Vintage is always clean and well taken care of. The grounds are always well kept. Maintenance people are great, if you need something done, they are on it and do a nice job.
Heyy, super happy to join the community and I’ve already recommended it to a couple of friends :-) The amenities are nice and modern! Looking forward to my next day off to lounge by the pool! Staff are friendly and I know are busy but, it did take time to hear back from them a few times. The package pick up can be a bit confusing especially when Amazon puts stuff in wrong building spaces often. Looking forward to partaking in the community events!!!
Living at Vintage WP has truly been so peaceful. Management is very nice, maintenance is very fast and kind, and the community is always clean. Definitlry renwing!

Couldn’t be happier. Everything went smoothly and we are very happy with our apartment. Everyone in Leasing Office is very polite and accommodating.
We’re entering our sixth year at Vintage Winter Park, and overall it’s been a great place to live. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and comfortable, with spacious layouts that feel like home. The main downside is that the entrance gates break frequently, and a Parking Barrier Arm would help prevent multiple cars from entering at once. The leasing office has also become mostly appointment-only. While the new wine tasting area is a wonderful addition, it would be even better if residents could purchase a tasting card for more flexible access. I also appreciate the friendly neighbors, the convenient location near shops and restaurants, and the overall sense of community. With a few small improvements, it could truly be exceptional. The amenities are clean, and the maintenance team is responsive. Living here has been reliable, and we’ve seen the property grow over the years. We look forward to continued improvements that make the community even more enjoyable.The pool area is nice.
Vintage is a lovely community. The property is well kept. The property managers are friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond to service requests. Finally, the neighbors are great!

My apartment is nice, amenities are nice, can’t really complain about that. I don’t like being so close to the cell tower. There are so many different ways they try to put fees on you in this community, it starts to get annoying and frustrating. There’s quarterly inspections for various things and someone with pets and an in office job, it gets hard to have to call out of work so times a year just to be home for a 5 min inspection.

To clarify, there haven’t been any fees beyond rent, utilities, and pet rent charged to your account. We've completed only two inspections so far in 2025, one for HVAC coil cleanings and the other for dryer vent cleanings. The only known upcoming inspection is for fire safety checks required by the Orange County Fire Rescue. We do our best to limit disruptions by combining services, providing advance notice, having an office rep available to oversee the vendor, and not requiring resident attendance. Please know quarterly inspections are standard for all apartments and our team is only doing what is required of them. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and hope you see that this is only to ensure a high-standard of living for everyone by keeping the community safe and well-maintained.
Mostly positive except for the continuous issues with the gates. The food trucks are a nice and the activities are entertaining. There is numerous parking for residents and guest.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and it has been good no major issues. I have recommended to others. I would suggest getting a stair master for the gym though.

Elevator broke just in time for our move in and washer jumps around and won’t work after one wash ?? not too fun of a start! Asked about when elevator would be fixed and were told “ when vendor gets to it”. And “ #4 on maintenance list for washer” just kinda messed up plans for the first weekend after move in. Needed to do all the clean up laundry and run errands ???????

Overall his community has been a great place to live. The property is well kept and marinate is quick to remedy any issues. The only issue I have is that the community needs speed bumps installed. There have been to multiple incidents of accidents due to people speeding and and while the property management has been made aware there has been no action taken to improve the situation.

Good so far just waiting to get my key fob fixed. Our apartment was clean when we moved in. Really glad that we have codes to let guests into this apartment complex.

Upon move-in, the staff and residents have been very friendly and welcoming! They have been quick to handle any issues I've had, and the apartment complex itself is beautiful and well-maintained. We’re going into our 5th year at Vintage Winter Park & still love living here. We’re in The Mead floor plan. Our favorite feature is the two walk-in closets in the master, one in the bedroom & one in the bathroom. The amenities are great, & the wine tastings from The Wine Room are a nice touch. It would be even better if residents could purchase wine cards. We also appreciate the on-site EV chargers since both my partner & I drive EVs, but it would be helpful to have another set near the pool-facing parking lot. That said, there are areas for improvement. The entrance gates frequently malfunction & leave the community vulnerable. Adding arm barriers alongside the metal gates could greatly enhance security & traffic management. These barriers are efficient, with open & close times of about one second, effectively preventing tailgating & unauthorized access. Combined with the existing metal gates, they would create a more secure entry system. Overall, though, it’s a great place to live!

I had a wonderful experience moving in! Everything looks beautiful, and the few residents and leasing staff I have met were so nice! The only thing that could have made my experience better would be communication. Everything in complex is great. Noise levels between apartments is the only major issue. Can hear conversations between walls sometimes and when you have neighbors who sing really loud at all hours of the week sporadically it can be hard to sleep

I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the outstanding maintenance service at Vintage Winter Park Apartments. Having lived at four different properties in the past, I can confidently say that this community is by far the best when it comes to maintaining the property and addressing issues promptly. One of the things that stands out to me is how quickly they address gate repairs. In my previous apartments, the gates were often left broken for extended periods of time. At one place, the gate stayed broken for over a year, and the office kept saying they were waiting on corporate approval. Here, at Vintage Winter Park, they always repair the gates as soon as possible and keep residents informed throughout the process. They are incredibly transparent about the situation, and I really appreciate how quickly repairs are approved and handled. The only times we've had to wait for a repair here were related to the vendor delays, but even then, the office kept us in the loop. They provided us with the name of the companies they were working with which gave us the option to contact them directly to verify any updates. This level of transparency and communication really sets this community apart from the others. I feel very well taken care of here, and it’s such a relief to live in a place where the management team genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of its residents. I highly recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained community!
