      The location is charming and seclude but centrally located. A big park across the street with a fenced dog park constantly being improved by the city. Taylor mountain and a big shopping center both within 5 minutes of the community.

      The apartments and townhomes are well kept, very minor fixes infrequently. The location is very convenient, lots of good shopping locations nearby. Some of the residents don't clean up after themselves, there always seems to be trash and toys in common areas, but office tries to stay on top of it.

      The apartment is nice and cozy, sometimes the parking is rough though. A lot of people who park in other peoples spots. The pool and fitness center are nice touches.

      I know this is an older home, but I was surprised to find certain things that didn’t work or being told about things that were known to not be working after I signed the lease. I will say I do appreciate the help with getting things fixed and I’m still waiting for more items to be addressed and fixed at this time. I’ve only been here for two weeks.

      The portal is confusing, other than that it's a great community. The staff is great, neighbors are awesome. Everything is close by, and there is even a park across the street.

      I have been living at VG for over two years now and I just signed onto another lease. My fiance and I have really enjoyed living here. We love that our unit has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and AC! We have been through many different members of staff in the property management office, but Brandy, David, and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible. Brandy has been a dream. She takes her job seriously and she really cares about the residence comfort. My only frustration is our overflowing trash. I have seen unhoused folks rummaging through and making a mess. But some residence are far worse. I think the trash area needs to be locked so that the public doesn't have access and each unit should get one key with a one time purchase for said key. I used to work in property management and that helped in these situations.

I do have a trash sorting service who helps us with cross contamination and hauling large dumped items off the property.       Everything is nearby and in walking distance. There's shopping centers, a grocery store and restaurants. The trees are a plus and gives it a nice esthetic especially when the seasons change. I love it here!!!

      Trash around the dumpsters is a real problem. No matter how many emails get sent out about trash and cameras being installed, every week the dumpsters are overflowing and large items are left outside the dumpsters . This issue needs to be addressed seriously.

      Vineyard Gardens is a great place to live! The community is very respectful and it has all the amenities you would want. Plus the area is very walkable for shopping or for exercise. But if it’s raining, there’s a gym. The grounds are nice and the apartments are very nice. They heat and cool well and I’ve never had issues with my appliances. Everyone seems to care about how their door, patio, or porch looks, which is really nice. Property managers communicate a lot with the community and attentive to resident needs. I love it!

      Overall experience is OK. I like that it's dog friendly. The pool and the hot tub are open year round. Security has stepped up since we moved in so that's also a plus.

      The property manager, Brandy is the most amazing property manager I've ever encountered. I've been looking an apartment since last year and nothing compares to Vineyard Gardens the grounds are are well kept and the apartments are very nice.       Although location is good, and staff are courteous, maintenance is lacking. Have been without heat for 2.5 months this winter. As a result, it's become apparent the apartment has poor insulation and has a number significant drafts. In addition, the washer and dryer are inefficient, leaving lots of lint on clothes and taking 2 or more hour-long cycles to dry a single load of clothes. Maintenance staff has spent minimal effort to fix the washer/dryer, and I have resorted to hang drying my clothes and using lint rollers.
