I’ve had a few run ins with my neighbor, thin wall problems. I’ve also had a few interactions with the office, money things ofc lol. However, nothing that a conversation could not handle. Will, leasing agent at the office, is absolutely amazing. Ewona, the assistant manager, has the best communication skills. She is so understanding and patient. I love her tremendously. Now the office manager, I’m a little iffy with her. She’s not very honest. My god child lost her iPad within the community. She said that she would send an email to the surrounding buildings to help locate it. However, she never did. I understand being busy, but be a woman of your word always. I still would move here again if I had to restart the opportunity.

It's so peaceful and friendly here. All of the staff and neighbors are kind and I love how homey the units are. Compared to where I lived before, there is so much room, the appliances are nice and well taken care of, and so many activities and events to do around here.

Overall, I’ve enjoyed living here! Everyone is friendly, maintenance arrives and fixes everything if there’s an issue, and the complex is so close to many things. The only downside is that I wish the gym had more equipment, I was disappointed when I found out there were no smith machines??. Most definitely needs an upgrade in that department but other than that, I’ve really enjoyed it here!

Very safe community, leasing and maintenance are very willing to help and answer any questions. The only issue is the parking, if everyone would park one vehicle in front of the building and the other are farther location so everyone could/would have a space and not have to walk so far from building. All in all very satisfied.

I’m loving it here. The neighbors have been very friendly , leasing office has been attentive and helpful, walking my dog everyday is a pleasurable experience. I can’t wait until the pool opens back up and they start inviting the food trucks again.

The apartment is so spacious! It is very classy. I just love it. The neighborhood is in an ideal location, not too far from anything. The people who work here are super friendly!

No one ever answers the phone when you call. No matter what time of day it is. So frustrating. Sometimes you need to speak with them. The grounds are nice as are the apartments but I don’t know if I really want to stay

Tranquility and beautiful, spacious apartments. 3 years here and I wouldn't change it for any other residence. A well-equipped gym, a large and beautiful swimming pool, a path that leads to the lake surrounded by woods and the office staff who are always kind and helpful.

Everyone has been wonderful. Ewona is GREAT, she has been so kind and helpful. The apartment is amazing, I love the high ceilings and my large balcony is a huge plus. Everyone I have met in the community has been so welcoming. I'm glad I chose this as our new home for my daughter and myself!
