Vintage Tollgate Apartments

My experience has been that I love the neighborhood and staff at vintage tollgate apartments! I recommend the apartments to others O know who are looking for a great place to live! Hope yo see more restaurants coming soon!!

Vintage Tollgate is a wonderful place to live...wonderful staff, lots of amenities and great neighbors. The decision to live in Tollgate Village should be an easy one based on location alone. It is very close to the interstate, public schools, historical areas and about a half hour from Nashville....Worth checking out!!

My experience at vintage tollgate is amazing. The staff are so nice and on top of things. All my neighbors are nice. Beautiful apartments. I also love all the activities that go on and are available to attend!

Vintage Tollgate is an excellent place to live...everyone is friendly especially front office staff and maintenance team. The property provides a lot of amenities including pool gym and clubhouse. Tollgate Village is growing rapidly providing a variety of places to eat and socialize. Great place to gather with friends and family.

I moved in site unseen, which could have been a gamble, but this community made it incredibly easy and stress-free! My online application and move-in were seamless, and the apartment itself was pristine and exactly what I'd hoped for. Alexa deserves special recognition for her exceptional help, she guided me through every step, from understanding the amenities to applying online and ensuring a smooth move-in day. Her detailed explanations and willingness to answer all my questions put me completely at ease. Beyond that, the entire staff has been so welcoming, helping me settle in quickly. I'm also really enjoying the neighborhood, it's safe for dog walks and has great walkable options for dining and coffee.

It has been a great experience so far. The office staff are helpful and available. The only negative is that the sprinkler system smells terrible when it's running. Makes for a slightly unpleasant walk. But overall, the community is great.

The Staff here are really respectful and responsive. Neighborhood is great and living space as well. My apartment is spacious with modern finishes, and I love having amenities like the gym, pool, and walking trails nearby. Parking is easy and convenient.

Office staff is great! Everyone is so helpful in the office! Maintenance does work orders same day which is nice. Amenities are great and I can’t wait for the pool to open this month!

I think paying 2 trash fees is appalling when the valet trash isn’t that great and they only pick up what they want. They choose to not pick up a frozen pizza box abcs then wrote a fine for it

It has been great getting to live here and be able to go on walks throughout the community. I think it is an amazing community with great amenities.

So far living here has been great! The neighborhood is awesome and we love all the shops. Not a huge fan of the valet trash though they don’t always pick everything up so it’s expensive when I can just bring the trash out myself and having to pay additional trash fees on top of that is a bit ridiculous. Our neighbors are all great and we’re mostly happy with our apartment minus a few things. Overall we’re happy with our decision to move here!

well I've been here in this community over four years. I can't stop bragging about how wonderful it is to live here The community keeps growing with new businesses, which makes it a lot of fun however Vintage Tollgate staff has become so amazing in the last few months those ladies are so friendly and lovely. Glad to live here and the maintenance friends are also amazing and always there when you need them.!!

Everyone have meet and continue to me are so sweet. Everyone at tolagte are nice to have conversations with feel very welcoming. I can't wait to meet more people in the community!

Overall, a pretty nice, safe, clean and quiet residence. Some wear and tear on interior/exterior doors, walls and floors. I suppose that is to be expected. The community workers are nice and attentive. Decent areas to walk your pets.

vintage Tollgate apartments are such an amazing place to live. I highly recommend this to any future residents!! An amazing Liquor Store! we have a hardware store and two restaurants so far plus much more medical building and nails, chiropractor, etc.

I love everything about living here. Everyone is so nice and welcoming as well as accommodating me with maintenance work that needs to be done.

It’s clean inside and out, with friendly staff and neighbors. The buildings are gorgeous and the added security of having a key fob to enter makes me feel safe and at home

The office staff is always so welcoming, nice and helpful with all needs or questions. The maintenance staff is also very prompt and super nice!

i love it here. never been happier. Danae and Alexa are the absolute best. Even my dog loves it here. People are friendly and the neighborhood behind us is so nice.

Everyone is so friendly. Maintenance request was fixed within 24 hours. The facility is well kept and the grounds are maintained. Love living here!!

