Vintage Gateway Apartments

We have had nice interactions with multiple residents and the neighbors are very quiet. We are enjoying our apartment. I love sitting out on the balcony in nice weather with my dogs.

The team is responsive and friendly. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance crew is top notch. The community is always undergoing improvements and the team welcomes feedback to continue investing in the residents and their community experience. The community is walkable and near all of the desireable shopping and dining in Murfreesboro.

Easy move in process. All the residents Ive encountered speak and seem very nice. The staff are fabulous!! I would definitely choose this complex again.

We are delighted with the residence, everything is always clean and already very anxious for Summer to arrive and be in the pool, the terrace fascinated us

I have enjoyed my apartment. Feel safe and very pleased with my neighbors. Location is amazing. Management and office staff has been "Touch-n-Go." Lots of changes but no great consistency in improvements. Overall, I'm grateful for the experience but with the ongoing increases it may be difficult to renew my lease.

Living at my complex has been such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere here is welcoming, and I love how everyone is so friendly and supportive. The amenities are fantastic, from the pool to the fitness center, making it easy to relax and stay active. Plus, the location is perfect, with shops and parks nearby. It truly feels like a community, and I’m grateful to call this place home!

Most residents are nice and remain to themselves. Wish the package room was enclosed in a secured climate controlled area. Landscape is done promptly.

I just moved in on Saturday 4/5/25 and so far, it has been a great experience. Everybody seems really nice and friendly, especially my neighbors on the 4th floor.

Staff has been very friendly and helpful, amenities are great. Location is convenient as well. We have only had a couple of times to call maintenance but the response was quick. Highly recommend to anyone

Excellent community quiet and friendly people have a lot a things to do if you want to relax!! Is much different the another's community good place to leave!!!

Clean, quiet, amazing location. The perfect space for me and my family. My toddler loves the balcony and seeing all the dogs in the neighborhood.

The Assistant Property Director is amazing!! She goes above and beyond to accommodate and help you anyway possible. Fantastic personality and genuinely cares.

Super friendly and a quick move in! The rooms are spacious, clean and they have so much natural light! Easy access to get into the buildings, plenty of parking!

Positive experience living at VG. The community is centrally located while being far enough back from the main road so you are not bothered with road noise. The staff is friendly and on top of email communications with events, updates, and changes/updates to the property. Floor plan is spacious and has plenty of storage- the kitchen will be hard to beat when we relocate.

With the managment changing 4-5 times over the last 3 years it has hard to grade. We hope the pool can be open at all warmer days and be cleaner last year it was the worst I and others took it a Upon ourselves to skim it before going in. Just an observation.

The move in was great. The experience living here has been great as well. Can only hear my neighbors when I sit against the back wall. Not a lot of noise which I like. Is perfectly located around everything I need.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is timely. Neighbors are very nice. It’s extremely quiet, which is surprising being by the busy road. I’ve had no issues this far, and had access to all the complex has to offer. I love the new mail room and the front office is always so nice and helpful.

Great place to live, very clean and well maintained. The homes are energy efficient and have the feel of home. Great, friendly neighbors that look out for each other. My only complaint would be the pet owners that do not clean up after their pets.

It has all around been an experience here at Vintage. I have ran into some really nice neighbors and made some friends. The community here in Boro has been wonderful these past 3 years I have been here.

I love the new staff in the leasing office - they’re so friendly and accommodating. I’ve always had a good experience with the maintenance staff as well. Parking has never been an issue here. The cleaning company keeps the main lobby and gym up to par.

Savana, Ariel, and Sarah have been amazing to work with while securing my new apartment! They are so friendly, helpful, and will get me any info I need!

This has been the most easy move in experience I have ever had. The staff went above and beyond to help me get situated and made sure I had everything needed.

Vintage Gateway is a great place to live. It’s close to everything you could need in Murfreesboro. They have monthly resident events to make you feel included.

Most recently a very disappointing situation occurred ~ I was told about taking possession of a larger garage on a specific date went to discuss with new team patiently waited to be told the unit was given to someone else. The transition of communication has not been the greatest ~ I am hopeful through time all will become much easier and transparent. The introduction of new management was not shared with tenants. Happy holidays

Enjoy living here. It would be nice due to the recent turnover in management and staff, to have a greet and meet time and/or a simple email.

