Vintage Brunswick gives Resort esq vibes. It is incredibly nice from the apartments to the clubhouse and all the amenities. The pool is insane not to mention the gym, the pool table in the clubhouse, all the grills, the cabanas, ping pong, cornhole, pickleball, dog park, dog washing station. It’s truly unbelievable the amount of amenities included and so worth it.

I've lived at a couple of other properties in Brunswick, and the Vintage is by far the best. The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. I love the ample storage space and my screened patio. I am also so impressed with the amenities, specifically the pool. I feel like I'm at a resort. I also appreciate the staff and their promptness anytime I've had a question. I've lived at properties where it took 5-7 business days to get a respiratory from the leasing office. Bri, especially, is so kind and makes resident events so fun. I love The Vintage and definitely recommend to anyone searching for housing in BWK!!

Love my apartment. It’s a brand new complex so everything is in great shape. The grounds are always well kept, staff friendly and helpful, and pretty quiet. I like that it’s secluded from other areas so not a lot of foot traffic from people not living here. A hidden gem for sure.

The property is nicely landscaped, love all the beautiful flowers, especially the magnolia trees when they're in bloom. The lawns are nicely kept. The efforts of the groundskeeper don't go unnoticed, good job Mary!

My son is a resident at Vintage Brunswick. He’s been living there for 3 months. Each time I visit him, I notice the lawns are kept up…no litter. Mary does a great job at maintaining the grounds.

The property is unique with a very friendly staff. The amenities are amazing, gives me vacation vibes. I really loved the Office Suites because I do run a small jewelry business and I can work and live on site. The staff said they could create events that would cater to small businesses renting the office suites and I just found that so comforting and supportive. I really felt at home.
