As a long-term resident of Visconti at Westshore, I can no longer stay silent about the disappointing management practices that have plagued this community for far too long. Having resided here for 3 years, I've witnessed a steady decline in both the quality of service and resident care. My dissatisfaction stems from several key issues, the most egregious being the exorbitant late fees imposed for minor infractions. Despite being a responsible tenant, I was slapped with a staggering $250 fine for a mere few hours delay in rent payment—a punishment that far outweighs the offense. Furthermore, the recent change in management 1.5 years ago has only exacerbated the problems. The inefficiency and lack of communication have become glaringly evident. Simple tasks, such as lease signing, drag on for weeks, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience for residents. One of the most infuriating aspects is their failure to provide timely lease renewal options. Instead of reaching out in advance to discuss termination or extension, residents are blindsided with last-minute notices, accompanied by threats of hefty penalties for non-compliance. Sadly, my experience is not unique. Countless fellow residents share similar frustrations and grievances, highlighting systemic issues that have yet to be addressed. In conclusion, I urge prospective tenants to think twice before considering Visconti as their future home. The disregard for tenant well-being and the blatant disregard for fair and transparent policies make this community a regrettable choice.

We have lived here around three years and we love it. The property is beautiful and well kept. Additionally, the maintenance staff is great! Willie and Hector are always friendly and ready to help. When we have a maintenance request, they consistently ask if there is anything else we need done while they’re in the apartment. They go above and beyond!

Leasing office does not actually care if you have an issue. Reached out to them multiple times throughout my lease regarding various issues but did not receive responses. They will deliberately avoid you and when had gone into the office would receive varying answers to my questions. Office personnel did not seem to know basic information and often spent time "hanging out" and talking with one another rather than speaking with residents. Ignored my emails for over two weeks until I called them directly asking for a response to my email. Do not actually care for their residents. You can and should definitely find another apartment in the same area with staff who actually care for their customers and residents.

I've been living here for the last year and have loved my experience! Bill, from the maintenence team does a great job and has always sorted all issues quickly.
The front office and maintenance staff are very good at responding appropriately to any request. For example, my air conditioner would not cool below 76 degrees on a hot night. At 8 pm on a Wednesday, I contacted maintenance. A friendly maintenance employee arrived within 15 minutes and the A/C was blowing cold air by 9 pm. Fantastic service!!!!!
The staff at Visconti at Westshore has the most pleasant staff on the phone as well as in person. Knowledge of the property and its rental information. I would recommend this complex to my friends because it is centrally located in Tampa and convenient to a lot of the events.
My daughter has recently graduated college and took a job in the Tampa area, so we had to come from the Atlanta area and look for apartments. We found her perfect apartment at Visconti; it looks to be a good area and close to her office. The entire staff (Erin and Karen) have been the most pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful people that we could ask for, they have made the anxiety of moving our daughter away from home easier and they have bent over backwards to assist us in leasing, taking possession, and starting utilities, etc. The grounds and parking area look to be maintained ion a Class A manner and I would recommend this complex whole heartedly.
Ive been living at The Visconti for a 5 years and love it! The building is gorgeous and in a perfect location. It is right next to Raymond James Stadium, and International Mall. 5 minutes from Downtown and International Airport. The ladies in the leasing office are very nice and accommodating if you have any questions they will be there for you. The property is beautiful the amenities are nice, two pools a hot tub lounge chairs, tables , bbq, and a nice gym. The main office has a coffee machine, pool table, couches, computers and printers for residents. I love the fact that residents and guests are able to park in a gated parking garage to keep our cars safe and out of the sun. Its a quiet peaceful and very respectful community. Its also very safe with a security guard watching over the property at night for peace of mind. Also shout out to maintenance if you ever have any issues its easily scheduled online or by phone and there response time is great! Overall I would rate Visconti 10 out of 10! Thank you Erin, Karen and everyone working the property for making my experience here great.
If you are looking for a quiet place to live stay FAR away from this place. The complex is riddled with loud immature college kids. They are loud all hours on balconies and in pool areas with no respect for quiet hours or other residents. This is not a college dorm/campus but they make it as you are living in one. I will never recommend this complex and cannot wait to move!
The property is beautiful! In addition, Karen & the Management Staff are amazing to work with. Karen made the process incredibly smooth even with us living in another state and doing everything remotely. Highly recommend!
I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Visconti. The entire staff was always friendly, and very helpful. The amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, pools, barbecues and other services offered, made living here a delight. Its location offers close proximity to either downtown, or St Pete/Clearwater, and the highway, making for endless possibilities. Being very close to several bars, restaurants and stores added to the overall experience of living at this location.
Allows smoking in apartment but charges $1775 when I moved out to "remove odor"
Numerous vehicle break ins have occurred at this property. One of the more recent times was when approximately 6 vehicles (2 outside and the rest inside the garage, which is supposed to be secure) were broken into. One of the vehicles in the garage was a police cruiser from which a firearm was stolen. Even more recent, within the past few months, we awoke to gunshots outside our first floor unit. A man had been shot and robbed. He was screaming for help and bleeding out on the street. Management was made aware of all the crime occurring and still refuses to provide adequate security and safety measures at this property. There are plenty of other apartments with much better security in place.
I've lived here at least 6 years, I've lost count. One of the things I like about the complex is the parking garage . It's nice not getting into a hot car and it protects the car too. I feel pretty safe here as well. The last place I lived in had constant brake ins. At least here the parking garage offers some security. The office staff manager and maintenance personnel are all very friendly and extremely helpful. They all have helped me numerous times and never made me feel like a burden. They will all always go out of their way to help you. I've lived in many places over the years and this is the only place I can say that about. If anything is wrong with your apartment they will fix it right away. The apartment is very nice as well. Very comparable for the location plus for the size I think it's less expensive than other apartments in the area. The people here for the most part are respectful and aren't disruptive. Overall I enjoy living here.
I have lived at Visconti for 2.5 years and have no complaints. The staff goes above and beyond to cater to all resident needs and are very friendly. I have lived in two different units and both have been the perfect size and have lots of natural lighting. The amenities are great and never over-crowded. I would highly recommend Visconti for any young professionals in the Tampa area!
I have lived at Visconti at Westshore since 2009. I have LOVED living here for the past 10 years. I truly appreciate the staff and the amenities. The apartments are well maintained and very spacious and the windows provide a TON of light. I have seen all the apartments being built over the years around Westshore/Downtown and Visconti, in my opinion, has the best offerings (I LOVE MY HALF BATHROOM AND CROWN MOLDING!!!). If you're in the area looking for an apartment home do not pass up a tour of this establishment. I have made it my home here in Tampa and cannot be happier with my decision.

