12/23/2020- Informed leasing office and personnel of signs of RAT activity and damage inside apartment. Learned other tenants had informed office of concerns of RAT activity, before my complaint. 12/24/2020- I Killed first of several RATS inside apartment. “Pest Control Technician” came to apartment to inspect and implement RAT control measures. “Pest Control Technician” placed bait packs (poison) in “high activity” locations. This left more than 50% (spare bedroom / closet, spare bathroom and lanai) unusable due to pets in the apartment. Apartment personnel supposedly also made arrangements for repair of damage caused by RATS for 12/28. Example of the damage caused by RATS is holes in ceiling where they enter & exit living space of apartment. 12/25/2020- Killed two RATS this day... Merry Christmas! 12/26 thru 12/27- Killed three RATS and contacted Leasing Office message center for direction of disposal of Dead RATS. Leasing Office has not addressed Dead RAT disposal issue as of 12/29. Normal business hours resumed 12/28 @ 09:00. 12/28/2020- Waited till 11:00 for person I was told who would repair holes in ceiling. Person was a no show and informed leasing office person of no show. Was told that it would be looked into. Haven’t heard back from Leasing Office. 12/29/2020- Disposed of another dead RAT caught in living area. Business hours have started for the day. Headed to Leasing Office for update on repairs & remedial measures being taken for RATS in living area...Wish me luck!

They charge way too much for what it is. Our apartment came bug infested and even after bug bombs was still horrible. They were redoing the apartment below us and drove all the bugs up to our apartment. Every appliance would break at least once a month the matinence people were nice and helpful but everything in the apartment was done as cheaply as possible so they could have all the money. Also we got the rug professionally cleaned and everything was replaced and we were still billed. Management is beyond greedy. Better off to rent a house for this price.

My husband and I have lived all over the world. He is a Chef and I'm a traveling nurse. I had read a couple of bad reviews before our site visit..and was a little aprehensive about living here. This place is great! Set behind a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, church and State park. Its great to watch kids playing catch with their Dads and Moms, riding bikes and playing ball. The Pool, Grills and the Exercise rooms are always kept clean and in working order. They are pet friendly here and just charge a nominal fee for a pet.We are hoping to find a kitten very soon. Our neighbors are very kind and made a nice effort to welcome us to the neighborhood and asked if they can be of any asistance. The computer room is great with printers and scanners, which we sometimes need. Their MOVIE THEATRE is awesome with a huge viewing screen, along with awesome surround sound that beats any theaters in apartments- hands down. The staff Sherri, MGR.,Sue and Cheyanne and the maintenance staff have gone above and beyond making us feel welcome, helping us find great furniture and just being on top of everything. They are very organized, smart and efficient. We look to staying here for the next year, before we build our house. They even have a NO DEPOSIT option to move in! This comes in very handy after all moving expenses. In a cynical world where everyone is so quick to write a bad review for whatever reason (s), it feels great to give credit where credit is due. I wanted to relocate from New Jersey to Bradenton after the brutal winter we had last year. It has been one of the best decisions I've made. I looked at many rentals in the area and made my decision to move to The Vista of Palma Sola based on many things but mostly on the location which is perfect. Closed to the beaches of Ana Maria Island , shopping and restaurants . I can drive to the beach in less than 15 minutes. It's a beautiful complex with luscious greenery. The rooms are roomy, large closets are to die for, nice Pool and friendly staff . The Maintenance staff are wonderful ; problems are resolved quickly . I am giving four stars instead of five because the kitchen has not yet been updated. But even with that I love my apartment

This is a great apartment complex. We live 10 minutes away from beautiful beaches, natural reserves, shopping, dinning and much more. GREAT LOCATION!! The staff is great, very friendly and when you need something done in your apartment they are on top of it and follow through until you are happy.

This apartment community is about as close as you can get to the beach. It's also close to shopping. The apartment has a large kitchen and bathroom. I find the office staff to be very friendly and maintenance is always quick and friendly too. I am disappointed there is no trash valet, but all things considered this is the perfect location in a friendly community!

