I have lived here for 6 years and from the moment I toured the property Claudia has been absolutely amazing!! She's professional, patient, understanding, thorough and always helpful. She will answer your questions no matter how often you ask, and never makes you feel like you're asking a dumb question or being a bother. Her customer service shows that you matter. The maintenance staff is timely whenever I need something fixed and I have a pet, which has never posed an issue with them either. Service makes all the difference!

I do not recommend renting at this place. Apartments are old and outdated including kitchen, bathrooms and all appliances. Office staff are generally rude and inconsiderate of tenants. Maintenance staff are average. I have heard of break ins into apartments and cars. Security guards on duty do nothing but sit on their phone.

Very overpriced and old inside and also trash shoot is very far you have to drive to it every time ,guest parking you have to pay 40$ each time to stay and they watch everything you do and you can forget about parking your if u have damage to they will tow your car resident or not.

I have lived all around the country and this was by far my worst renting experience ever. You may disregard my review as coming from a disgruntled renter, but that is not the case. I have been out of there for a long time now and I am writing this as a way of helping others avoid a bad experience as well. I remember having read some bad reviews from every rental place when I was looking and did not pay much attention when so many people had something negative to say about this place, but I was wrong! The ladies at the front desk put on a smile when you first visit, but once you sign on the dotted lines they know they do not have to be nice to you anymore because they have your money for the entire length of the contract. They will NOT let you leave early and you have to put up with an apartment that is in much worse shape than the one they showed you when you first visited. The repairs and maintenance barely improve on it, because whenever they do show up, they paint over holes on the wall and the wood is putrid below, everything with a metal is rusting and the neighborhood is much lower class at night than when you visited during the day. If you think the location is a great deal, it is not. Because of the way the roads around work you have to take 2-3 lights to drive to the closest grocery store and the traffic is so bad it takes a long time to get in and out of the property. The proximity to the forest makes it more likely to get wild animals around and I cannot even tell you about the huge spiders everywhere on the trees and coming in through the large gaps under the main door or the old aluminum windows.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A 0. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PEOPLE. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST, OVERPRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET, APARTMENTS ARE OLD, AND DO NOT EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK INSTEAD TJEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING. THEY EXPECT YOU TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING PERSON TO CLEAN YOUR APARTMENT. I HAVE LIVED IN SEVERAL PLACES AND THIS IS NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR EX. COUNTERS NEED CLEANING THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR EVERY LITTLE THING EVEN THOUGH WE CLEANED IT. THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD IN MY LIFE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE ANYONE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO IN DEBT AND BE OVERCHARGED TO LIVE AT THIS PLACE

The association is not very accommodative, theres too many bugs, raccoon during night time.

Love the location and Fern forest park around the corner, my wife and I working hard to be able to move in ??

Staff are rude and pushy, but the grounds are great and the apartments huge. Too many maintenance issues so they have to enter the apartments
