Vista Del Sol is a cute and smaller property close to the center of Carlsbad NM. We have spacious 1/1- and 2/1-bedroom units that include all utilities in the price. Vista Del Sol has a luxurious pool that will provide a nice place to relax and catch some sun in the warmer months. We do applications by appointment only and do a screening on each applicant that is applying for the apartment. Please give us a call to schedule an appointment.

Property Ratings at Vista del Sol
I have been a resident here for the last three years. I have enjoyed being in this community where I feel safe and secure with my children. The apartment manager is helpful and kind and the price for my apartment is perfect as the apartment is all bills paid. The pool is great and love that I can do my laundry right there on-site! I would recommend this location to my friends and family anytime!
