Living at Vintage Lake Mary has been fantastic! I’ve been here about 7 months and the staff, neighbors and amenities are fantastic. The events are great and really bring the community together - but my favorite is the food trucks on Wednesday’s! I love how the area surrounding is pretty walkable as well.
There was no hesitation in me wanting to renew the lease. I absolutely love it here. The staff are amazing. Maintenance is amazing always so welcoming. They always remember my name as well. They even remember my dogs name. Love it. Haven’t had any issues with residence here. Always super clean anytime I need anything. It’s done immediately. I plan on staying here for quite a long time. Highly recommend.

Vintage Lake Mary has been a great apartment complex who really cares about their residents and the experience living here. A very nice and a good place to land if you’re looking to have a lot taken care of for you and amenities. The staff is great at what they do. Communication is a constant with this community and you will never be left without information. The food truck perks on Wednesdays is very nice to be able to take a break from cooking and just pick something up right there at home.

Staff is great, amenities are all good, no issues to complain about that is the control of them. Only thing I really could say something negative about is the one way out of the complex on Cherry Laurel can be pretty backed up at times making it difficult to get out.

Leasing team is incredible, super nice and helpful! I love the apartment itself. The property amenities are kept very clean. The grass could be maintained better but besides that, everything else is well taken care of. Apartment is pretty well sound proofed. I can hardly hear anything happening in the halls.

My girlfriend I have been living here for more than a 1 now and love it here! We live in a nice area where everything is close and safe. People at the apartment complex are like family and the amenities great here including gym, grill, pool, and game room. Unfortunately there is no real business center for printing or Desktop use, but there are options to lease offices. The Internet is the only problem we have due to the shared wifi and bot everyone having their own router.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Vintage Lake Mary Apartments! The location is unbeatable—you're just minutes away from shopping centers, restaurants, and easy access to major highways, which makes commuting a breeze. The amenities here are fantastic as well. The resort-style pool is perfect for relaxing, the well-maintained fitness center is great for workouts, and the walking paths around the property create a serene, peaceful environment. The apartments themselves are spacious, clean, and have modern finishes, which makes it feel like home. The only downside I’ve encountered is the shared WiFi. It tends to be a bit slow, especially during peak hours, which can be frustrating if you need a fast connection. However, this is a minor issue in comparison to all the great features the complex offers. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the overall community vibe is welcoming and quiet.

Vintage is a luxury apartment community that has a resort feel to it when using the amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc.). The layout of the units make sense and easy to move about. Staff and maintenance are very responsive and accommodating. I have been a resident 8 months and I love it here.

Excellent place to live because of the people who work here, the way the grounds are maintained, all of the wonderful amenities like 2 gyms (one for cardio the other for strength) wine and coffee bar, large swimming pool with cabanas and nice seating also a grill if you like. All of the people in the office are very friendly and very helpful,whatever you may need they're there to help. They have ample parking including undercover parking.Their is something here for everyone! Also there is so much around here it's well located in the heart of everything.

As the headline states, I believe this is a great place to live. I have been living here for the past couple of years with my husband and two children and we all really like it. My kids especially love the pool and how close it is to our apartment. Definitely worth the price considering how modern it is!

So far our overall experience has been wonderful! We have not had any of the issues all our previous apartments have had. That alone brings a very positive feeling. Up to this point we've had such a good experience. Any concerns we have had were addressed very quickly. That tells me they listen to and care for their residents. The staff has always been very pleasant toward us which really adds to that feeling of being at home and living in a great environment. I would also like to mention I think it's wonderful that they put on events and get involved with the residents. Those little extra things really go a long way and make a big difference!

I recommend Vintage at Lake Mary. I feel like the office takes people’s concerns seriously and when I have guests come over I’m actually proud of my apartment. There are so many unique things about these apartments (very tall doors, indoor hallway) and I feel like the rent is a fair price considering the rates for other places. I love that all of the apartments have the same updated features and the amenities are well maintained.

Good community to live in, there are events happening every month including 3-4 food truck nights. The office staff are very friendly and thoughtful.

We just moved in so time will tell. As of now I'm giving it 3 stars because we haven't been here long enough to actually give a greater opinion. I will say upon moving in there are definitely things that do need to be fixed. Thankfully nothing major as of this second. Time will tell and I can update my rating accordingly.

This so far has been the best living experience I have had. I have lived in apartment complexes where the main office had me in tears because they refused to fix things like the dryer in the apartment (which ended up in a fire) - the main office team is amazing the fact they know everyone is amazing - they literally know you by name when you walk in they are just sooooo nice! The pool/gym /clubhouse are worth the rent alone I love it! Building 2 is great during summer/rain season because you can just walk to the clubhouse and play pool or shuffle board or even watch tv for a change of scenery. The complaint I have is it’s not fully soundproof but that is apartment living - the longer we live here the more we notice things and are more aware of how it effects our neighbors.

Beautiful and quiet!!!!! We love the windows absolutely beautiful to look out!!! Very clean! All the amenities are wonderful! We just moved in and it was the easiest move ever!!! The office staff were all very nice!!!! Thank you Stephanie!!!!

Amazing so far. Very friendly staff and guests staying here. I love the spacious room we have in our apartment compared to from where we moved from.
