Other than some people not taking care of the amenities and causing them to either need worked on or not be as clean as they should be, it is a very nice property and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

Maintenance and office staff are amazing. Even being so close to the highway, it's still relatively quiet. Amenities are always kept up to the best of their abilities. It has been a great first year for me. I Just renewed for another year. Pool and club house are great. only had to use Maintenance one time and they had my problem taking care of by the time i got home from work next day. Great location. I highly recommend.

Best apartments I’ve ever lived in! Quiet nobody bothers you they give you notices if they’re gonna come in your apartment they have ever amenity you can name! They have all kinds of events you can reserve the office or whatever you call it. It’s a big event center office thing. It’s got pool tables ping-pong tables pull a bar. It’s got everything and it’s got a saltwater pool open. It’s an awesome place to live I wouldn’t wanna live anywhere else.

In the month that I've been here, my two maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and effectively. I like being able to use the clubhouse and grills whenever is most convenient for me. My apartment is nicer than any other rental I have ever been in. The prices are also competitive locally with better amenities

Great communication from the staff. They always do their best to keep the community informed of everything that is going on as soon as possible. Some of the amenities have deteriorated but that is mostly due to poor rule following by residents.

The office staff is wonderful and truly cares about the residents. The property is beautiful. The maintenance team is always there to help and does a great and fast job fixing any problems. All around a great place to live!

I am so happy with my decision with choosing these apartments. It is quiet and the people are so friendly. The pool is like being on vacation at a resort! The staff is super friendly and you can tell they really care about the residents.

Staff is very friendly and understanding. Some amenities are not as kept up with as they should which is more on residents that don’t care than it is on the staff. The building is kind of spotty. Less than 2 years into the building being up, above the doorway leading into the bedroom has cracked been repaired and cracked again
