The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We had a showing to tour the place this morning at 11. We even got a reminder email of the tour. Nobody was there. The office hours say that they are open on Saturdays and there was a sign that stated they were out of the office until 9am. It was 10:50am. Very inconsiderate and very unprofessional.

Hello - it's truly upsetting to hear that you didn't receive the top-notch service we strive to provide. I'm going to talk to the team here at Vista Oaks to see how we can improve for next time.
If you are looking for a quiet, safe and peaceful community look no further than Vista Oaks. The property manager Brittney is an extremely nice person. She is makes sure that any questions are answered. I am still new here so I have lots of questions as I get settled in.
Do not rent at Vista Oaks or properties managed by Greystone. You will be plagued by a lack of communication and work orders that are never addressed, community rules that are not enforced. In fact, the front office will ask you to go confront other residents when you observe them in violation of community rules.
Awful. The front desk only responds when you go into the office, the maintenance crew doesn't do maintenance request for weeks unless multiple requests through said front office (even ones that are vital to an apartment), and even when maintenance does work on the issue, it is either left half finished or ignored. This evidently is not just an issue with myself as other residents seem to have similar experiences of not being able to get the staff to fix anything.

Hi there, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.
DO NOT RENT HERE. This property is falling apart and the management company doesn't care. MB

Hi there, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.
If you expect efficiency on apartment repairs and prompt communication by management including sending out letters to residents about important things happening in the community, do not move here.
Great location. Rent is reasonable for the area. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Very well located , staff friendly and professional
Office staff very supportive and friendly. Located in a nice area and quiet. Its my first time living in California and I am in love with Vista Oaks
It is a very nice place to live. No problems of any kind since I live here.
I really love the location, and the access to everything nearby. The floorplans are fantastic and the nearby shopping makes everything quick and easy!
Overall a fine place to live. The stairs can be a bit much for move in, but once you get settled here it has a good atmosphere and is pleasant.
Very Peaceful & Friendly community. Great access to freeway, shopping and hospitals.
I enjoy living here. Feel safe and neighbors are friendly.
In our second year and it is so peaceful and relaxing. Look forward to going home each night after a long day at work. Very little traffic as the two streets getting to the complex are both dead ends so no drag racing. Lots of trees and yes we do have a pool and hot tub with lounge chairs. The ultimate thing that we love is that each and every unit has a washer/dryer and so no going to laundry room.
If you are looking to pay a little extra for the convenience of a washer and dryer in your home, a quiet neighborhood, a safe walk to your car, and a shopping center not even 5 minutes away then this place is great. Management is okay, we haven't had much of a problem. The maintence guy is really good around here and he a nice guy. The place also take large dogs which is hard to come by. Overall, if I didn't need a larger place, I would rent here longer.
Nice clean quiet place to live, Staff is friendly, so far so good, been here for one month. Apartment is spacious and has all the amenities if you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place
