Hopefully it will get better. Community has amenities - some things hard to use (small kids in the gym area at times), heated pool isnt heated and trash is not consistently picked up though we are mandated to pay for trash valet

The location is convenient. It is pretty very loud outside in the morning (people taking very loudly or yelling at their kids) and after 6pm at night and on weekends in evening. There are problems with parking

The community is beautiful, accessible, and responsive. Just make sure you do not park in a tow away zone. Leasing office staff and maintenance staff are great!

Staff is nice. The property is nice but the parking situation could be better. I had issues with neighbors for the first month but they finally got resolved.

There are occasionally strange shouts outside after 10pm, but other than that it's a decent apartment. The people are calm and friendly. It is also very good that it is a pet-friendly apartment.

Get the occasional dog barking or child running in the hall. But, not frequent enough to make a complaint. The raising the rent every year is a big inconvenience. You’d think you’d want good tenants to stay.

Everything is going ok. I like the way they are fixing and beautifully cleaning up the area. We have nice and respectful people moving in, everything is just doing ok thank you.

Love living in this community. Close enough to everything but still far away enough from Providence. The staff is always very helpful. Keep up the good work

So far we are doing good - the only opportunity noted is for pet owners to pick up after their pets. It is unfortunate the amount of waste on every grassy area and the dog park.

Lively community for young residents, office's communication is slow and difficult to reach through phone and email if not being persistent.

My wife and I have lived here for 6 months now and have really enjoyed The place. For the most part our encounters with other residents have been nothing g but friendly. The ladies in the office are super sweet and are always quick to fix any issues we have ever had.

Great location at Vintage Station! They will try to tell you the pool is heated *it’s not* Maintenance is pretty quick. The community feels very safe.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. I love living here and would recommend it for others. Only issue I have with this location is the parking. Makr sure you pay for reserved parking.

I got accepted to be a roomate to my dear friend Brandi we met through a old job. This location is perfect! Hidden and tucked away right in the heart of Mt. Juliet right off the freeway! And the staff are so hospitable and helpful! So excited to make memories here!

I been here for 1 year and it is great, everything is close to you. You can shop, eat and walk around and enjoy the view. Everyone is respectful and nice. The restaurant is a good place to eat.

Great location with great amenities. Friendly staff and neighbors. Occasional neighborhood activities. Vintage Station is conveniently located within walking distance of the famous Kat’s Bar and Grill.

Love the community. Nice and quiet. Far enough from Providence but still close enough to everything you need. Leasing staff and maintenance have always been friendly and always get the job done.

ALL the staff go out of their way to take care of the renters as if they were family. The amenities make an apartment feel like a home not just a rental.

Great complex! Staff and maintenance have been amazing, we love using the rooftop fire pit to hangout with friends and family who live here or are visiting!

I have lived in 2 different apartments in this community. I like the styles of apartments offered. The amenities are good. The location is the best! Very close to Kat’s Bar and Grill!

I love the quiet community and the attention to detail from the staff. The amenities are well kept and leading office is always happy to help. Maintenance staff is prompt and attentive.

Shout out to the cleaning crew. Every morning without fail as I’m headed out to work they are finishing up cleaning and making sure the common areas are clean and maintained. They are always super kind and respectful!!

I just moved in this September and I love literally everything about this community, except the smell in the 4th floor hallway - it’s unbearable.

Thank you Tammy and Laura for everything they done to help us move in via phone, it was alot of work but they made it easy. So far my wife and I love the short 3 days we have been here

We have truly enjoyed living at Vintage Station North! I love that it is walking distance from ice cream shops, sandwich shops, and Kat’s Bar. The apartments offer a few good amenities. The common areas are generally clean. I love that there is a little free library on site.

Our neighbors are great, and we watch out for one and another. The office staff, maintenance, and cleaners are great. They go above and beyond in order to help you. I absolutely love that it is dog friendly. It is nice to live in a community to feel like it is home away from home.

The ladies in the rental office are so kind and respectful which makes a huge impression. They seem to genuinely care about their residents. Tammy and Marlene are the BEST!

Great community and location. Could use more amenities for the price you pay and there are no social events as a community. Parking is hard to find but overall management and the experience living here is nice.

The ladies in the office made me feel right at home from the first time I entered the office. Since living here I’ve had such a great experience. If I have any questions or concerns, everyone is quick to help. This is such a great community and I love living here!

It's been a nice place to live. The people are nice and the area is great and safe. The neighbor is in a good place to shop and restaurants.

very nice place to live, just really wish parking was different. The asymmetry and difference in distance from certain parking spots make things difficult.

Pleased with overall stay, however, very disappointed regarding constant increase in fees such as $50 for trash and common electricity fees. Try and get legit answers from management, just to hear “it is what it is”. Overall poor communication and costumer service.

Love the quiet community and camaraderie found here. Having the Red Bicycle here is a big plus. Great part of MJ. Easy access to everything we need. So happy we renewed here.

Good community to live in. Safe area and not to much commotion going on that keeps you up at night. Pretty peaceful. Nice that they have chargers for teslas as well.

Very friendly and inviting community. I knew about this place far before moving here and visited several times just for the coffee shop and lounge areas. The dog friendly atmosphere has been great my my dog as well.

So far we've never been happier. We met our neighbor, he's nice. Our apartment is beautiful. And we hope to fit in here. We love the apartment and the built in shelves.

Wonderful apartment community where the office people are kind. Park at your own risk- there are no cameras on the parking lots. RB coffee shop is great with very nice staff.

Vintage Station North is a great place to live. The location is perfect, centrally located so it is near everything. The amenities offered are amazing and it is well managed and maintained.

I cannot get over how incredible the staff is here. Laura in the leasing office found me an apartment in less than a week and 1/2. Community is beautiful & people are so nice. Only complaint is that parking is far for some of the complexes & carrying groceries that far in a parking lot is roughhhhh

Great experience. The maintenance team is always the best and most consistent in my 3 years here at Vintage Station. I learned to live with parking ( still not a fan).

The managers are very respectful and trustworthy. The maintenance technician are reliable and do great job ??. It's a great place to live and raise your family. The people are nice and respectful, with their pets.

The staff at Vintage goes way above and beyond to make sure residents are well and safe. Their attitude is always positive and caring in any situation.

Staff has been awesome. We are still needing some things done to apartment but overall we are very happy living here. Neighbors and community have been very friendly. Family love the gym and pool area. Our dog loves the animal area. Everything just awesome and very user friendly

I love this location, its amenities, and its management. Even though it's by the train tracks, I rarely hear it. The Dunkin' across the street is also a plus!