I have lived at Visconti for a long time- it's the convenient location, amenities and awesome leasing staff that has kept me here all these years. Everyone here is great and if there's ever a problem they take care of it asap and make sure to follow up with you. Plus, no other apartments around offer you a half bath in all units. Always a plus. Highly recommend.
The amenities in this apartment really make you feel like a king of the castle or compound. It the staff and living conditions are amazing and worth their weight in gold, this is by far my favorite place to have lived my entire life!
I've really enjoyed living at Visconti! They staff is more than accommodating to your situations. They certainly helped me out to secure a spot an they do not try and sway your opinions just to lease you an apartment. They are definitely sincere in their work and are transparent. I would certainly stay if my life situation hasn't changed but I do encourage anyone looking to consider this property. It is quiet and clean. While Visconti at Westshore seems like a safe choice, there are plenty of better options in that area. The worst thing about this place is how thin walls and floors are. It is very difficult not to be disturbed with all the noise that comes from the neighbors unless you are lucky and there is no one living in the near or above apartment. I used to hear my upstairs neighbor’s dog jumping around and my other neighbor watching TV in their bedroom all the time. The parking situation is okay meaning that you can always find a spot to park but if you live on the first or second floor, there is always a chance that you won’t find an open spot on those floors. A big concern about the parking situation is that despite having a gate, anyone can follow a car entering the parking garage which happens all the time so it might not be as safe as one would think. The staff in the leasing office is mostly friendly but not always helpful. I had couple of bad experiences with mail delivery because how unorganized their office is. They often forget to inform you that they have your package. For people who live on the higher floors, having a carpet is mandatory to help with the noise which it really does not help. Even though I always tried to keep the carpet clean and I asked them that I don’t want the maintenance crew to go on the carpet with their shoes on, one time that I was home and my apartment was scheduled for maintenance, I had to stop them from wearing their shoes on the carpet and it was obvious that they had no direction from the office. I also had a bad move out experience. Because of my special situation, I had to ask about the contract multiple times and different people from the office gave me inconsistent and wrong information which they denied later on and I ended up paying for one extra month. For those who are currently living here, do not bother cleaning the apartment before you move out because they will find the smallest spot on the fridge or oven and they will charge 100$ cleaning fee. They also charged me 200$ for changing the carpet, even though I kept the carpet clean the whole time. My general experience with Visconti at Westshore was below average I do not recommend this place.

We do ensure that our community manager walks every home to assess the condition of the home both before a resident moves in and after they move out. As the lease that you signed indicates, we never charge for normal wear and tear or for standard cleaning. In cases like this one where the carpet needed to be replaced outside of its normal life-cycle, we did have to charge a fee. We are glad to answer any questions you may have in detail. I've been living at Visconti for almost two years and I love it. The complex is clean and orderly and the staff is like family. They take Customer Service to a new level. Living here is convenient and worth the money. The maintenance team is phenomenal and extremely timely with addressing concerns. Visconti has made my transition to Florida a rewarding experience. I feel at peace here
After now living here a little over a year and renewing my lease I can say my experience has been nothing short from exceptional...everyone in the office is always there to assist the tenants....the preparation for the Hurricane was outstanding..making sure that tenants were aware of what was going on for their safety...I highly recommend Visconti on every level..
I can't say enough good things about the Visconti Apartments at International Drive! Every single person working in the leasing office is so incredibly nice and go out of their way for my boyfriend and I. The Maintenance crew is extremely helpful and always make sure everything is completed in a timely manner. I'm really happy to call this place home! Visconti is in a great location and is honestly just a wonderful apartment complex.
When I first moved to Visconti I had been in Florida for 1 week and didn't know anyone but the staff really went out of their way to make me feel at home. The complex is beautiful and clean as well as quiet. The staff and maintenance team are always on point when you need them. Pretty much any request you make is fulfilled within 24 hrs. They'll even put your packages in your apartment for you which is great if you frequent Amazon as much as I do lol. On top of all that the location is perfect. Just about everything you'd wanna do is within a 15 minute drive. I would recommend Visconti to anyone looking to live in Tampa.

