintenance was good.. although they did often close a ticket before it was done while waiting on parts or what-ever and we'd need to circle back with them because they'd forget about stuff.. never understand closing tickets before they are actually done. We did have one outstanding issue the whole time we were there (2 years) that never got resolved despite repeated attempts. All in all, however, we were happy there. My biggest bone to pick is that they try and take you for everything they can on move out. We had a few issues on move in, which we documented, and they claimed all sorts of things that didn't happen to get us to pay for something that was an issue when we moved in.. again documented on the move in sheet. If you move in , make sure you not only document on the move in sheet, but take many pictures, videos and whatever else you need to do to make sure that when you move out you have the documentation needed to prove your case. My other advice would also be sure to ask them to prove (with ORIGINAL invoices) the last time carpet was replaced, the locks were changed, the apartment was cleaned etc... I'd also highly recommend doing your own blacklight carpet inspection. This advice is not just for this property, but any other property you might be looking at. Luckily, we had all this documentation and were able to prove to the home office that the carpets were never replaced despite what complex said, so they removed the $1000 charge and actually ended up owing us money in the end. Document!!

I turned in my keys November 11th and they made it clear I would be pro-rated for the two weeks after having already given them 30 days notice. My roof leaked twice!! I had to get a hotel on both occasions and they never reimbursed me. My car was also broken into TWICE! I hate this place with a burning passion and hope they go bankrupt so they don't continue to take advantage of new people moving in.

Maintenance refuses to fix anything that might take more than a few minutes to address. I've been having a loud tapping problem in my walls from the pipes which keeps me from sleeping and maintenance has ignored the issue for 2 months. Despite me following up multiple times per week they continue to ignore the problem and close out my maintenance requests whenever I put one in. My health is declining due to lack of sleep and I have made them well aware of this, yet still they refuse to do anything. Dog urine and smell everywhere. Trash fees are through the roof (I live alone and was charged $60 for trash this past month).

one star is toooo much for them ???????????????? I have never seen such an unreasonable and rude leasing team, we returned the keys the day before the end of the leasing term, the final bill showed an extra day's charge, we called them and get a response that it was because we 'left early' ???? and we arenot able to return all the keys on the final day, which violated the contract. The most ridiculous thing is that the attitude on the other side of the phone is extremely bad???????? We asked politely at the beginning of the call, but they were extremely impatient . we said we were recommending this apt to all our friends.... she interrupted us before we could finish, She said ''IT'S FINE, WE DON'T NEED your recommendation and there're so many ppl in the world'' ?????????????????don't you think this attitude is sooooo mean. STOP living here, don't waste your time and money here, it doesn't worth for it.

Amenities are great, the office staff is incompetent. While they are nice don't expect them to actually handle anything. Security is an issue as my neighbor's car was broken into as the garage gate was broken and open for almost a month. My friends car was illegally towed out of guest parking, took over a month to get refunded after we had to provide evidence and the threat of a lawyer to both the office and the towing company. Several maintenance issues, the trash chutes on my floor was broken for the 2 years I was there. The gym was closed for almost a month, I think just to paint the walls that really didn't need paint. Expect large rent increases, they have zero interest of keeping current residents and just want to try to get as much rent as possible out of people. Walls and ceilings are paper thin. Residents are slobs and there were constantly surprises in the elevators or in the halls. Also expect your security deposit to be gone no matter how good of condition you moved out. But if all you really care about are good amenities, then I definitely would recommend this place.

Vive feels like living in a luxury resort 24/7. The apartment units and amenities are always in perfect condition, and have everything one could need. The leasing office staff are so accommodating and kind, honestly was a huge selling point for me. They are genuine people and solve any problems that arise. 10/10 would recommend living at Vive!

I doubt this will make it on a review. This property is beautiful inside and out. Its a nice quiet place to live and the amenities are nice. Other than that my experience here in less then a month time has been a nightmare. Leaking roof, no hot water, parking spot issues, and the list goes on.

car got broken into, had issues with plumbing where we had to move out for a few days, had noise problems with neighbors at 2 am in the morning for nearly a month, submitted video evidence to the front office with minimal improvements, also called and emailed the management office 10-15 times trying to renew the lease but the office just seems incomponent and disorganized. I've had a poor experience at VIVE because too many residents are reckless and don't wear masks. Maskless people cough in the elevators all the time and management haven't done much to fix the problem. I don't feel safe here!

As much as I appreciate the leasing office staff being kind when reached out, it doesn't mean anything when they don't follow through on their words. This past year, everyone that has previously worked there has been replaced with brand new faces. When speaking to them face to face, they are able to provide an answer quickly. However, multiples times I was told I'd receive a call or email back, and most of the time, they weren't followed through. Additionally, it's extremely unprofessional that when they break their own written contract, the tenant still has to follow their demands while they try to nickel and dime you. I haven't broken any rules or regulations since I've moved in but you can bet if I were to break any, management would come at me would full force and demand financial restitution.

This apartment is completely unacceptable due to a wall that sounds like a jet engine taking off and VIVE has done nothing about it despite my numerous complaints since moving in on Jan 20.
