Lipstick on a pig
Some of the residents are thieves, dopeheads, alcoholics, crazy and meddlesome. Your packages, (postal packages, food deliveries etc) if you're not camped out in the lobby, could be stolen by residents. Management does not enforce their rules, handicap parking, security. Management does not see keeping vagrants out of the building.