To be fair-these apts are located next to everything. Which bumps it up to a 3 star rating. I have lived here for just shy of a year and currently live in the building I like to call the Frat House. Aka Party Central. Cons: Move In: The parking garage does not fit any type of moving vehicle except a uhaul Van. That means on move in-you have to park across the street-walk your belongings up through the garage and up to the level your apartment is located, then proceed down all the hallways to your actual apt. This is all while cars speed around the corners-almost hitting you. There is an elevator but it literally takes 45-60 sec to reach you. Its small so you will not be able to fit your large items in it. -I recommend using any help to move in if you can. You will save yourself so much time and hassle. I can hear my neighbors above me, next to me-on both sides, and across the hall. Loud parties with screaming, arguing, wooing, yelling, drinking at 2:30 am....on a Monday Night-when I have to work at 5 am the next morning. This has happened many times. Domestic problems. Couple arguing in the hall-banging on the door after the partner locked them out. Tromping upstairs. A family of elephants has moved in. I can hear when they do the dishes, when they watch TV, when they have a conversation. The only explanation is they walk around in lead boots daily. Parking. People who live on levels 3 and 4 purposely drive down to level 2 so they can get out more easily the next morning for work. So, if you live on level 2-you will be parking on level 3 or 4 regardless. Also, I found a half full dunkin donuts coffee cup sitting on my spoiler the next morning. Thank you neighbors! Roaches. They crawl through the vents in my bathroom and living room. LARGE ONES. Its a surprise every morning.Silver Fish-have invaded my shower. The stairwells smell terrible in the parking garage. Imagine wet dog, mixed with chlorine bleach. Now for the apartments themselves: There is no storage unit or closet in the apt I have. They have storage units but they charge $100 a month for it. Trash Valet- it is a fee but it is very convenient Office-is helpful and has a good package delivery system Bathrooms are spacious and some have 1/2 baths for guests Real Granite countertops Modern applicances-stove doesn't have drip pans that are so common in other places In summation, I would only recommend if you are single or a couple. Not for a family.
Visconti has been such a wonderful experience from the day we first took our tour with Teri. The bathroom is a luxury experience every morning! I love being close to international mall as well as the premium shops close by. My morning commute essentials- including Starbucks are right around the corner. As far as day to day living, our neighbors are very respectable and keep noise to a minimum. Sometimes it feels like we are the only ones in the building. Valet trash has been a real time saver and almost a luxury compared to other apartments I have stayed at. As part of our sign up process we were given the option to add a beautiful kitchen backsplash or an accent wall with our application. We choose the backsplash and it transformed the kitchen! The details of the apartment are unique and do fit well with our lifestyle. Our apartment comes with 1.5 baths with a shower and tub combination-a huge convenience. The layout is very spacious despite being a one bedroom. I downgraded from a 2 bedroom from my previous resident so I was worried that it would feel too small. The community also takes time to make sure the residents can be social and interact each month by throwing fun themed events and offering hands on events including wine tastings and cooking classes. They also have food trucks that stop by on occasion which is nice after a long day at the office. Last month I had some amazing crepes from the food truck that came. If you are looking for a community that feels more like a vacation from home-I highly recommend Visconti.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I REPEAT, DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Its a complete was of money. Really poor construction, there has been 2 floods due to poor construction with in 4 months of each other, 1 flood affect 70 units the 2 flood affected 15 units! Management does care about the residents they just say "That's Apartment living". All the front office people are rude and unhelpful, any of the "positive" entries on this website were submitted by them. I tried to contact the corporate office Tonti Properties several times about all the issues I have been having with my unit and received no response. Exterior "secured doors" are always broken, the halls smell like urine, I always know exactly where my upstairs neighbor is because I can hear every step they make. Located right next to the Ghetto, with very little exterior lighting, so you can barely see the residents walking their dogs in the middle of the street at night (that's the "dog path" they speak of). Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other beautiful properties that surround this dump.
My girlfriend and I have been living here for 2 months. Front office staff is great...apartments are clean and quiet, and the area is great. Overall 8/10. Only issue is that the water went out for like 48 hours, but they seemed like they were working hard to restore it. Highly recommend.
