We’re going into our 5th year at Vintage Winter Park & still love living here. We’re in The Mead floor plan. Our favorite feature is the two walk-in closets in the master, one in the bedroom & one in the bathroom. The amenities are great, & the wine tastings from The Wine Room are a nice touch. It would be even better if residents could purchase wine cards. We also appreciate the on-site EV chargers since both my partner & I drive EVs, but it would be helpful to have another set near the pool-facing parking lot. That said, there are areas for improvement. The entrance gates frequently malfunction & leave the community vulnerable. Adding arm barriers alongside the metal gates could greatly enhance security & traffic management. These barriers are efficient, with open & close times of about one second, effectively preventing tailgating & unauthorized access. Combined with the existing metal gates, they would create a more secure entry system. Overall, though, it’s a great place to live!

I had a wonderful experience moving in! Everything looks beautiful, and the few residents and leasing staff I have met were so nice! The only thing that could have made my experience better would be communication. I know that the leasing office is busy, which is understandable, but even with leaving voicemails, I never got a call back. Besides this, I have no other complaints and would recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments!

Everything in complex is great. Noise levels between apartments is the only major issue. Can hear conversations between walls sometimes and when you have neighbors who sing really loud at all hours of the week sporadically it can be hard to sleep

I just wanted to take a moment to express how grateful I am for the outstanding maintenance service at Vintage Winter Park Apartments. Having lived at four different properties in the past, I can confidently say that this community is by far the best when it comes to maintaining the property and addressing issues promptly. One of the things that stands out to me is how quickly they address gate repairs. In my previous apartments, the gates were often left broken for extended periods of time. At one place, the gate stayed broken for over a year, and the office kept saying they were waiting on corporate approval. Here, at Vintage Winter Park, they always repair the gates as soon as possible and keep residents informed throughout the process. They are incredibly transparent about the situation, and I really appreciate how quickly repairs are approved and handled. The only times we've had to wait for a repair here were related to the vendor delays, but even then, the office kept us in the loop. They provided us with the name of the companies they were working with which gave us the option to contact them directly to verify any updates. This level of transparency and communication really sets this community apart from the others. I feel very well taken care of here, and it’s such a relief to live in a place where the management team genuinely cares about the comfort and satisfaction of its residents. I highly recommend Vintage Winter Park Apartments to anyone looking for a reliable, well-maintained community!

Vintage is an awesome place to live. I have a dog and love all the pet amenities they have like the dog park the pet grooming. Love the gym and how it walking distance makes me gym session more enjoyable that I don’t have to leave my community.

This is the best community I've ever lived at. Other places never fixed anything, never sent email updates to the residents, and barely did anything for the residents. Here, I always see maintenance working on things and cleaning. They have a cleaning person here every day. I don't think anywhere else I've live had that. Seems gates are a problem at every complex, but this community sends email updates and always works on a repair. They're always making upgrades too. Since I've been here, they've revived the plants, planted new trees, started installing vinyl in the hallway, got new table umbrellas, new hammocks, and I'm sure more I don't know about. They also pass out goodies to the front doors as thank yous, birthdays, or other special moments. And try to have food trucks all the time and some fun resident events like the summer pool party and we just had a valentine event where the decorations were amazing. All places have their pros and cons, but I've honestly never been more proud to bring guests and family to my home. Love it here!

What usually causes any delays, if there are some, is waiting on the authorized vendor to troubleshoot and find a solution that may cause waiting on parts being delivered. This place is amazing. Lived here for almost 2 years now. Special shout out to Erica, Emmanuel, Leila, and maintenance for lightening fast responses to requests, etc. The premises are clean and tidy, FANTASTIC landscaping crew, the online photos actually represent what the place looks like in real life, & I've never had a ignored request for repairs or anything. No pest activity. This is a great community with great staff and great neighbors & i would absolutely recommend. ????

Since we moved in, our experience has been phenomenal. The attention we have received from Leila and Emiliano has been incredible. They are always attentive, helpful, and willing to assist. The apartments are beautiful and well-maintained. The details in every area add a touch of luxury. Although I have some reservations about the towel racks in the bathroom, everything else—from the lamps and cabinet handles to the kitchen and bathroom countertops, floors, and doors—is very nice. The common areas are well-organized and clean; the work the maintenance team does to keep everything looking spotless and in great condition is truly impressive. We are definitely very happy to have chosen Vintage as our new home. All the amenities and the team around us make us feel truly at home and well cared for.

super nice building and staff. small issues here and there with maintenance at move in but the next day after submitting multiple work orders, they came and fixed everything super fast!
