Property Ratings at Villas at Franklin
The villas are beautiful! Jody, the property manager, is absolutely wonderful...she is so responsive and pleasant. The grounds are maintained nicely. Anything you might need is within easy driving distance.
The condo that we rented for my father-in-law was perfectly designed to be senior friendly. Joyce was extremely easy to work with to make the process smoothly.
We will be moving into this beautiful villa in about 4 weeks. It is very high quality and amazing. Jody the leasing manager has been spectacular. She is a tremendous help with everything. I have had lots of questions and she gets back to me very promptly with the answers. We are very anxious to be moving into such a beautiful villa and one that is managed so efficiently by Jody.
