The place is huge. Lots of amenities. I love that there is even a small patio with a privacy tree. It seems pretty quiet at night. Its gated. Aleo has courtesy patrol for safety

Living at The Glen in Old Town Scottsdale has been a solid experience overall. One of the standout aspects is the location—being so close to Old Town means easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, and local events. It’s convenient whether you’re walking, biking, or using a rideshare. The community itself is fairly quiet and feels safe, which is something I appreciated. The grounds are generally well-kept, and there's ample parking for residents and guests. The amenities are decent for the price point, and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner during my stay. That said, like any apartment complex, there are a few areas for improvement. The interiors are a bit dated in some units, depending on whether yours has been renovated. Also, depending on your building and neighbors, noise can occasionally be an issue. But management was responsive when concerns were raised.

Great so far. Maintenance is good and on time. Tenants seem nice and management is on top of things. The outside could use some updating and the only other thing is people Need to pick up their dogs poop. Too many people leaving it and it's disgusting

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of great amenities and close to a lot of places including the Fashion District mall. The apt provides a lot of social gathering, which I love. The only problem is when you send a service request, it can take awhile sometime before they can come if you. I’m assuming it depends on urgency due to the large volume of community they need to assist.

Very clean community with the friendliest neighbors. There are many amenities available to you as well as many different pools. Also Michael in the leasing office was a great help during the tour and explained parking and amenities in detail.

I love it here. The overall community is quite and respectful. The Staff are friendly and helpful and will assist when asked. This is something I am not used too. Most community staff are closed off and unconnected to their residents. So it is a blessing.

I have lived at VISCONTI almost 22 years..... it's not a perfect community but it's a place to live and I'm grateful to have a roof over my head....I wish rules would be enforced more and the laundry room is always broken.... The location is nice and the apartments themselves are more spacious than most in the area. The amenities are okay. The gym is quite small considering the amount of residents and doesn’t have a wide variety of machines. The pools are nice but the hot tubs are consistently broken and the complex doesn’t seem to care about fixing them.

The complex is beautiful and I enjoy that it’s gated, however, appliances amongst other things were broken and needed fixing when we first moved in, and now that we have lived here for a couple months our appliances keep needing to be fixed and maintenance usually doesn’t come around for a week at a time. The leasing office also does not answer their phone. I wish things were different but as of right now we will be looking for something else after this lease is up.

Thin walls, rude neighbors, maintenance takes forever to address simple issues, and most times makes things worse than the original problem.

Overall, the Visconti is a really great apartment complex, especially for the price. Other residents are kind and courteous. The only downside is communication with the leasing office can be a bit frustrating.

Love it here! Overall it has been a great experience. 2 dog parks multiple pools and a hottub and gym. Lots of place to walk my pets- and tbh a very safe environment

I am pleased with the updates done over the past few years. The rent is reasonable for the area. The location is fantastic, there are so many things nearby and close to the 101.

The area is great,the people friendly and helpful. The vibe of the area and the location coupled with the family vibe of the staff in the office is unlike other places I have lived. They check on the tenants and put together events for the tenants to relax and interact on a social level. That's is important for a great community.

Maria was our leasing agent and has been such a great help. She helped answer all questions we have including concerns. When we first viewed the apt, we knew we had to lived here. It’s such a beautiful apartment with great amenities. The apartment is budget friendly and very spacious.

Honestly pretty quiet, Which is nice. Office is quick to schedule any fixes. They are well staffed. Definitely recommend this community. You can't beat the price and location it's definitely not luxury but it's just right.

Living here is near everything that I need. Drivable, walkable and bike accessible. I feel safe here. Maintenance does take awhile but its understandable, I'm not the only tenant here. If you give the leasing office something make sure to have them make a copy, sometimes paperwork gets misplaced. They are nice and easy to talk to. Water does get shutoff sometimes. But make sure they have your phone number they will email or text you for any emergencies. If packages are delivered to you no one touches them. Non assigned parking spots fill up fast after 5pm. Overall neighbors are quiet unless they have a dog. But the doggies are too darn cute who can get mad, not this person. Some dog owners don't pick up their fur babies poop. Not cool dude, not cool. Give this place a chance. It might be the best place for you or it might not. Either way you never know if you don't move in. Best of luck to you and your decisions.

I think I have lived here for 13 or 14 years, I love it. I never had any complaints; the maintenance and office staff are always extremely helpful and great.

Cockroach issues. Most amount of fees I've ever incurred at apartment. Close to downtown. Apartments are large for 2 bedroom and it is nice that they both have bathrooms.

The neighborhood is great and all of the residents are friendly. The community offers a lot of activities and is very clean. I like that their is security.
