We’ve been living at Villas at Homestead for almost a year now, and we’ve had such a great experience! The property is always kept in great shape, and they’ve made several updates to the common areas since we moved in. It is also very affordable compared to other similar apartments we toured in the area when leasing. The staff is amazing—really friendly and always on top of things. Any maintenance requests we’ve had were taken care of really quickly. The neighborhood feels safe, and honestly, we’ve never had a better apartment experience. We’re definitely planning to renew our lease and stay here until we’re ready to buy a house. Couldn’t recommend it more!

I was going to move into this apartment complex but unfortunately was unable too. Lindi and Lucy were amazing in the process of renting and helping me get out of my lease before move in day. Lindi also contacted me when my mail arrived which had some very important things. Not only is this apartment in a great location but the staff is very nice. Hope to live there in the future

Have not moved yet but will be soon!!! The apartment itself is just beautiful!!! Very spacious and more reasonable with cost, in a great area as well and the schools are amazing for kids if u have any, u can pretty much find anything in the area, good restaurants and shopping, we tour with Jonathan today and honestly he was the best leasing agent we have ever spoken to!! Very friendly and he helped us more than any other leasing agent out there, so the staff is also top notch! We are very excited to move in!!

When researching apartments in the DTC area online, Villas at Homestead outshone the others. My son recently relocated to the area from Atlanta (1400 miles away) and Lisa was so helpful in walking us through everything we needed, including suggestions for furniture and hotels for us. This apartment complex is in a great area, with good amenities and respectful neighbors! The open space right next to it is great for walking our dog or taking a quick stroll outside. The only complaint I have is that there is no elevator, this made the move-in very difficult.

Management and Maintenance are almost always available. Very quiet neighborhood, cute little playground area for kids. Reasonably priced, large pool area, nice gym. Would recommend this place to anyone moving to the area.

The team has been very responsive for any requests I have had so far. Caroline helped me recover my login so I could place a maintenance request. The next day, Martin came over and fixed the small issue with my fridge really quickly. He was really friendly and explained the cause of the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Villas at Homestead has been great for my first place on Colorado. Lisa was incredibly helpful when renewing our lease, and answered all questions promptly. It is a safe community, and we know we are taken care of. Maintenance responds so quickly and efficiently. The parking lot was recently re-done, and the interiors of the apartments are very nice for the price! The only negative thing I have to say is that the hot tub has been under construction for almost 6 months and we still are unable to use it.

The apartments are well designed and comfortable. The leasing staff - Caroline, Lindi and Lisa are always helpful and friendly! My experiences with maintenance have far exceeded any other apartments where I have lived. The requests are met quickly and maintenance staff are efficient and respectful The grounds are well maintained with excellent amenities - a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub and great work out room. It is dog friendly and there are all kinds of trails around, including one on top of Englewood dam. And the rates are reasonable on top of all that. You can't go wrong staying at the Villas at Homestead!

I moved here this year and I only can say great thing about this place!. first of all, the manager Lisa is amazing!! always nice and available!! then we have Lindi, Jeremy and Caroline!! great customer service and always nice to me!! my place is awesome , I am lucky I have a view to the mountain from my room. my son used the gym which is new, the pool is beautiful ( even with the restrictions from covid 19) and I just kind say that this place is great !! again thank you Lisa, Lindi and everyone else!!

I hate this place. I am a current resident and have been for a year. In that year, my roommate and I have been in constant contact with the management office for many, many issues and they have been nothing but fake with their help. To start, the walls are paper thin, you can hear the other resident’s conversations through the walls. We have had pest issues within our unit that were never addressed. The entire span of our year lease, the landscaping was never taken care of (with complaints) and there are dead trees and over grown bushes everywhere, which are infested with pests. There’s always dog poop everywhere, rats in the dumpsters, hidden fees and charges they can not explain. There is no parking and you are lucky to find a spot within 100ft of your apartment after 5pm. The dumpsters are always overflowing and there is trash everywhere. Months ago they took out one of two recycling bins to put in bike racks, which never happened. Now for the entire 12 buildings, there is only one(1) recycling bin. The only positive thing I can say is that the maintenance is fast and helpful. This apartment company is a total scam and they don’t care about tenants at all. They change rules and randomly decide to start enforcing the rules of the lease whenever they choose, which are never made standard throughout the complex. I’m sorry I ever signed here and I look forward to moving out soon.

