Located on the shores of Lake Erie in Northwestern Pennsylvania, Erie combines waterfront charm with city conveniences. The city's centerpiece, Presque Isle State Park, creates a protected harbor and offers 7 miles of public beaches, wetlands, and outdoor activities. Downtown Erie continues to grow with additions like the Flagship City Food Hall and Public Market, while the restored Warner Theatre, Erie Art Museum, and Maritime Museum showcase the area's rich culture and history. The rental market shows steady growth, with average one-bedroom apartments renting for $918, reflecting a 6% annual increase, while two-bedroom units average $1,329, up 6.1% from the previous year.
Erie's neighborhoods range from historic West 6th Street, known for its preserved Victorian architecture, to newer developments in the surrounding suburbs.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Vineyard Village Townhome Style Apartments
I live here for 2 years, this apartment gave us a safe place, beautiful view, we had a good neighborhood and we almost knew each other as neighbors would always walked outside and kids play in the playground during summer. This place is awesome. LandLord Tammy is kind and very responsive. I didn't have any complaints in the unit much, it's just once and very minor thing and they responded quickly. I didn't encounter any problems in the apartment honestly. We move because we can't tolerate the snow in erie and will always cold there. All in all, Vineyard is a beautiful place to live.
