I have stayed out here sense October 17 I haven’t really had any major issues they come fix everything next day very please its always clean and welcoming, i love kate and i love kevin.
Been living here for 5-6 years the management is great now the property manger is great she’s very nice it’s a pleasant place to live.
The office and maintenance staff go out of their way to meet your needs with any problems that you might have. They are friendly and efficient in the everyday operations of the complex.
The buildings have termite infestations and the management refuses to do anything about it. Don't live here unless you want to share your apartment with thousands of bugs.

New company is horrible. There alot of empty places due to new owner and high rent prices...Don't waste your time.

Don’t waist your money, all this available apartments are people who moved out when the new management came. They came and turned everything upside down including raising the rent,which is crazy considering what’s going on, they have zero care. The old manager Karl was very professional and nice, even though the gate almost never worked around here and couple cars were broken into, people still stay because of his politeness now most people are just fed up hence the highe number of empty apartment and more people are gonna move out soon

The apartment was clean. The staff was very informed and helpful. Sounds like they have good plans that will entice and benefit residents. Has very nice amenities with a great pool and gym area.
My lease is about to expire soon and I also needed a barcode for my car. So, I went into the office today to take care of both issues. I was immediately greeted by three smiling associates. The Property Manager, Karl (who is literally the sweetest person I've ever met) was able to help me successfully renew my lease. (He literally sent it to me within minutes to electronically sign.) What I thought would be a long daunting task, was actually a quick and easy one. I was really impressed. As I was leaving, Karl held the door for me and walked me to my car to apply the barcode on it. He's amazing and always goes above and beyond. I'm so happy that I renewed here.