Vista at Palma Sola is a very clean and well located apartment complex, well located for my purposes anyway. I am less than 5 minutes from work and close to every kind of shopping or night life, plus the beaches! I have lived here for two years and signed up for a third. I would highly recommend Vista at Palma Sola to anyone looking to find a quiet, safe and pleasant area to live in Manatee County.

I have been living in these apartments for 3 years now, the front office and maintenance staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great, as it is about a 10 minute drive from the beach and right by Manatee ave and Cortez road. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is well maintained. They are a dog friendly complex which is a plus. The only negative thing I could say about the apartments is that there is nothing amazing about the inside of them and they are definitely out of date if you don't get the upgraded ones.

The apartment is good for the price. I wish they paid more attention to the dumpsters and cleaned around those to make the place more appealing, but otherwise, its been a good apartment home.

We moved into our apartment in May. The apartment was newly painted and had new carpet-something they do with every recently vacated apartment. Whenever a repair is needed, the response time is almost immediate. I'm pleased with it!

I have lived at Vista at Palma Sola with my family for a year and I've been loving every minute of it. From the shady, tree lined areas, to the serene lake filled with various species of wildlife, this is a calming oasis in a bustling city. The apartments are spacious and modern and the amenities are well appointed. The pool and barbecue area is one of the highlights of the complex while the gym has all the equipment you require for a complete workout. After a hectic workday, it is wonderful to come back to a quiet and well maintained residence. And being mere minutes from the beach is an absolute bonus!

Vista at Palma Sola is a great place to live in Bradenton as a young professional. It's close to the beach and a 10-minute drive to downtown/other restaurants and bars. There's a quick back way to Sarasota, too, when you want to get into a different scene. Affordable living is hard to find in Bradenton and though I haven't renewed yet, a coworker of mine who also lives here told me they didn't raise her rent dramatically (by $13, she said). Pest control is reliable and when I have seen pests, and it hasn't been often, it's taken care of quickly. The same goes for other maintenance requests. The common laundry room was just remodeled and now accepts credit/debit cards, which is incredibly convenient instead of coin laundry. The pool is clean and a fun place to hang out on a lazy Sunday afternoon. The management company recently held a cookout/pool party which was a good opportunity to get to know neighbors. Overall, I can't imagine living elsewhere.

I know you know how difficult this moving experience can be. Did I say difficult? That's nothing. I would say "mission impossible" suits better when you cannot find your "must". Vista at Palma Sola is a great place, good neighborhood, and helpful administration. Nobody can say that I live in a place where neighbors help among others if something happens. We now are moving to be closer to the job and friends. Although many people get stressed during the apartment hunting process, I say enjoy. Enjoy all this search, because when you finally find THAT place, everything was for good. Happy hunting folks!

Nice and close to the beach. We have a beautiful pool here that's very nice. The workers are amazing people and make it enjoyably going to the office to see them. Only downfall is the sulfur smell from the pond that sits in the middle of the apartment complex. The stench is so bad sometimes I can't even go outside.

When I first moved in the place was nice, the over all area was clean, the landscaping was nicely kept and the garbage bin worked just fine. The pool area was good, there was no grill so it was clean and the area was kept nice and clean. Now the grills are always left dirty, tenants and guests uses them and no one bothers to clean up, the garbage containers are always full with flies all around and the smell is unbearable. As for the pool, I rather not swim in it! the water is not clean neither is the floor. Over all, the place is going down fall in my opinion and the neighbors are not nice at all. Yes they put in new washers, but the gym and all around has to be renovated and better kept. The entrance is nicely landscaped but if you drive around you see the difference. Another downfall is the sulfur smell coming from the pond, the stench is so bad I sometimes rather stay inside.

We currently live at Vista palma Sola apartment complex. Not only are they affordable but they always take care of us. Our ac went out recently and it was fixed the same day. It's so far the best apartment complex we've ever lived in.

