Property Ratings at Vintage Faire Apartments
I have lived here for about a year and really have no complaints. The property managers Steven and Maceo are super easy to get ahold of with any questions or concerns. The property is always well kept, pools clean, lawn clean (no dog poop), trash areas clean and don’t stink, the laundry facilities are always swept and clean machines wiped down too. The people that live here are quite and friendly. This is the first complex I’ve been in where I really want to stay. I live in a 1bx1b upstairs and it feels spacious especially with the vaulted ceilings. I really have no complaints! I do live by the road and hear a lot of road noise since people speed by but that’s not the apartments fault. If your looking to live here I really recommend!!
I have lived at Vintage Faire Apts for six months and it is really nice. Although they are remodeling, the Apts and amenities are wonderful. Fair housing prices, and the Manager, Sarah is the most sweetest and honest person I've met. She's one of the main reasons I chose to live here.
I have been living at Vintage Faire Apartments for 2 years now. I love everything about it. I live upstairs, so I have high vaulted ceilings.My apartment is very big. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath. I live with my Husband and 3 kids. They have enough room to roam around. I dont think I am going to be moving anytime soon. They have beautiful landscaping. Their pool and jacuzzi is always clean and sparkling.
