Property Ratings at Vista Pointe
This is the best part possible complex anywhere there's never any drama there's never any noise nobody bothers you the management is really nice you can pay the rent online with a credit card or a debit card they make it extremely easy to live here all the maintenance men are super nice I've been here almost exactly a year and I've never once needed them except for a light that went out the only one complaint I have about this place is the toilets don't really have a lot of in their flesh and they have these little guards over your bath drain to collect hair so once a week you're going to have to take the hair and throw it away. The closets are huge the granite is really nice the bills are the lowest I've ever paid anywhere in any state my gas bill here is 15 a month my water bill is 10 a month and my electricity is 30 to 50 a month and in the summer when it's AC all day it's 75 a month! The pool is perfect, I absolutely love this place!

Here we go.... Since I've moved into this apartment I have seen nothing good from the maintenance or management team here. They have over 100 apartments here and dont stock any replacements in maintenance besides lightbulbs. I moved in 5 months ago and was missing my patio guard that most other apartments here have, so i spoke to maintenance and their reply was its on back order.... i now have had a broken dryer for over 2 weeks and the parts are also on back order so I can only imagine how long that will take to fix. Ive sent emails and left voicemails to management and all Ive heard from Melanie is she will look into it but I havent seen nothing done. They just use the whole Covid thing as an excuse when I can go online and find the parts myself, its a joke. In addition to this my master bedroom now has flying termites Ive been in and out of the apartment because its disgusting and Ive told management and they said that they would schedule pest treatment but I havent heard of an exact date or anything on when this will actually happen, they dont care about the tenants or living conditions. I would also like to add if you like the smell of marijuana this is the place for you, in my case I signed the lease that does not allow marijuana on the premises but anywhere you go in the property youll be sure to find the smell lingering around the area. My advice, if your looking for quality of life where you can sleep at peace, look elsewhere this place has been a nightmare.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced and have been working to rectify the situations mentioned. Our office staff does their best to follow up with residents concerning appointments. If we are unable to get in contact with anyone, a voicemail is usually left or we will send an email to confirm. Unfortunately some other items have taken longer to fix as there have been many set backs with current events causing multiple parts and material to remain on back order with the supply company we are able to order from. We are fortunate to have additional laundry facilities on the property and were able to provide a preloaded card at no extra cost. I know recently we were able to complete the mentioned repairs and hope everything is to your satisfaction. My husband and I have had the pleasure of living here for almost 6 years now! We absolutely love Vista Pointe for many reasons. It is a clean and safe community. I love that I feel safe living here with my children. Both the maintenance team and the office staff are the best! They are very kind, helpful and efficient. The amenities are awesome too - we love that we have continual access to a pool, spa and gym and I personally love that we have a washer / dryer and a dish washer all within our home - can’t get much better than that! Truly one of the best locations to live as you are conveniently close to literally everything. I would personally recommend Vista Pointe to anyone looking for a beautiful and great place to live.
Never expect any thing back from the deposit, actually you will pay more for no good reason, they want to paint from your money after few months renting and no damage. Also professional cleaning from your money, redicioulus . I do not have kids, and I cleaned everything just before I left..... Be careful, they will take your deposit anyway

We told management we needed to rent while looking for a house to buy. She said”, no problem, just let us know within 30 days when you need to move and we will let you out of your contract”. We found a place to buy and let them know well before 30 days. HOWEVER, about 6 months later they tried to get rent from us after they had already retested our apartment !!!! Also, we had security problems with fighting neighbors above us. Very loud, throwing furniture against their walls, hitting each other and screaming. It was horrible. They threaten to hurt us when we called security and management on them. Worse experience ever. Scary. Management still tried to get more $$ from us for several years after we moved out!! They still owe us $800 our security deposit , they promised to return. Never did. !!
This is the best place to live, close to my work, medical offices, restaurants and parks for kids and pets. The apartments are very spacious. The response to maintenance problem are fast. The staff has always been helpful in resolving any problems I have.
Where I live is scenic and clean for the most part. I like the fact when you call n a work order , it is addressed the very next business day and there is always a follow up after repair. I have been here for three years and I have watch the standards and quality of work diminished. Our stair cases used to be spray washed frequently. That has stopped but, the stairs are hardly ever cleaned. When I moved here I was living in a non pet building and now I have dogs all around me . The apartment management used to inform us but I feel like I should have been informed when my building went pet friendly. This is a small complex and parking can be a problem. We have motorcycles that take up a parking spot. We should have motorcycle spot. Lastly , I hate having to pay a processing fee to some company to pay my rent. I don't care if it is a minimal amount.
Vista pointe apartments are great wet have been here for about a month now. We have a washer and dryer, which is so helpful. Also we have a garage included in our rent price. The floor plan is nice and roomy
