Property Ratings at Vineyard Creek Apartments
For what you're paying at this apartment you're not getting much. I paid slightly more at my last place and it was comparable in size and luxury. This is not luxury at all. Its near a mobile home park as well... They're also extreme about parking. My car got towed less than a week after moving in because I didn't have a parking pass which I didn't get in the first place. Management wouldn't reimburse it either.
Brieana helped me and my boyfriend with the process of moving in and she was wonderful! Answered any questions and concerns we had and always got back to us quickly through email. This was the easiest process I have ever had moving in to an apartment. It was very clear what was expected of us and when it needed to be done by. I got the keys today and did the walk through of my apartment with Brieana and she noticed very minor things (that I missed) that we could have potentially been charged for when moving out. All of the staff is so friendly and accommodating but I am grateful Brieana is who helped us every step of the way. Beautiful apartments and I can't wait to live here this year!
Thank you to the team at Vineyard Creek for all that you do! So happy we decided to make this property our home. Between the monthly events for us and the kids to the amazing pool and grounds. We truly feel so lucky to live here!
