Horrible place to live

Very rude management, water constantly gets shut off and aggressive dogs (sometimes even off leash!). Not enough parking even though we have to pay for parking permits since they never tow anyone.

Horrible experience

I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting an apartment at this place. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed and frustrated I am with the entire ordeal. From the moment I stepped foot into this place, it was clear that I had made a grave mistake. First and foremost, the apartment was in a state of utter disrepair. The walls were covered in chipped paint, and there were visible cracks throughout the entire unit. The carpet was stained and worn out, giving off a foul odor that never seemed to dissipate no matter how much I cleaned or aired out the place. Maintenance was virtually nonexistent. Numerous maintenance requests went unanswered for weeks, leaving me to deal with leaking faucets, a malfunctioning air conditioning system, and a faulty electrical outlet. It was as if they didn't care at all about the well-being and comfort of their tenants. The noise level in the building was unbearable. Thin walls and poor insulation meant that every sound echoed through the hallways, making it impossible to get a moment of peace. I could hear my neighbors' conversations, their TV shows, and even their footsteps as if they were in the same room as me. Security was another major concern. The building's front door was often left unlocked or in disrepair, allowing anyone to enter without any form of access control. This lack of security made me feel unsafe and constantly on edge, especially during late hours. To make matters worse, the management team was extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Whenever I had an issue or complaint, they would dismiss it with a half-hearted apology and empty promises of addressing the problem promptly. It became apparent that they were more interested in collecting rent than providing a decent living environment for their tenants. Finally, the price I paid for this subpar apartment was exorbitant. Considering the appalling condition of the unit and the lack of amenities or even basic upkeep, the rent was outrageously high. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I deeply regretted ever signing the lease. In conclusion, I strongly advise anyone considering renting an apartment at vista promenade to steer clear. The dismal condition, lack of maintenance, excessive noise, poor security, and unprofessional management make this place a living nightmare. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial burden by finding a better place to call home.

Leaks, mold, deception

I've been trying to get my roof fixed since Feb 14th, 2019. Even called Temecula Code Enforcement for help. Today(May 4, 2023)my dining room light fixture is dripping. They will show up in a week or 2 paint over the damage on the ceiling leaving the mold dormant until the next rain. BEWARE!!!

Package stolen

The actual move in process was great! The staff was super friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, we have already had a package stolen from our front door. I understand that this has nothing to do with Vista Promenade itself, but it is just a shame that this happened on our first day here.

Worst apartment.

This is absolutely the worst place I have ever lived. The day we moved in our AC was broken, and had a gas leak behind the dryer. I had to pull out the dryer to shut off the gas valve...Our garage ended up not being power, which took a month to correct. Our dishwasher started smoking thanks to the heating element actually contacting the door and melting it. Good thing we were home to turn it off before it caught fire. We were told 4 times that it will be fixed "tomorrow." Once it finally came, they ordered the wrong color. We were without a dishwasher for 8 days. On top of that, we've had a bug problem since we moved in. Roaches, spiders, silverfish, no ants though! In order to remedy this we had to move all of our food/dishes out of the kitchen cabinets, everything off of the floor of our closets, remove our dresser drawers and there contents, and move all furniture 2' away from the walls. When I called the manager Amy to express my frustration and ask for a solution, she wasn't empathetic in the least, lied about what she had done to remedy the situation and argued that what I was saying wasn't true. Now since she's out of the office for an extended 4 day weekend nobody can do anything to solve the situation. Amy said Melissa can help, and of course Melissa said I need to speak with Amy. It's one thing to have problems, but to not solve them and belittle your residents is something else entirely. I would highly recommend that you find another place to call home.

Greatness All Around

My boyfriend and I moved into Acacia Park approximately four months ago and have been enjoying our quality of life here ever since! The grounds are always maintained, any service requests we ask to have done are done promptly and have always been done correctly (thus far). Parking can get a little interesting late at night on the weekends, but they are almost finished rolling out their new parking permit system, and since they have started we have already seen a great change. The staff (office and mainainenance) are always polite, helpful, and they all seem eager to fix anything that needs changed due mostly I believe to a few of them residing on site. We are truly glad we chose Acacia Park in the sea of apartments out here in Temecula, and suggest any one looking for a place to live that has both a great property as well as management staff come here and make it their home.

Satisfied!

From the moment of our tour, my boyfriend and I were extremely satisfied with the up keep of the grounds. The staff has always been so helpful with any questions we have had along the way. The units were recently upgraded, and have very minimal carpet, which is such a huge plus for me. Best place around for both the price, and location!

WONDERFUL

The managers and staff are always so friendly and I feel safe here. Sometimes maintenance can take a while to get things fixed, they tend to be pretty busy. All the residents are also extremely nice and wonderful!

At first while looking at apartments this one was the most reasonable price wise. But, until we moved in the staff was very unfriendly and rude. Now there is new management after one year of living here already they are better than before. I see that they have been doing upgrades to other apartments I just wish that they would upgrade ours. That is one thing I wish would change because now the units have hardwood floors, and ours still has the cheap carpet they put in before.