I've lived here for 2 years. The apartment is very nice and clean, and very quiet. The maintenance always fixes problems the next day after you submit a request, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that they raise the rent about $50-100/mo. after each lease is up. I'm now paying much more now than it's worth to live here, and will most likely move to a better place with more secure rates after this lease period.

I have it made in the shade! My lifestyle at Vista at Palma Sola has been a wonderful, relaxing, residental experience for me. The beautiful grounds rock! Our complex surrounds a lake with plenty of wild birds, ducks, shade trees, and flowering bushes of various colors. Nature at it's best! Fun times! Our monthly activity calendar is full of good times to meet new neighbors and join together with previous friends. Our group meets weekly to enjoy yoga, Bingo, pool side activities, Wednesday night dinners, coffee breaks, and refreshing watermelon at the pool. Vista's very cool staff! The manger and staff are sooo friendly, caring, and highly efficient. They are always ready to help in any situation and provide excellent service. Yes, residing at Vista at Palma Sola, Bradenton, FL has been a win win for me. The beautiful grounds, clubhouse, fantastic staff has been my sweet home for six years. Yes, Vista rocks and i just resigned my lease for my seventh year.

My apartment is with in 10 min of just about everything, beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. It has the usual amenities pool, gym, laundry. And it is a nice quite neighborhood.

We have lived here for six years, awesome location close to the beaches and parks. Units could use some updates, we have older cabinets but acceptable for the location and price, some units are upgraded to stainless and new cabinets, we have bailed ceilings and lake view. I would recommend to friends.

Here's the deal: this apartment is the best deal in Bradenton. I have checked all other complexes in this area and this is the cheapest for size when add on's are taken into account (sewer, electricity, ect.) It is also extremely safe. When I first moved in I was all by myself. I felt comfortable coming home at any time and even walking around the neighborhood. No problems. When comparing other apartments that are one (and two) bedroom I realized that the prices are almost completely equal. There might be 10 dollars one way or another but Vista is a better deal for space. The one bedroom apartment is 850 sq ft and has a porch and storage area. If you can, GO FOR THE UPGRADE. I didn't think it would matter when I moved in, but the upgrade came with a microwave (approx value 60 dollars) ceiling fans and extra lighting and just looks nicer. As a bonus the office staff are extremely helpful and fair. I had a dog who ripped through the blinds. I figured that it would cost over 100 dollars to replace. I talked to the front desk and they replaced them for me (and cleaned up beautifully) for about 40 bucks. That's WAY below what it would have cost me to replace them myself. They are accommodating and honest. Finally, the neighbors are quiet and considerate but not overly sensitive. I have had absolutely no neighbor issues. The only reason I would leave is if I was renting or buying a house. I highly recommend The Vista at Palma Sola.

This is a community that cares about one another and looks out for one another too. You feel safe a secure knowing your neighbors have a vested interest in your well-being, as much as you do theirs. Residents will wave and say hi as they walk their dog or pick up their mail. Beach access is second to none, short of being on the beach itself, it's a 5-10 minute drive to the Gulf Beaches and all the amenities it has to offer. There is public transportation a short walk to the South and several stores and restaurants as well. The staff are first class and always helpful and friendly. Maintenance is cheerful and ready to fix any problems that should arise, in a timely manner. You can request them by calling the office or using the online request feature on their webpage. If you are looking for a great place to live, with sun, sand and Florida living, you've come to the right place. Just don't forget the sunscreen.

This apartment is 10 minutes from the beach and close to grocery stores and restaurants. It's very pet friendly. There are quite a few pet stations on the property, and water and dog treats are always available at the office when you visit. The apartments are a good size. There are weekly activities for residents including a potluck with wine every Wednesday. The staff is friendly and helpful, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The rent is competitive with similarly sized apartments in this desirable area of town.The complex is well managed. I've never been disturbed by noisy neighbors. The pool area is always clean. It wouldn't suit people who want high-end finishes or updated appliances/fixtures, which would require higher rent, but everything is in good working order. It would be nice if management added a dog park and dog/car wash areas. All in all, I enjoy living here.

