Property management staff is always responsive to both email and in-person inquiries. They are additionally helpful and professional. The property upkeep is regular inside (A/C, fire alarm) and outside (grass, shrubbery, parking lot). There is adequate parking, even late in the evening on a weekday. As a consequence of its relatively older construction, the layouts and facilities of the apartments can be a bit strange (smaller sinks and showers as well as no pantry), it is an excellent value. The neighborhood is quiet at night even though it is nearby I-64 and has an easy route to go downtown.
