Looks great online but shabby in real life

I don't think they want to rent these apartments. 8 unanswered messages and at least 6 emails without even an auto reply over the last 2 weeks. I decided to go to the property and see if I could take a look at the apartments listed for rent. The neighborhood is off 2 very busy streets with an industrial vibe and the streets are all apartments, cars, boats, and campers. Vintage Brook is gated and no one would answer the call button. I looked around the property and decided the poor management and run down looking buildings didn't warrant my time trying to contact them further. There are a lot better places in nicer locations.
