Staff are helpful and friendly. Wished they had more maintenance staff available to address any issues we have regarding maintenance. Due to shortage and depending on urgency, you can wait over 2 months before anything gets addressed

So far so good ?? The office people are very friendly and helpful, the area is very quiet, the neighbors are friendly too the cleaning people do a great job and maintenance people take care the emergency call right away.

Nice complex, and good community area. Grills need some improvement timeliness of getting things restocked, it can be weeks to months before grills tanks get replaced or repaired
Great location next to Old Town Scottsdale that's in walking distance to lots of restaurants, bars, retail stores, and golf courses. Good choice for young professionals / those who want to be in close proximity to a lot of fun and solid work opportunities.

I've lived at Visconti for 22 years and I'm very grateful for my home.... There was some recent inconvenience with the laundry room but it got fixed.... FIVE STARS FOR THE MANAGER KRISTA!! SHE IS THE BEST!!! NEVER TOO BUSY TO LISTEN AND IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO HELP!!! I wish maintenance was better... no one picks up the property regularly and people rarely pick up after their pets.... All in all things have improved in the last year.... I love the area as much today as I did when I first moved in.... there is so much to do close by!!! I'm happy Visconti is my home:)

4.5 stars. Been here for almost 5 years, its been a great place to live. It would be a complete 5 stars but i have been noticing more pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, its a community, we all need to take care of it.

I love this complex we’ve been here for over 2 years living on both Visconti and Glenn side. The one thing that really gets me is the bugs, even with pest control there has been a few baby roaches in our apartment.

The place is huge. Lots of amenities. I love that there is even a small patio with a privacy tree. It seems pretty quiet at night. Its gated. Aleo has courtesy patrol for safety

The grounds are generally well-kept, and there's ample parking for residents and guests. The amenities are decent for the price point, and maintenance requests were handled in a timely manner during my stay. That said, like any apartment complex, there are a few areas for improvement. The interiors are a bit dated in some units, depending on whether yours has been renovated. Also, depending on your building and neighbors, noise can occasionally be an issue. But management was responsive when concerns were raised.

Everyone is super responsive and friendly! For the prices for everything you get a great deal. Multiple dog parks, gym, tons of guest parking and a nice pool area. Would definitely recommend

Great so far. Maintenance is good and on time. Tenants seem nice and management is on top of things. The outside could use some updating and the only other thing is people Need to pick up their dogs poop. Too many people leaving it and it's disgusting

Moved into Visconti in April and the apartment condition is as expected. Parking is crowded but can usually find a spot. Nice pools and people.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Lots of great amenities and close to a lot of places including the Fashion District mall. The apt provides a lot of social gathering, which I love. The only problem is when you send a service request, it can take awhile sometime before they can come if you. I’m assuming it depends on urgency due to the large volume of community they need to assist.

Very clean community with the friendliest neighbors. There are many amenities available to you as well as many different pools. Also Michael in the leasing office was a great help during the tour and explained parking and amenities in detail.

I love it here. The overall community is quite and respectful. The Staff are friendly and helpful and will assist when asked. This is something I am not used too. Most community staff are closed off and unconnected to their residents. So it is a blessing.

I have lived at VISCONTI almost 22 years..... it's not a perfect community but it's a place to live and I'm grateful to have a roof over my head....I wish rules would be enforced more and the laundry room is always broken.... KRISTA AND GRACE AND MARIA ARE THE BEST!!! KRISTA IS A FANTASTIC MANAGER AND ALWAYS HAS TIME TO LISTEN!!!! IT'S MY HOME AND I LOVE THE LOCATION??

The location is nice and the apartments themselves are more spacious than most in the area. The amenities are okay. The gym is quite small considering the amount of residents and doesn’t have a wide variety of machines. The pools are nice but the hot tubs are consistently broken and the complex doesn’t seem to care about fixing them.

The complex is beautiful and I enjoy that it’s gated, however, appliances amongst other things were broken and needed fixing when we first moved in, and now that we have lived here for a couple months our appliances keep needing to be fixed and maintenance usually doesn’t come around for a week at a time. The leasing office also does not answer their phone. I wish things were different but as of right now we will be looking for something else after this lease is up.

My move on experience has been great. Grace was amazing on getting me approved and moving as soon as I could.. I would recommend this community to anyone. It’s a very nice and quiet neighborhood in Scottsdale.

Overall, the Visconti is a really great apartment complex, especially for the price. Other residents are kind and courteous. The only downside is communication with the leasing office can be a bit frustrating.
