Rogers has been recognized by a number of publications for its affordable suburbs and “best-of” living. With two lakes, 20+ mile trail system, five golf courses, and excellent schools, it’s not hard to see why Rogers was honored with such accolades.

Golfing championships are usually held at Pinnacle Country Club.

Villages of Cross Creek is a great place to call home. It is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. It's well lit at night and feels very safe. These apartments are in a great location and are just minutes away from everything that Rogers/Bentonville has to offer.

Staff are so good about fixing anything very promptly, and the grounds are immaculate. It's out in the country enough to make it very quiet!

I love the location,you feel that you are in the country but you are only minutes to everything, clean, peaceful, and nice sidewalks and walking area. Spread out so that you dont feel crammed in tight with everyone.

I have lived here nearly a yr and just renewed my lease for another year. The apt is lovely with it’s high ceilings, lots of light, spacious layout, good storage and soak tub. The location is excellent because it is quick easy access to Rogers and Bentonville yet has a serene setting between neighbors with horses and right on a golf course. I can’t say enough great things about the Management and Maintenance team. They are professional yet personable, answer correspondence immediately, are very knowledgeable, believe in great customer service and take excellent care of the tenants and property. The apts are also safe with their unit security systems, peaceful location and I have seen police patrolling the parking lot probably more out of boredom than necessity. The soundproofing is pretty good, I cannot hear my neighbors talking but I do hear them walking about overhead. Pest control every 3mos works very well. If anyone working here is going to enter the apt, we are notified ahead of time and afterwards. A great deal of effort goes into keeping the property looking good with regular sweeping of dead bugs on walkways between units, power washing, emptying of dog waste receptacles, towing of unauthorized or abandoned vehicles, etc. Everyone I have met that works here, lives here, so they take additional pride and are more cognizant of things that make living here even better.

My experience in 14 months at The Villages of Cross Creek was worth more than five stars. The management is helpful and welcoming with their quick responses to every inquiry/request, assisting the move-in with a welcome basket, giving notice before and after anyone enters your apartment, and providing thorough, regular information on both the maintenance and events of the complex. The maintenance staff are also thorough and helpful! The apartment complex is close to both downtown Bentonville and Rogers, only a few minutes from the interstate, and yet it's quiet, calm, and beautiful. The maple and willow trees provide homes to bluejays, tanagers, and mockingbirds. The layout of the 3-bedroom floor plan is open and spacious, the appliances are reliable, and the amount of natural lighting in an apartment is refreshing. This is absolutely the best apartment I have ever had the pleasure of renting, and I hope to be able to return in the future. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment that feels like a home!

We moved in our new place about a month ago and I am very impressed with the customer service that this property has. The apartment was very clean and look great upon moving in, the couple of little things we noticed we did not even have time to mention before we were called by the property manager to ask if everything was working and if we noticed anything that needed attention and the same day the repairs were done. (What are you kidding me, that was incredible.) The property is clean and taken care of and the people that work here are amazing. If you are looking for a great place you will find it here.

It's a great apartment we lived there for 2.5 years. Here are following point why we think so Pros: 1. Big apartments and quality apartment 2. Great neahbours and services 3. Good service, pool and gym Cons: 1. Couldn't use balcony because of insects 2. Only one garbage and mail box for all apartments 3. Power and water were higher then other cities.
What can I say, the Village of Cross Creek is a family friendly environment. The staff is awesome and goes the extra mile. The 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse is of ample size for a family of five and has an attached garage.
