The apartments and townhomes are well kept, very minor fixes infrequently. The location is very convenient, lots of good shopping locations nearby. Some of the residents don't clean up after themselves, there always seems to be trash and toys in common areas, but office tries to stay on top of it.

I like living here. Everyone is friendly. Things brake down but it is an old apartment so it is understandable. For the most part thing are fixed in a timely manner

The apartment is nice and cozy, sometimes the parking is rough though. A lot of people who park in other peoples spots. The pool and fitness center are nice touches.

I know this is an older home, but I was surprised to find certain things that didn’t work or being told about things that were known to not be working after I signed the lease. I will say I do appreciate the help with getting things fixed and I’m still waiting for more items to be addressed and fixed at this time. I’ve only been here for two weeks.

The portal is confusing, other than that it's a great community. The staff is great, neighbors are awesome. Everything is close by, and there is even a park across the street.

Great area , conveniently close to all ones needs. Management is very helpful and welcoming while maintenance is quick and attentive to any situation.

Overall no issues, they respond quickly to issues. They give notice of availability with enough time. Really friendly and helpful when I have an issue.

Great place to live! Staff is very friendly and when needing to fix something, they are attentive and quick on it. This complex always clean and it’s close to many shops around town. 10/10 experience

Vineyard Garden Apartments has a perfect location in relation to gas station,immediate access to shopping center and public transport.Very spacious and convenient for a small family.

I enjoy living here. The landscaping is kept up and maintenance is completed in a timely time. Compliance to the rules is enforced. The staff has been very professional and kind.

I have lived here for almost 5 years and out of all the years I have been here this has been the best management team! So helpful and kind and always does a great job helping everyone when they can

Vineyard Gardens is a great place to live, the manager for the complex (Brandy) is very knowledgeable and has good communication with all of her tenants...

Maintenance is quick and the office responds to emails or calls quickly. Makes it easy as a tenant when you need something. I also like the proximity to the shopping centers.

I have been living at VG for over two years now and I just signed onto another lease. My fiance and I have really enjoyed living here. We love that our unit has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and AC! We have been through many different members of staff in the property management office, but Brandy, David, and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible. Brandy has been a dream. She takes her job seriously and she really cares about the residence comfort. My only frustration is our overflowing trash. I have seen unhoused folks rummaging through and making a mess. But some residence are far worse. I think the trash area needs to be locked so that the public doesn't have access and each unit should get one key with a one time purchase for said key. I used to work in property management and that helped in these situations.

Everything is nearby and in walking distance. There's shopping centers, a grocery store and restaurants. The trees are a plus and gives it a nice esthetic especially when the seasons change. I love it here!!!

I’m happy whit the apartment… is very nice and cozy. We have everything we need here and this make me feel good. Everything is good here I like it.

Everything has been good, neighbors are friendly. I just wish hot tub worked. But love the location, there's a lot of things close by if you needed to walk.

Trash around the dumpsters is a real problem. No matter how many emails get sent out about trash and cameras being installed, every week the dumpsters are overflowing and large items are left outside the dumpsters . This issue needs to be addressed seriously.

I'm new to the community but so far it feels safe and seems peaceful. I like that there is a park right across the street for my kids and it's an added bonus to have smart and final nearby for last minute ingredients for dinner.

Love the location and my neighbors. Staff is amazing, property is amazing too. You guys are requesting way too many words to complete. This could be settled in one or two sentences.

Vineyard Gardens is a great place to live! The community is very respectful and it has all the amenities you would want. Plus the area is very walkable for shopping or for exercise. But if it’s raining, there’s a gym. The grounds are nice and the apartments are very nice. They heat and cool well and I’ve never had issues with my appliances. Everyone seems to care about how their door, patio, or porch looks, which is really nice. Property managers communicate a lot with the community and attentive to resident needs. I love it!

. They offered us Coffee, drinks, and snacks! We got to see all the amenities and a vacant unit. I will be filling out an application online!

Overall experience is OK. I like that it's dog friendly. The pool and the hot tub are open year round. Security has stepped up since we moved in so that's also a plus.

The property manager, Brandy is the most amazing property manager I've ever encountered. I've been looking an apartment since last year and nothing compares to Vineyard Gardens the grounds are are well kept and the apartments are very nice. Brandy's professionalism, personality ,listening skills are top notch she is what made me want to be a resident

Any time we put in a maintaince request the work was usually completed the same day.

The management team are very responsive and helpful..they take care of business.

The office staff is freaking amazing. The location is awesome, near shopping, freeway, park, and laundry in some units, but also on site. Property looks nice and feels awesome.

Clean, well maintained complex. Curfew is enforced.

Although location is good, and staff are courteous, maintenance is lacking. Have been without heat for 2.5 months this winter. As a result, it's become apparent the apartment has poor insulation and has a number significant drafts. In addition, the washer and dryer are inefficient, leaving lots of lint on clothes and taking 2 or more hour-long cycles to dry a single load of clothes. Maintenance staff has spent minimal effort to fix the washer/dryer, and I have resorted to hang drying my clothes and using lint rollers.

Office staff and maintenance staff are very nice and helpful.

Like the apartments because we have a complete two floors to ourselves. No issues of people doing noises. Have been a great experience.

Vineyard Gardens has been Home to my boys and I for the 3 years and I am happy . We are well informed and Maintenance department is excellent. I love my home and I have no complains.
