Property Ratings at Vista Villa Manor Apartments
You are just denied because of your credit pay history..I asked what was on my credit that made me get denied? Well,Dave couldn’t tell me what it was, he just told me he denied me because he wasn’t satisfied with what was on my report..
From my experience I wouldn't recommend Vista Villa Apartments to anyone. The time spend here was horrible, all the way from the residents smoking drugs in their room stinking up the whole building, the terrible heating and cooling integrated in the apartment and flooding in the basement where the laundry is done. During my time here the owner always gave us a hard time about my emotional support animal which is a little 3 lb cat with all paperwork showing that it was a certified emotional support animal. After a year of staying at Vista the owner Victor called us and told us that the monthly payment is being raised by $70. After about six or seven months he mailed me a lettering stating that we have 30 day to pack our stuff and get out WITHOUT reason. After I moved out I asked Victor for my deposit, he refused and starting making up reasons why I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. Save your money and go live somewhere better than Vista Villa Apartments. Horrible.....
