Villages at Carver

Just drive by. You will see. The signs have fallen down, trash is everywhere, the playground for the children has never had maintenance and is in serious need for an upgrade, there is a rat problem, and the leasing office employees never answer the phone. The pictures that you see online is not how the property looks. Very deceptive.

This absolutely the most unprofessional place I have ever applied to . The staff is beyond rude . You pay application and administrative fees and they never process your application. It’s been more than 3 weeks and every time I call they say the manager is out of the office . I popped up while on the phone and she was right there when I walked in . Apartments look nothing like photos and prices aren’t as shown . Don’t waste your time here you’ll be better off living under a bride than going through the stress that this community will bring you!

Today Ms.Alexei blesses my children with a Hawks activity bag with so many different equipment and things to do during this time . They also make sure all the kids in the area able to eat lunch for any kids in need through the summer lunch program . I never seen no apartments who care about their residents

I’ve only been here for less than 3 months, and I’m already regretting my decision. If you can afford to live somewhere else, DO SO. This isn’t the place for you. ROACHES everywhere and the neighbors above me are super disrespectful with the noise they project through out the day and night. I rarely get any sleep. I’m tired of complaining to the leasing office. Nothing gets done about it. My experience hasn’t been all bad but that should be enough testimony to let you know it’s not as pretty as it looks in the photos.

This was by far the WORST apartment I ever lived in in Atlanta. The management is horrible, they maintenance workers are even worse. I have experienced almost everything terrible to happen to an apartment while I lived here. From the maintenance request not being fulfilled until months later, to being cat called by the maintenance men, to the management and leasing office not communicating or answering their phones, to the insects being unbearable because of the lack of proper trash disposal, to even having my oven catch on fire even AFTER requesting it to be fixed 6 months prior. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU LIVE HERE. For the amount it cost, it is not worth it. Save your time and money.

While it may be in a convenient location (why it gets two stars instead of one), living here can be very frustrating. The gate is ALWAYS broken. Cars get broken into all the time like it's a neighborhood initiation. I've had penises and other things drawn on my car. And last but not least NOTHING EVER GETS FIXED AROUND HERE. I'm not sure what these maintenance men do cause you do see them riding around on their golf carts, but they're surely not fixing anything. Weeks go by and I mean week and stuff still isn't fixed. It doesn't matter if you call in the request, do it through the resident portal, or go to the leasing office yourself. You're better off fixing things yourself. Its very frustrating to pay so much in rent but yet have all these problems. The pool is STILL closed and its the end on June. LIKE WHAT AM I REALLY PAYING FOR IF NOTHING EVER GETS TAKEN CARE OF?!?!?!? Just save yourself the headache and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

From the very moment I have moved in here, the staff has been nothing but rude to me. The people in the office are very dismissive and unprofessional. I put in a work order for my bathtub and my air conditioner two weeks ago and have yet to have anyone come a try to fix them. Overall, I have had a terrible experience here at the Villages at Carver and I will not be renewing my lease. I would not recommend anyone stay here because it truly feels as though they do not care about their tenants. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!

Do not I repeat do not lease here !!!! All units are old , run down . Crime is high , maintenance crew comes out a month after you make a service request , trash overflows , everything in your unit with break consistently ! Nothing nice to say about this place !!! 90% of the people in the community are loud and hood. I thank god my lease is up next month

My roommates and I moved here in order to be closer to school and couldn't believe how cheap it was!..... until we moved in and found out why. The staff likes to pretend they care when really they will do absolutely nothing about it. We put in a maintenance request and a week later the online request said that the problem was solved when in truth they hadn't even touched our apartment! We then put in another request thinking that it could have been a mistake which to this day (4 months later) has yet to be acknowledged. This is not a good area whatsoever! The hallways smell like an illegal drug 24/7, there is trash everywhere that has not been picked up since the day we moved in (11 months ago), and the gates are always either not working, being run into in order to keep them open, or being tampered with so that they do not close for a solid minute in order to let random cars without keys just come in behind you. One of my roommates and I both have had our lives threatened on multiple accounts as well as have seen police on calls and ambulances at least once a week due to illegal activities, and heard random screaming at all hours of the night! The price may be cheap but you are just really paying with the safety of your life. Save yourself and find somewhere else to live. I wish I didn't ignore the reviews and had not moved here! Counting down the days till the lease is up!

I had no real issues living here. until recently when I got robbed no one from the leasing office cared to call to see if we were ok. or returned phone calls made to them. loud rude nieghbors in my buliding aren't welcoming . I can't wait to leave here. the trash which in the front of the complex is always over filled maintenance take 4 to 5 days to do request. if you want to move here COME AT YOUR OWN RISK. the gate works when it wants just save yourself the trouble.

I dont have all day so here we go. The staff is unprofessional. I feel like they hired a bunch Neanderthals to work here. Even up to management. Work orders take forever, aparment is cheap and poorly put together. neighbors are loud and ratchet. This complex has no value, no employees with actual leasing knowledge, and no sense of class and grace. I wish I would of never signed here and Im counting the days until I can RUN out of here. I actually had someone tell me not to move here but I didnt listen :(

I have lived ok n a town house at the Village s at Carver for 3 1/2 years. The,apartment is ok but the customer service is horrible. The staff, with exception of a young Wan name Marjorie, is horrible. I place orders for repairs and have to continuously call for updates. The maintenance manager is extreme rude and unprofessional. The property manager is extremely rude, unprofessional and threatens and belittles the tenants that receive assistance. I received a renewal notice that stated that my rent will increase by 195.00. This hopefully will be my last time renewing this lease as I plan to purchase a home. I'm going to pay 1215.00 per month I should be purchasing it. I'm at my witts end. I'M OUT.

Moved here in February 2015 and I love the location. It's minutes from anywhere (i.e Airport, Highway, Schools, Atlantic station, Downtown, Zoo, Aquarium). This apartment has different phases with their own pools and playgrounds, amenities for all types of lifestyles and most of all friendly neighbors.

The landscaping on this property is beautiful. The grounds are well kept and clean. The apartments are modern and come with washer and dryers in every unit. The added bonus is its less than a 10 minute ride to Downtown Atlanta, Atlantic Station and Midtown. Gated communities and security patrol daily and nightly.