Way over priced for what you get. Several items get left unfixed for months. Parking lot lights, dog park gets flooded and the sprinklers flood it even more even if it's already a mud pit. They can't keep office people employeed. Several tenants have been told we can't use the common areas unless we pay and book it even though it's not a closed event. When we moved it we was told the pool was heated and open year around. That hasn't been true. They force tenants to pay for add-ons above the rent. Ex trash pickup at your door. We pay for trash even though the city recycle centers are open to all residents.

Beautiful community! Professional and polite office management!!!the prep instructions that was provided made the move in was seamless and not stressful.

Apartment and community are great. Communication, staff, and trash pick up service have room for better service. It sadden me when residents stat, I just stay here. We have been made to feel as if we should pay rent and be quiet. Don not request, suggest, desire and especially have a complaint. The staff make you feel inferior verses a valued tenant.

Quite disappointed with the Regional Managers, directors, or whomever is making changes here at VG. Very sad that we VG residents are not allowed to gather together in our own Community areas together (just neighbors getting together and meeting new incoming members of our Community). Since there has been No "November Community Event" planned, a few neighbors wanted to gather together in our Clubhouse ( an area specified as an amenity for residents) for drinks and meet any new incoming residents. We were told this is not allowed and that the Regional Manager has asked the Office staff to no longer let people have get togethers/parties at the amenities without payment/reservation. So even though we live here we can not be together or gather together as a Community without paying a fee. This review is not about the Office Staff, this review is about Corporate Highmark Residential and their Regional Manager.

I just got here and it is an amazing property! We love it here! The application process was seamless with a very quick turnaround. The move in process was made so much easier with the helpful staff always available.

This is a great community to live in the office staff is great and all maintenance requests have been minimal and been handled efficiently! My refrigerator went out and they brought ba new one the same day!

Vintage Gateway offers all your apartment home needs, and more. Floor plans are spacious and thoughtfully designed to maximize functionality while keeping a high end look. The current team is great and will address your needs promptly and kindly- all you have to do is reach out. The property is tucked away from the main drag of Medical Center Pkwy, so there is a sense of calm and quiet on the property while only being a short walk, bike ride, or drive away from an assortment of activities. Murfreesboro is a desirable location to be and Vintage Gateway will make your college town experience all the more enjoyable.

Welcoming community. The enthusiasm by all has been unmatched. Looking forward to spending my holidays here having conversations around the fire pits on the cozy nights.

So far it has been a great experience! The community is clean. Apartment is small but has a great view. Dig friendly which is a plus. Did I mention community spaces with a doggie spa.

Love how quiet it is here. The neighbors are all sweet and we are in a great area. Within walking distance or great restaurants and the mall.

Staff is great. Overall, apartments are very well maintained. Jason the maintenance supervisor is fantastic and goes about and beyond. Office staff is good and always try to assist you!

Friendly neighbors, the people are great! They are helpful if you need something and are not too noisy. I never hear anyone around me so it feels like you have your privacy.

Vintage Gateway is the gem of Murfreesboro. It’s super close to dining, shopping, and entertainment with more being built! I would recommend it to anyone.

The appartment itself is great. The amenities would be great if they were consistent. Since I’ve been here we’ll over a year the bonfire pits around the entire complex have been down for maybe 8-9 months of that, the community ask for updates but we have yet to get any updates on it. The pool is open now but took quite a while to open as well. Wine machine is never full. Our package room is under construction for the next few months but residents were only given 3 days notice for this adjustment. Example: I paid $70 for a package to get delivered next day. Delivery driver dropped off package at 5pm exactly on Saturday and since they’ve moved our packages into the office for the next 3 months I could received it until Monday evening after work because my office out it into the office and left for the weekend. Etc. The community is an amazing community but it’s very unorganized. Great people, very safe, community friendly, we all get along very well.

Super clean complex. Super nice and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful unit. Everything was laid out for us on move-in day to where we understood exactly what we needed to do, and how to do it.

VG is in the middle of all the action. The current team is great and will take care of all your needs. VG is the place to be if you’re looking for an apartment home.

The leasing staff is amazing, community is quiet and grounds are well kept. The floor plan we have is absolutely beautiful and very intimate and comfortable. We're excited to be new residents!

Overall this is a good place. A few issues here and there but what place don't have issues. We have live here about 18 months. All of our neighbors are great.
