Overall it’s a great place to live. The neighbors are friendly and it’s very quiet with the exception of a few loud dogs. Maintenance staff is great and timely when there’s an issue.

I love this place! My visiting friends love this place. I like seeing their faces when I take them to see the pool and clubhouse and offer them a cup of coffee from the awesome machine! My apartment is very welcoming and comfy. I couldn’t be any more pleased!

While the community is generally beautiful, community management struggles to create a positive resident experience. Unfortunately, resident requests/complaints go unaddressed while the community management strives to find ways residents aren't following community guidelines. It creates an environment where residents feel like they are walking on eggshells while simply trying to live their lives in their favorite place. It is such a shame as there aren't very many options on the Island.

This is a great place to live. I really enjoy living here. There is a small dog park, swimming pool, gym to work out in. Throughout each month the staff puts on different events for everyone to participate in. I would recommend this place.

Love the community. The pool is great. Gym rocks. I love how we get a food truck to come through every Friday. It’s awesome being so close to everything too. I love living here.

I have a bookmark that says “Amelia Island is my happy place“. My Vintage apartment has a great deal to do with that. It is a very comfortable apartment that fits me well. I can get almost anywhere I need to go in under 15 minutes, and more often 5 to 10 minutes. The residents are friendly, as are the people who are in charge. They go out of their way to provide fun things for us to do from time to time and work hard to keep a pleasant atmosphere. I I could not have found a better place to be on this lovely island.

On our second year here at Vintage Amelia Apartments. The location is absolutely perfect with the beach not far one way and beautiful downtown Fernandina not far the other direction. It’s a beautiful place to live if you are looking for landscaping and amenities. It’s fairly quiet most of the time though the night time noise curfew isn’t enforced and hardly a known particular. The breezeways are “blown” out regularly, but the “gunk” remains stuck on the floors. If you get past these distractions and can make the rent, you are sure to love living here. Your neighbors will all become friends !!

Love this place, I love the pool table. It would be such a blessing if it could get reupholstered. The pool area is also very nice. Some of the fans are missing veins . With just a few tiny improvements the place would look amazing.

Having just moved in, I have a lot to learn and enjoy. I enjoyed the hot chocolate the other day, and the food truck last week. I am looking forward to meeting a few of the residents, and that will happen when the weather gets warmer. I am delighted to be hre, and really like my apartment.

Very nice landscaping (recently refreshed) and helpful staff. Community has a lot of events each month and the property is walking distance to downtown Fernandina Beach.

Quiet neighbors and wonderful location on the island. The only surprise was that water is not included in the rent as I original thought. They do charge it each month. Just a heads up, but otherwise the food truck days, the social days are great here. Holiday season has been very fun.

Smooth and easy move-in process. Team was quick to fix what needed to be done (minor fixes). So far has been a very quiet community, but also offers social events which is nice.
