Maintenance and office staff are amazing. Even being so close to the highway, it's still relatively quiet. Amenities are always kept up to the best of their abilities. Best apartments I’ve ever lived in! Quiet nobody bothers you they give you notices if they’re gonna come in your apartment they have ever amenity you can name! They have all kinds of events you can reserve the office or whatever you call it. It’s a big event center office thing. It’s got pool tables ping-pong tables pull a bar. It’s got everything and it’s got a saltwater pool open. It’s an awesome place to live I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else.

In the month that I've been here, my two maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and effectively. I like being able to use the clubhouse and grills whenever is most convenient for me. My apartment is nicer than any other rental I have ever been in. The prices are also competitive locally with better amenities

Great communication from the staff. They always do their best to keep the community informed of everything that is going on as soon as possible. Some of the amenities have deteriorated but that is mostly due to poor rule following by residents.

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Some amenities are not as kept up with as they should which is more on residents that don’t care than it is on the staff. The building is kind of spotty. Less than 2 years into the building being up, above the doorway leading into the bedroom has cracked been repaired and cracked again

It’s a great community to live in. There is always some kind of activity going on. There are so many amenities. You can go swimming, play pool, grill out, play table tennis or just sit and relax on one of the many comfortable seats around the clubhouse.

Such a beautiful community. Feels like we live in a hotel resort. The pool is perfect, the common area is stunning. I love the complimentary coffee in the common area. The apartment has beautiful floors and a ton of storage. My only complaint so far is the fridge is too low/small.

A little expensive but you can't beat the location and the amenities are amazing. Only drawback is the limited storage space and parking regulations.

This community is clean. Landscape is well maintained. Coffee bar is well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and so are the grills. We love it here.

Great place to live! Only issues are lack of parking and can hear upstair neighbors very easily. I think the neighbors are easily heard because there is not any carpet, therefore no barriers.