I lived in the Villas at Homestead complex for 4 years and absolutely loved it! My roommates and I started out in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment that was located by the open space. It was quiet and everything was kept up. Anytime we had a maintenance request, they were over and fixed what we needed within a day or two. We moved for our 3 bedroom to a two bedroom and the office staff, Lyndie and Brittany were unbelievably helpful!! They helped us find the best unit, with the updates and location we wanted. They were more than willing to work with us despite needing to move before our lease was up. They are so friendly and welcoming and truly want to help their residents as best they can! The complex is very centrally located, quick drive to I-25 and C-470, park meadows, streets at south glenn, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and backs up to the Willow Springs open space. It's a very active community. 10/10 recommend Villas at Homestead! Thank you, Lyndie and Brittany for making our moving experience a piece of cake!

Refusing to refund my deposit despite THEIR documentation that carpet is to be replaced, they are charging me. I am a single mom and this has ruined Christmas for my kids because I was counting on the money. The whole year I lived there was one awful experience after another. Notices to pay fees in 3 days or move out, but they couldn't tell me what the fees were for - they had no idea. False accusations about not paying full rent because of their awful "bookkeeping" methods, I had to go line by line with them to show I was paying the full amount. After being told "I guess you should move, you don't belong here". Insane neighbors they do nothing about, wild kids at the pool, crime-car break ins all the time. Ridiculous charges added to rent. The leasing office is horrible, mean, they don't do their job. When I moved in, the leasing people were fantastic, but they changed and it became a nightmare. I am taking them to court for my deposit, since I have a form THEY signed saying the carpet was to be replaced, not sure what they are thinking. Do Not Move Here

A very nice apartment and a very friendly staff.. We moved to US a year back and this is our first apartment. My wife was so sick with caugh and Lindy offered a whole pack of drops. So kind of her. All maintenance request are attended shiftly.. Recently move to a bigger unit with in.. Transition was very easy.

The mice problem ruined thousands of dollars in property in my garage! Management is very untrustworthy! Turnover is awful! Maintenance on unreliable and unskilled! And then the mold!!! Don’t do it!

About six months ago the ownership of the apartments changed. The previous company was decent enough, but the new ownership is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They have violated the terms of the lease multiple times, they do not provide the services promised at the time of signing the lease and seem to not understand that the apartments have actual people living in them that call them home. They increased rent then wasted money repainting the whole complex a disgusting brown-green color only to then paint everything back to the old color once everyone pointed out the new paint was hideous. They routinely displace and inconvenience residents with little to no warning. Maintenance requests must be resubmitted multiple times before they even come to your apartment and investigate the issue, let alone do anything about it. Denver has hundreds of other apartment complexes. Don't rent from this one. They are the cheapest in the area for a very good reason.

Our goal is to create a better living environment for our residents. Management sincerely apologizes for any inconveniences this caused you, and hope once renovations are completed, and you see the difference you will once again be happy to call Villas at Homestead your home.
I thought the new management would be better, but they are not. They are very poor at communication and it is very frustrating for residents to be unaware of what is going on. They give us less than 48 hours notice on major projects - such as resurfacing the entire parking lot and giving us NO alternate parking options. They leave no handicap spaces during these projects and give us notices that basically say "figure it out, you can't park in handicap spaces during this time." I'm not positive, but I plan on checking into ADA requirements on this because it is ridiculous to ask someone who can't walk to park all the way across the apartment complex. We also get notices of exterior projects only a day before. Additionally, they do not notify residents when packages are delivered to the office. I asked about this, and I was told "we get too many packages each day so residents just have to keep checking with us." This is ridiculous! I am severely disappointed with the lack of communciation.
We have lived here for 7 years and just signed lease for another year! This is a great place to live; the management staff is very helpful and quick to resolve concerns, and the maintenance staff is efficient. The Villas at Homestead offers sever amenities and the nearby schools are amazing.

I stayed here for nearly 2 years and it is awesome apartments. I had to move away due to my new job.Nice surroundings and good for evening walkers. In winter you can enjoy snow sliding near by. Near by very good pediatric center (pediatric pathways). Very good elementary school near by. I prefer this apartments if I want to move back to Denver.

I have lived at this property for 12 years. It used to be beautiful. In the last 4 years it has changed ownership several times. The grounds are very shabby and dirty now. The pool furniture(what there is of it) is torn and broken. The pool is usually green! They raised my rent over $100 a month and the apartment complex is in worse shape than it has ever been! I would not recommend this property!

The office staff and maintenance is the worst part of this place. But we did get a good rental rate so I guess you get what you pay for. Apartment we rented was dirty and needed a lot of repairs. The response time is so slow to get anything done. I miss home ownership at this point.

I've lived at the Villas at Homestead for almost a year, and I'm basically happy. They have nice upgraded apartments available for more money, but I am in one that has not been upgraded. The quality seems to be good,and the maintenance has been quick and responsive. It would be nice if they would fix the lounge chairs at the pool.
