This apartment complex is well located with everything nearby. Stephanie knows the property well and everyone seems to know her. Touring comes second nature to Stephanie and she definitely wants to help!
I’ve been living at Vintage Lake Mary for just over four months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really well managed. The amenities are a huge plus — the gym is fully equipped, the saltwater pool is always spotless, and the common areas are kept in great shape. Stephanie made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She’s friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made a big difference when I was getting settled in. Maintenance has also been quick and reliable anytime I’ve needed something. Overall, this has been a comfortable, modern, and peaceful place to live. Definitely one of the better apartment communities in the Lake Mary/Sanford area. Highly recommend.
We are hitting 3 years as residents here and have been happy with the move since. This is a great community to join as everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love our 2/2 floor plan that comes with a nice view. All the amenities are great! My favorite amenity is the gym because it has so much to work with and saves you on a gym membership elsewhere if you’re budgeting to save for a house. We also love the pool atmosphere and the extra spaces available to gather/mingle. If you’re looking for something peaceful and exciting this is the place for you! When we reach our goal to buy a house we will miss it! Stephanie was amazing to work with when we first started our renting process. She is lovely and efficient at guiding you through the process. We highly recommend this place.
Stephanie has been amazing since the very beginning. Even when something was difficult or we didn’t know how to do it, she always helped us find a solution with kindness and patience. This is the best apartment complex ever, my aunt lives here but I come to visit a lot and the area is always so clean and neat. I never see any trash and always so quiet is perfect for me. Definitely looking into moving here soon

I have been living here since March 2024, it's my first place in USA. The amenities are amazing and it's a peaceful place. The staff is very helpful and friendly especially Stephanie she's fabulous. This apartment complex is happening, it has monthly activities going on, I really love the food trucks and events. I have lived here for 5 months and by far of all the places I have lived at, this is the best one! The office staff is always willing to help if I ever need anything. Since I’ve moved here I didn’t know anyone but now that they have a lot of community events, I’ve met a lot of people! The food trucks, breakfast on the go, paint n sip, Halloween movie night, and pumpkin painting events were so fun! I will keep attending the events since they have plenty each month. The location is great also very close to I-4, 417, restaurants and a movie theater. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice place to live.

I have lived here for a few years now, and this is my second lease renewal. While I could choose to live elsewhere, Vintage truly feels like home. The staff is incredible-always friendly and ready to help. The amenities are top notch, and I especially love the 24 hour gym. It's super convenient not having to travel far just to work out. What really stands out besides the staff is the strong sense of the community. There are more resident events here than at any other place I've lived, which makes it easy to feel connected and involved. If you're looking for a welcoming and well managed place to live, I highly recommend making Vintage Lake Mary your home.

Overall a great place to live. The staff is very kind and courteous. And the amenities are second to none; pool, gym, lounge areas, office space, coffee and events are all worth the price. Plus the apartments are relatively new and clean - very important. Moreover, parking is not an issue with plenty of ideal spaces to choose from even during peak hours/days. Only draw back is the application process is a bear, almost made us pick something else. If they could get this part right, then it would be a guaranteed 5 stars. Otherwise, this is a good option for the area and direct access to I4 and downtown as well.

Living at Vintage Lake Mary has been fantastic! I’ve been here about 7 months and the staff, neighbors and amenities are fantastic. The events are great and really bring the community together - but my favorite is the food trucks on Wednesday’s! I love how the area surrounding is pretty walkable as well.

There was no hesitation in me wanting to renew the lease. I absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing. Maintenance is amazing always so welcoming. They always remember my name as well. They even remember my dogs name. Love it. Haven’t had any issues with residence here. Always super clean anytime I need anything. It’s done immediately. I plan on staying here for quite a long time. This place is absolutely amazing. I love all of the amenities apart of this complex. I feel safe and I often forget that I’m living in an apartment because I feel like I’m in a hotel. The pool is AMAZING, I could lay out there all day.

So far an excellent experience, the leasing office staff has been amazing!! They assist us throughout the process making the feel very simple although it was a bit complex. I enjoy living here. The staff is amazing and I live my apartment. Tenants need to be held accountable for picking up after pets. I love the amenities it makes me feel like I’m always on vacation.

best apartment in sanford. maintenance is very quick to fix or address concerns. amenities are kept in great condition. staff is nice, and besides apartment noise, the community is rather quiet

Vintage Lake Mary has been a great apartment complex who really cares about their residents and the experience living here. All amenities are kept well maintained as well as regular maintenance of the apartments themselves. The staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable and keeps residents informed of all things in the know through regular communication. Can’t recommend enough!

Everyone and the staff are very nice. Facility is very clean. Amenities are fantastic and incredibly well kept. Having a puppy, it is very nice to see how dog friendly the apartment complex is

A very nice and a good place to land if you’re looking to have a lot taken care of for you and amenities. The staff is great at what they do. Communication is a constant with this community and you will never be left without information. The food truck perks on Wednesdays is very nice to be able to take a break from cooking and just pick something up right there at home.
