      Terrible management, overly priced

      Constant issues with contacting the main office, By far the worst of the local apartment complexes. The property is exposed to the most amount of wind and sand compared to any other complex in the area to the point that sand was constantly leaking through the window sills and doorways terrible for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues. The landscaping is nonexistent, and the complex is not walkable at any point in the year due to the lack of vegetation or shade and the pools were constantly needing to be shut down for cleaning because of this so the facilities were essentially nonexistent. This in addition to large rent hikes of 10% annually and paying a pet deposit and monthly pet fees meant an absurd increase in living expenses.

      Experience at the Vineyards

      While looking for an apartment in the Palm Springs area, I ran across the Vineyards in Palm Desert. Great location in the middle of the Coachella Valley between Palm Springs and Indo. Friendly staff, peaceful setting, really nice apartments and programs that makes the whole process a breeze. And special thanks to Lea and Elizabeth for making this a fast and pain free experience. I would Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to live. RMH *****

      To expensive they raise the rent and drop the value

      Well here we are a year later. They ran off Jennifer from the office. That was a loss on their part. The place has gotten more expensive and more disappointing. Our rent has gone up over $1000 over the past 5 years. It's gotten so bad that they have to offer a free month of rent and waive fees to fool people to move in. I personally gave a referral and was promised a referral credit that we were denied. Fyi, the people we referred have been here over a year now. New paragraph lol. The pools haven't gotten any better see this picture from 5/22/23 nearly a year later. You'll notice the green algae on the light and surface. You'll also notice the horrible plaster. By the way it cut the palm of my hand. I'm guessing that new pool guy probably wants to get paid. I feel bad for the maintenance staff we have. They are actually fairly good. Then we have the constant broken gates. The security that drives thru 1 time a night at maybe 10 pm to lock the pool gates. Kinda lame if you ask me. Maybe pay the onsite maintenance more and have the security patrol the parking lots. If you call the riverside sheriff's department and get a report on how often we have to file stolen property or broken into vehicles reports you'd probably think twice about moving in. Ok, so next we have broken lights, dirty parking lots. The gym has old and mismatched equipment. They did a "remodel" and said they were putting in new equipment. They literally took everything out and put all the same stuff back less the lockers. The fake golf course could use a refresh as the grass kinda looks like sand. Well i can go on and on.

      sand box

      i lived there over 3 years. they make it look nice inside and out, but dont be fooled. after moving in i began to discover things that really irritated me. the worst thing was all the sand and dirt. this place is next to an empty lot of sand. so therefore sand was literally everywhere. it was pointless to have a patio . always covered in dirt no matter how much u cleaned it. i had to constantly vacuum my carpet and even window seals. the inside of my car even would build up sand. the bugs are horrible here. the first day in my apartment i found a scorpion in my living room. i often see one on my patio. on top of the hundreds of crickets of black widows. this place definitely has a bug problem. poor insulation as well . if the AC isnt on full blast then there is no comfort, so on top of this place being over priced plan on paying a fortune on electric. walls are very thin and u always know what your neighbors are doing . appliances are out dated and work poorly. at night it is so dark with limited lighting. dont be fooled by the looks of this place. way too over priced for its value.

      VINEYARD APARTMENTS

      We are the only tenants who have lived in our unit, so basically since the complex first opened 3 years ago. We love the layout and the bay windows. Maintenance and Management have stayed the same and still offer the same great service as day one. Never had any problems, if something goes out (like the air conditioner) they are right there the next day to fix it! Gated community keep the neighborhood on both sides of the complex peaceful. Highly recommend the complex to anyone looking for a central location in Palm Desert, CA.

      Lovely vineyards

      The vineyards apartment is the best apartment community in the desert, pet friendly, there is a dog park near by and a park to take the kids. They have a gym, teninis court and golf course. Plus a big pool and you can rent out the club house for the superbowl, or any special event. Its honestly the best home there is.

      So far so good

      Moved into my apartment 3 months ago and have been very pleased with the staff and maintenance. The Vineyards are more expensive that some others in the area but the cost point keeps out the college crowd. The location is great - next to restaurants, grocery store, my favorite golf course, and easy access to the freeway. I have had a couple maintenance issues when I first moved in and the staff fixed them immediately. The apartment also insulates well as my most expensive electricity bill hasn't been too bad when it was 115 for most of the month.