Living at Vista has been a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking to live in a safe, beautiful environment! The complex is located less than 10 minutes from the gorgeous Bradenton Beach; however, there is a large pool available for the community to use to cool off if you'd rather. There is a large playground for the children to play on, complete with a gazebo and picnic tables. The maintenance and office staff are incredibly helpful and kind, and my neighbors are all wonderful. I truly love calling Vista at Palma Sola my home.

Has nice amenities within the complex and friendly workers within the clubhouse. The apartment needs a few updates such as larger fridges, more storage and better counter-space. The pond is a beautiful feature and the landscaping is nice, however the sprinklers often have problems and shower you as you walk on the sidewalks!

My sister and I moved to Florida from New England. We were so lucky to find Vista at Palma Sola. Our apartment is lovely, roomy and very, very quiet. The community is terrific. Management has great activities for the residents including pool parties, wine tasting and bbq's. If you need a personal trainer in the gym, they have that too! Plenty of room for parking, and lush landscaping including a lake. Just beautiful. I feel like I am on vacation every single day.

Vista At Palma Sola is an ideal location for those who want a quick ride to the beach, great places to eat, and easy access for most shopping needs. The office staff is extremely helpful, and the maintenance crew responds quickly to all issues big and small. The pool area has been recently updated with a new outdoor grilling area and new furniture in their covered patio. Everyone we've met has been quite friendly. The one improvement could be in the area for disposing large items. This one small change could bump them to a 5-star rating with ease. We have lived there 2 years and have not hesitated to renew our lease.

What an excellent place to live at the Vista at Palma Sola. A plush landscape with a beautiful pond! This has been a great environment for a single mom raising a child! The amenities including a beautiful pool, gym, tennis court, playground and grilling area. The staff are super and respond quickly to any situations that may arise! The perfect location for "Almost to the Beach" along with shopping and dining. Come on and stay awhile!

I have been in this apartment for 5 years. I love the area, the people in the complex are ok. I wanted to upgrade to the new improvements and to an upstairs but it was too much money with all the transfer fees, new pricing, and I would have to paid all the pet fees again, so I decided to stay for another year in the apartment that I am in. My neighbors aren't the best, I have complained and my neighbors still do the same things.

I've lived in many apartment complexes in Bradenton and never renew for many different reasons. I am now going into my second year here. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Anytime I have an issue they handle it quickly & professionally. The maintenance crew just as good. Always fix things within a day. They're very friendly and always leave a nice note so you know things were finished! I feel safe here and would renew again.

I have been pleased with my time at Vista of Palma Sola. For the past 3 years I've enjoyed the convenience of its location and my favorite part- the beautiful pool! As a student and an employee it is perfect for my lifestyle and generally affordable. I have recommended this complex to several friends and have very little to complain about.

Vista at Palma Sola is a beautiful apartment complex. The apartment is clean and spacious and has a beautiful view of the grounds which are extremely well-kept by maintenance. The palm trees, lawn, and flower beds are gorgeous all year round. The apartments also have speedy maintenance for fulfilling requests. Usually respond within a day if not hours. Rent is more than reasonable and the staff is always friendly. The apartments have planned events weekly for residents to get out and know each other while simply hanging out for a social event such as wine tastings or other themed events. Overall the only negative is the semi-outdated appliances. Other than that the service, grounds, and overall quality of life at Palma Sola is amazing.

How can you beat the Florida sun.. Our apartment is 5 mins from some of the most pristine beaches in the world! Our 2 bedroom 2 bath is spacious and accommodating when have our in laws or friends and family in town for what we hope is a quick visit ;)!! With great amenities including a work out center and gorgeous pool and grilling area..Vista at Palma Sola meets our expectations above and beyond!
