The staff was amazing, and it was an excellent experience.

My disabled Grandmother has lived in these apartments through several changes in ownership by now. This newest company is somehow possibly the worst. Her building and others have had a mice and roach infestation for literally years. Every single time she requests help they just send somebody to lay down traps and never resolve the issue. There are MAJOR plumbing issues here and she is CONSTANTLY left without any water or without hot water for days with no notice. She needs to move because it is unacceptable to live in these conditions now with a 3rd owner who still refuses to do anything. She was told previously.she could vacate her lease for one months rent because of the issues she has experienced and now they are wanting to charge her an arm and a leg in extra fees. I am currently in the process of reporting this company to adult protective services, the BBB, and the health department and looking for a lawyer. Do not move here and do not let your loved ones live here. I am absolutely disgusted by their treatment of my grandmother.

Water gets turned off every week , property manger is unreasonable and are unprofessional. You’ll get evicted over anything lol

Horrible experience, tried moving in twice in the same year and both times had the same issue. Move in dates kept getting switched last second on day of move in and still was unable to get any help and couldn’t move in. While waiting in the office we encountered other people moving in having the same issues.

This apartment is the worse place I’ve ever lived. For starters the first 5 months of me living here I had roaches. We had pest control spray every Wednesday and we still had roaches! Our kitchen sink would randomly feel up with water and flood my kitchen floor. I called the emergency line and got no answer. Don’t get me started with them turning the water off every week. You can definitely find a better apartment in Tucson

When you have your ceiling hanging down when you first move in it says enough, inside is a cockroach den and is the worst place I have ever lived.

Constant AC Breaks, false promises when you move in, we didnt have appliances for 2 months moving in. Submitting tickets does nothing to fix your issues, have had an open ticket to fix our door for 4 months. Lot of other issues, wish I never signed my lease

Wish this gave me the option of no stars because this place deserves that. When we first moved in everything was broke and we were told from maintenance no one walked through before we got the keys. The place was horribly dirty, nothing worked, and was way to expensive for what you got. We were told that the laundry room was free and we went without a laundry room for a month and a half and they would not discount are rent for the inconvenience. These people are awful and do not fix any issues that you may have. We didn’t even have stoppers in the guest bath shower and sink. We gave are 60 day notice and moved out.

I've been without hot water five different times living here! They keep saying they fixed it and it breaks again. I've had my rent raised three times and now they STILL don't have enough money for a new water heater! This is absolutely unexceptible!!!!!

Hot tub doesn’t work. One of the pools is closed. Laundry facilities don’t work and take your $ when trying to get a new card. Management has a lot of “I don’t know”s. Honestly expensive for “luxury living” as they like to put it. But you don’t actually get most of amenities they advertise. The floor plans are nice but apartment was not done on move-in date and they still haven’t finished it, but they had 0 problem taking all my money! Could be worse though. No bugs or anything.

I love the new colors and property improvements!!! new managment is really doing a great job to make this place great, cleaned it up. my family is so happy here so is my dog, loves the dog run. Pool is looking rlly nice and the staff is so kind and helpful.

I recommend these apartments all the time. I lived there but unfortunately had to move out (personal matters) but this place was the best!

The 20 years I've lived in Tucson, Kimberly Woods is by far the best home I've had. I moved here in the summer and I have nothing but good things to say. The owners are so nice. Maintenance guys always keep the areas clean. I've had a couple issues in my house that needed to get fixed and got taken care of in a timely manner. I also had some financial issues and wasn't able to pay the full amount of my rent, the ladies in the office were very understanding and set me up on a payment plan and got that taken care of. I'm so glad I moved here and don't plan on going anywhere!

These apartments have been by far the best I've ever lived in. I've been here for Years and i really do feel like this is my Home!

Will me staying with my friend now After a major break up with my fiance of 4 years,an mind you I was going to get married this summer an never made it, so I had a major set backan its been hard for me to bounce back, an sometime the fear of living alone startles me.But its been a year now,an I'm ready to give my friend her home back, an I personally Miss all of my belongings,but we live in A two bedroom Apartment with our kids she has one child an I have two kids.Its time to Move on an face Reality!

The Kimberly Woods Apartments are nice. They have 2 sides to fit your budget, and accommodate your space needs. They have 2 pools including a kiddie pool which is great for those of us with kids. They have an awesome fitness center as well. Many other great qualities including Great, nice and helpful employees.
