One bedroom one bathroom apartments available in the gated apartment community of Vista Hermosa Apartments. Property is well located iwithin close walking distance to stores, shops, the bay, parks and trolley. Tranquil complex in a park-like setting with lots of trees, outdoor areas , bbq's, benches and a pool. Entire complex is gated, including the parking lot. There are two on-site laundry rooms. Electric, gas, water and trash are included in the rent. Renters must make three times rent total which amounts to $5385 per month income for the entire household. Leases are month to month. We are a non-smoking property and do not allow pets. We are offering a move-in special of $100 off of the first month's rent. Open House Hours: Monday-Friday 10am to 4 pm. Come during those days and times to see available units. Check in with front office at property

These apartments are in poor condition. They are very small, almost like a studio and the area in which they are located isn't the best.
This place is completely infested with roaches and the owners have not done a thing about it even though there has been numerous complaints from different people in the buildings! Avoid this place at all costs!
Perfect place to start off adulthood. Nice area to live in people are nice here.
It's a best place to live close to all shopping, schools, all with in walking distant. I love living here , close to the marina, you get the nice cool breeze every day
Great place to start off your growing family. Has a pool 2 laundry facilities. Don't have to worry about utilities they are all paid in your rent payment!!!!
Summer time is amazing here because there is a pool area and grilling area!!! Rent is a great price since it includes utilities
I love living here and highly recommend it. It is so well located near shops and public transportation. The management is very responsive to any issues that come up.
Love this complex. It is beautiful with lots of trees and open spaces. The staff is amazing and fixes anything very quickly. It is a great place to live.
