Monument is a suburban city located twenty miles north of Colorado Springs and fifty miles south of Denver. Our dryer start switch decided to quit. Initiated a maintenance request. A couple hours later they showed up replaced the switch and back to work we went. Thank you for the excellent service and wonderful staff who are friendly and efficient!

Not only was the previous management company terrible, the new one is as well. On top of your rent increasing greatly every month, they are now charging you to pay for the common area utilities, which is somehow over $20/month, which if you already have a lease there, you never signed for. The people are the office say they will call you back but never do. Cannot wait until our lease is over to leave this terrible place.

Finding an apartment home is always a step that comes with risks but for anyone looking in the Monument area I'd say this property just north of Colorado Springs is a gem, a place near convenient shopping and surrounded by wonderful views in all directions and led by a very professional and attentive leasing and management team.

We leased our apartment home from Ohio, so there was some trepidation that the complex wouldn't be as nice as it appeared to be. Boy, were we happily surprised! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They've gone out of their way to ensure our move-in experience was awesome. Our maintenance requests have been taken care of within 24 hours, even though they weren't emergencies. We hardly hear our neighbors even though we are on the first floor. Plus, we love the apartment and amenities. Even though we have always lived in a house and don't consider ourselves "apartment people," we look forward to living here for a while!

Im very satisfied with my living experience at the Vistas at Jackson Creek. My only negative review would be over the recent letter sent out concerning resident porches and what we are and arent allowed to have on them. I think thats controlling. I understand the need for cleanliness and a tidy exterior, but some of the item that fall under the not permitted list are in my opinion, unreasonable. Other than that the staff have been very kind and responsive, other residents are polite, apartments are clean and quiet, which says a lot because everyone has a pet. I love that its so pet friendly and the maintenance requests are quickly resolved. Overall its been a great experience.

I highly recommend Vistas of Jackson Creek Apartment Homes here in Monument, CO. They are spacious and comfortable. Staff is always eager to help when it is requested. Community Room facilities like the pool table make the stay here enjoyable.

The move in process was efficent and easy. Also everytime Ive dealt with the staff, mainly Samantha- she has been wonderful. Apartments are beautiful. Love love my kitchen

I thoroughly enjoy living at The Vistas! The units are spacious, well-maintained, have beautiful views, and are much quieter than I expected. Definitely check them out before making your final decision on an apartment in this area.