Love living here but recently there is more noise and running up and down stairs than normal. Also, the valet trash service is terrible. They choose who and what they will pick up

I have thoroughly enjoyed living here for the past 7 years. The staff is friendly and attentive. The location is great. It is close to two different interstates while still being out in the country and only 25 minutes from Nashville and 10 minutes from shopping with a firestation only 3 to 5 minutes away. A highschool is next door. As the community grows more privately owned shops are popping up. An outlet mall is in the works to be built with in about 3 to 4 miles from our location. Ya'll come and join us.

Everything has been great thus far. We recently moved in about a month ago and could not be more pleased. Staff has been great. It is nice to have our garbage removed each night as well.

We just received our keys yesterday and we already feel like it’s home. From the warm welcome and helpful people working here, to the inviting scent and cozy clubhouse as we enter the building, this place is HOME. Grateful for the quick and easy transition!

I love living at Vintage Tollgate! management here is the best. She answers questions immediately, and is very friendly and professional. Also love the rest of the staff, and the people I have gotten to know here in the community great place to live with hopefully more upcoming restaurants.

The staff is great. They take great pride in this community. They keep us informed about things. The maintenance team is awesome. The people are nice and courteous.

Great location, clean, nice neighbors. Property management was helpful and has an easy text line, they are very nice folks, and the location is very close to some great retail amenities.

Vintage Tollgate is a great place to live and is in a convenient location. This place grows everyday with new businesses going in all the time. It's like living in a mini city!! Everyone is friendly especially the office and maintenence staffs. I love that I get to meet new people all the time....some even becoming close friends.

Great place with now s pizza place in the neighborhood! Also love that they have events for residents to meet and get to know each other!! Also office staff is always so friendly!!

I have lived at this community for over 6 years, and have never regretted for a moment my decision to move here. The staff are so kind and friendly. I love it's location. It is extremely close to I840 and very close to I65. It is only about 30 minutes from downtown Nashville. The community is quiet and clean. There is a greenway and dog park within walking distance, and a lake that you can walk around. You should consider moving here would be my advice.

I love living here at Tollgate village. The staff are like family to me. It is a wonderful place to live. I also want to mention the maintenance people. They work so hard and are right there when you need them. I definitely would recommend coming in and see for yourselves!!!!!!

My husband and I have lived here for over a year and absolutely love it! It is quiet, well taken care of, and in a great location. The front office and maintenance staff are wonderful and are quick to help if there is an issue.

Great community with growing businesses! Love the hiking trail snd friendly people in the neighborhood! Safe community to live in and the location is perfect to go shopping in Sprinh Hill or Ftsnklin.

Everyone is so nice here! If you request a maintenance report, they are quick to come fix the problem! The pool area is alway clean and peaceful.

I’ve loved living at Vintage Tollgate! The apartment complex community is quiet and cozy! My apartment is exactly what I need! Like all apartments, there’s little things that I would change if I could, but overall, great experience!

Tollgates apartments and community has brought so much peace to my family. Just a few days living here has been delightful. We have felt safe, peaceful and at home since entering our place. The staff is incredible, the apartment is clean and feels like I've been here for years. Truly a blessing.

This will be my second year living in this complex. The community is good, you can meet new people or not depending on your vibe. To start the prices to live here don’t compare to the “amenities” you have access to. The dog park is for puppies and SMALL dogs. It isn’t big enough for a medium sized dog to play…which is super disappointing because everyone here has big dogs. Another thing is the park for kids. It’s like 3 pieces of equipment for toddlers not for anyone older. Management has also changed since I have been here. implementing “new” policies without informing residents. Also be prepared to have to make sure your apartment is “safe” to live in, before signing your lease. My first apartment had mold in the window for our entire lease and got fixed 3 days before we moved. And our new apartment had to have work done immediately (I.e the fridge was broken, the dishwasher had to be replaced) but it was vacant for 2 months before we moved in. DOCUMENT everything, it helps!!!

The staff has been kind and so helpful! The ladies in the office print things for me regularly. Everything is always clean and beautiful. I always see maintenance keeping the pool clean. The neighbors are friendly and I love seeing people walk their sweet doggies around.

Just moved in and the process has been quick and easy. The staff is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. Loving the neighborhood and amenities.

Lived here for going on 8 years and love my neighbors! Great location for me and not too close to the hustle and bustle but just far enough if you need it!!!
