The staff is professional, courteous, and friendly. They make themselves readily available for any situation and go the extra mile to ensure you feel like a valued tenant. I love the community events, we just had Girl Scouts sell cookies to us!

Worst experience ever . They try to charge thousands of dollars when you move out , for NOTHING , and when I got there, they didn’t fix ANYTHING that was wrong with the apartment when I first got there like the scratches in the floor nails in the wall, they don’t clean the stairways they DONT care about the community because the recycling and the regular trash is all mixed together in the dumpsters, most of the trash sits on the ground outside of the dumpsters . They don’t clean the gym, it’s not sanitary . My mail always used to get stolen out the mail room and I never got any notification when it arrives. My car was in GUEST PARKING EVEN WITH A PARKING STICKER AND STILL GOT TOWED AND HAD TO PAY. And then when I went to tell them they didn’t even know about the parking sticker THEY GAVE ME. Not a safe environment somebody died there and 3 cars got ran into right outside my apartments .

I've been living in this complex for a few months now. I love my apartment and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. My neighbors are friendly and I feel safe in this community. My apartment is wonderful and feels like home. I recommend this complex to anyone looking for apartments. Great, affordable pricing compared to other apartment communities. I am honestly so glad I found this place!

Vistas @ Eastwood is a great stay place, slightly more affordable than most other places I’ve seen. Kristen, Management and office staff has been very helpful, supportive and patient. They have provided away to assist Residents in this time of inflation, Flex a great program.I had a situation regarding Flex and Kristen was very helpful and attentive responding to ALL my emails and phone calls regarding the kinks. The Vistas @ Eastwood Staff has shown genuine concern regarding their Residents to offer Flex during this time of inflation. Also let’s not forget the layout of the units are just beautiful and the out side maintenance is always well kept. Thanks Ladies

I went to our office staff about the safety of the residents, but the office doesn’t care at all … MASSIVE SHOOTING. But yet the office refused to have marked security because they don’t want the “residents to know who (there) security is … snooping threw my car at night is who there in marked security is.. so they are covering there own and only have security to patrol the residents NOT FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RESIDENTS. This is a TRAUMATIC PLACE TO CALL HOME AND LIVE A ORDINARY PEACEFUL LIFE!!!!!! Hope this helps you avoid the biggest mistake of your life !!! Thanks ??

The police are continuing to investigate the incident and we are fully cooperating with them. We also want to thank you our residents for your understanding and for cooperating with the police and our communication during the incident. We all should continue to remain vigilant in knowing our surroundings and report any suspicious persons or activities no matter where we are. As a community, we know these types of tragedies can occur anywhere, but together we can watch out for each other.
The buildings are gross. There are spiders everywhere and as someone who is deathly terrified of them it’s not a great place to live. The maintenance people, whatever they do all day, which is clearly not answering service requests from the other reviews I have read, don’t bother to clean or do anything unless you complain several times in a day over a long period of time. Don’t waste your money here. They literally have the nerve to charge astronomical rent prices and can’t even bother to keep the buildings somewhat clean. Seriously find something else.

Left several voice mails and sent countless emails. There are way too many other nice, if not nicer communities in the area. I am not going to beg someone to simply respond to an inquiry from a prospective future resident. I guess this is a glimpse into the future in regards to what the service levels would be like as a resident. This is a blessing in disguise.

Communication is terrible!!! No one answer the phone. You have to actually go there and when you do, there’s no one there during open hours. Don’t even bother to call them if you have problems going on in your apartment because they won’t do anything. It’s been three months and still no one has come to fix my dryer. RUN!!!
Don’t waste your time moving here. Management here is absolutely terrible. I have had problems with the trash service where they refuse to get my trash because I’m on the third floor. They never respond back to emails and never return calls. The gate is always broken and they always have them open. And when they are closed, they don’t warn people ahead of time so there’s always cars locked out the apartments. And parking is terrible. Residents have a hard time parking because guests park in places closest to the building and when I return home, there’s no where to park. You’ll think they’ll start implementing assigned parking, but the problem stills continue. Living here is not worth the headache.
Poor communication, work order our washer machine is 3 weeks and still isn't being fixed, no parking for residents/guests. These places are brand new but things are breaking down rapidly. This is not luxury.
The office has horrible customer service skills and never answer the phones! Work order never get done but the office will complete them anyways. Only been here a month and I can’t wait till my lease is up!
The folks here at Eastwood are wonderful. Heather and Misty are always approachable and professional. They listen to your needs and always have something going on to make this place the perfect apartment residences in the area. It's a new place with the potential to be THE PLACE to be for all your living needs- great amenities, shops galore, recreation and nature estates near you! It has everything!! Love, love LOVE this place!
